It's so annoying when you ask for a product, and the disinterested employee tells you they don't carry it. I told her it was in stock online, she pretended to check and reiterated that they didn't have it. Literally 10 yards away, I found a nice selection of the product I saw online. They have nice products and great prices, just don't expect any type of help.

I am so grateful to Kristen in the yarn/needling department who helped me find the right items for my first crocheting project and Colleen who was patient with me at checkout while I figured out my Michael's rewards. This location is as organized as a craft store can be and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly!

Love Michael's, it is one of the best places for arts and crafts, if you love painting Knitting, they are the place to go.

Although they tend to be the higher priced than HL, they had what l was looking for. Store is always clean and well organized.

Used the "order on line, pick up in store" option for some wreath hangers. There was an online special, so I got a deal on purchasing something I needed, and the item was ready when I got off of work and arrived at the store. Was an easy and painless process overall. Employees were friendly, too!

The store is always stocked well and the staff is helpful. The only downside as line can get long but this is the best craft store around.

First time at Michael's. I went there for a specific item that I found on their website. It was a quick "in and out" as I found what I needed. It wasn't difficult to locate the item, and staff was friendly.

Michael's has always been a place where I can go in sad and become so happy,creating so much in my head while I shop, they are always stock with the most inventive products,making a creative person go insane, today I went to the store to find a Christmas wreath and left with several other things, Mary was so nice that made my stopping by so great,sweet employee!! After three years I've begun to paint again as usual Michael's Craft store has all the products I need to bring my creation to fruition. Thankyou, especially to the wonderful employees.I don't know about your Micheal's but the Gurnee's is awesome,thankyou guys!!!

Friendly staff. Store is always clean. I scored good deals on the few things I wanted as well, today is black Friday.

Michaels was well stocked w/many arts & craft supplies, and many really neat Xmas themed items that charmed us & put us in the holiday mood. I found a wooden flag frame for my father who just died & was a veteran too...good quality, good price! Highly recommend this store....

Go when there are deals! So many crafts to explore and even though the check out had a line with only 1-2 cashiers, our cashier was very kind.

Very helpful staff. The shelves were well-stocked and I was able to find everything I needed for my mixed media project. Good sales almost make up for limited coupons.

Departments are small for things you might need or want to do. Good luck getting help as well. If you do ask, you get attitude

I love Micheal's crafts store. It was everything I hope for. Even the young adults and older helpers were so nice. Working very hard. If they have more than five stars. I will give you when more. Thank for ur help.
