Walked in and saleswoman immediately started being pushy. I understand they have to make sales but not giving the customer space is a good way to turn them away. And they also made me get a temp check even though I was wearing a mask just so I could take look in their store. 4 months into this pandemic and not one place required me to do this, let alone a watch store. Not spending a dime in their overpriced watches anyways.

Great to meet some salespeople who are truly fans of the brand, and not selling something to sell it. Quality service here, they could answer any questions about current and past models that I had for them. Also, the deals were insane. Nothing that I've ever seen at many of the conventional jewelry stores. If you are interested in the brand at all, it is well worth going to THE Movado store. It will save you not only money, but you'll probably be a more knowledgeable consumer as well. They have some exclusive inventory too!

absolutely amazing experience at this location. the store manager Asad greeted us and was just so helpful. he offered to pull out any watch we wanted and explained everything. his knowledge on the watches, materials, jewels, etc. was just incredible! any watch you pointed at he knew everything about it. the watches have a warranty and can be easily fitted <3 we talked about his background and i ended up buying such a beautiful watch. he was sooooo nice!! not pushy at all. just the most amazing service i could have possibly asked for! so lucky we got to experience this customer support. if you come here ask for him. thank you so much Asad! we will be back!!

I absolutely love this store. the service is wonderful and they always make me feel like family. Keni is a wonderful salesperson and I drive all the way from Milwaukee to buy from her.

A very friendly and professional staff. Store extremely well stocked with a huge variety of timepieces and styles to chose from. Would recommend!!
