    They had a $2 for 6 sign for frosted cookies and cupcakes but the cashier rung them up for 18 dollars or so. I told him about the sign and instead of correcting it he just didn’t charge me for some and it came out to $8. That was no problem I just wanted to make sure the deal was honored so I went to the customer service desk and told the worker there about the situation. She gave me attitude about wanting money back and kept insisting that her device said it was a different price. I understood but I told her that the sign said differently and that it would be false advertisement. She left me there to wait and when she eventually came back she said that she didn’t see the sign even though I had a photo of it. The manager she brought attempted to charge me for the items that the cashier himself took off. In the end I ended up having to leave with less items for the same amount that I paid. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had and another reason to shop somewhere else.

    Update: I occasionally go here. The shelves are mostly empty and ordering online is a complete mess, you're very likely to not get any of the things you actually ordered if you get the order at all. This is called "substitution" and it means they can replace your order with either no order or cheap Wal Mart brand knock offs of what you actually ordered. Also the blood thirsty corporate overlords have decided that they will now sell damaged merchandise in the clearance isle so you can enjoy opened food at a 10% discount.

    I went to this store after a google search told me they carried dry ice. Before I asked for help I walked the majority of the store, with no offer of assistance mind you, trying to find it before I finally asked for help at the customer service desk. The woman there was too busy with the merchandise she had in her hand to look up whether the actually carried it, she just sent me to sporting goods. This section of the store was unmanned when I first searched and there was no on there when I returned. There was a woman restocking shelves so I asked her, once she finished sending a text message, if she knew where it could be. Instead of saying she didn’t understand or didn’t know and checking she told me to check by the coolers again. I asked one more gentleman, who initially tried to brush me off and keep walking, who finally told me that they don’t carry it. When I explained what had happened with the other employees he offered a halfhearted “sorry” and proceeded to walk away. I had other items I needed to buy but I kept my money in my pocket instead. I won’t be returning.

    I spent almost $400 on groceries today just to be accused of stealing by there door guy ansel. He tried illegally detaining me but i just kept on going to my car as i didnt go to self checkout and checked out with a clerk(kris) so i was 100000% sure i was being wrongfully accused. I asked ansel if he had video or any RAS collaborating his accusations. His response was " they said you was stealing" i asked "who is they" he just smiled and walked off. At that point i was able to get a hold of ap coach kathy whos only concern was to de escalate the situation and not educating her door man as to what his capacity is as a door man. kathy stated there would be an investigation and what not so i walked her through the investigation myself. I walked her to the cashier who checked us out(kris) who elaborated the fact she check my wife and i out ,scanned all the items and can assure that i wasnt stealing and erged ap coach kathy to check the cameras. To which i had asked multiple times while i was being accused of theft to no prevail. All in all ansel was proven wrong. I didnt get arrested like he said i would, i didnt steal like he said i did, and he will never see my receipt. As i confirmed with ap coach kathy on video recording i did not sign any contract with walmart for shopping there and there rules and policies do not trump our constitution rights. One of which is being innocent until proven guilty. They can ASK for a receipt but i am under no obligation to provide it. If i am suspected of teft than Walmart can call the proper authorities and provide PROOF of the crime they are accusing you of. You cant just stop someone because you want to without RAS. The only Walmart employee who did a great job today was kris for being honest in her account of what happened. Kathy was ok but ansel need to be re trained.

    On two occasions, when using the deity Delivery service, my orders never arrived. The first time it happened, it took them almost one month too refund the money and they wills not let me pick up the order. The second time, they never showered with my order, but they did allow me to at least pick up the order myself, but I had to wait a long time for them to bring out my order. Poor Customer service.

    In the past few weeks I have waited over an hour for my orders to be dispensed to me at the pickup area at least 4 times now. The order says it’s ready but I still end up waiting an additional hour beyond that for it to be loaded in my car. I have to call the pickup department, and cross my fingers that they answer the phone to get any attention brought to my order. After not reaching anyone on the phone, I then have to get out of my car and practically corner an employee to get the order dispensed. It’s really unacceptable, if my order isn’t going to be loaded within 15 minutes of me arriving, then I don’t want to get told it’s ready to pickup. Put more employees in the pickup area.

    I just can’t shop here. Great prices but they are never adequately staffed. This evening they didn’t have a single register open. It was mandatory self checkout, 3 very long lines and a bunch of confused customers that were unfamiliar with the process. It took entirely too long due to customers being held up with technical issues. If this is the new Walmart experience then it’s a hard no for me. It’s just not worth it. Too chaotic and terribly inefficient.

    As 2nd shift worker I'm no more interested buying stuff from Walmarts. They used covid excuse to cut hours from 24 hours so I can't go to the store after midnight. However in the area in another store open 24h- Woodmans, excellent store with much bigger grocery selection, some other stuff and similar prices. The rest brigs to me Amazon then bye Walmart.

    They didn’t let me return my headphones like I requested I showed them an old receipt the first time on accident and came back and showed them the present receipt from less than a week a ago and they still didn’t let me. They need their check lowered. Thank you very much.

    My experience in this Walmart is Not pleasant. I have bought bananas there and once, a roach came out from the bunch of bananas in my house. Luckily, I saw it right away. In addition, this Walmart doesn't have some items that other branches have. So I go sometimes there just because it is the closest from me. The service is good, but I wouldn't call it supercenter 🤷

    Only one checkout stand open at all times. Will not open a second lane unless someone complains. Fifteen employees on the floor in front, two self-checkout stations fully manned, one solitary checkout lane.

    Not bad. This one is better than the one closer to my house. Cherries didn't look great, but I did see some nice clothes, which I never would have noticed before. They didn't have what I was looking for (Oats Over Night) but I'm hopefult they'll get them.

    Rude employees and shoppers. Someone got mad and broke the lottery ticket machine. So had to go else where. Restroom are okay but need to be cleaned better and restocked. Store has a different layout that is confusing on finding the right departments.

    The store does look better and I gave them 2 stars for it, but they never answer their phone. No one should have to drive all the way out there and find out theyre unable to help them, so you call first. Would’ve been nice if they answered, so frustrating…..plus I tried calling 5 times and got hung up on each time, so rude!!!!

    Very Clean Store even during Remodeling . Prices seemed to be not Inflated because it is in a Tourist Location unlike so many others. Staff was Friendly and Helpful. I will shop here again when I am in the Area

    A bit crowded for me, but it was on a Saturday in Fall. Seems to be well stocked tho all I came in for was Halloween lights. (which I found) Food section looked good but I really didn't shop it. Wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking. Outside entrance. Hey ! It's Walmart. (shrug)
