There are not many people who care about my dog as much as I do. This staff loves my animals. I can reach out any time and they are there for support and don’t try to nickel and dime me. They are honest and reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone to this vet. I would like to point out Alan who is not a vet but so much help to us and our animals. He has a heart of gold and truly loves helping animals. Animals are truly important to them not just our money. That is not true about other vets in the area. Five stars

Ultrasound not available on site. Ultrasounds are done by a technician that comes to the clinic ( possible until next day) then you need to wait for the radiologist to read it , hours later At this point you better take you baby to another place . No updating on the status of your baby until you call them and you wont talk to the doctor or the technician. Expensive.

My family has been coming to this vet since 2009 when we first became pet parents. The entire staff is amazing. Allan is amazing with our pets. He is always so gentle are caring when handling any of the dogs we've had over the years. Even with all the new COVID rules with pet parents not allowed to go in, I'm 100% at ease when I see that Allan is going to be taking care of them. This has been our choice of animal clinic for thirteen years now and we wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

They didn’t fully explain what was wrong with our dog. Downplayed his sickness and gave me the wrong diagnosis even when I called back to let them know he wasn’t doing well.

Easy. Professional and considerate of your time. My cat showed no distress after annual visit with yearly shots.

Very rude on the phone. Their website states they have an emergency vet and to just call when you’re on your way so they’re ready, but when I called they laughed and said the website was lying and they don’t take emergencies. I asked when their next appt was the lady said “next week” okay when? “Thursday” ??? And what time??? Staff should be friendlier when dealing with people who are going through a hard time with their animals!!

I've never met a group of more caring individuals. I just started working there, and I've seen first hand how each pet is treated with love and compassion and every employee is invested in the pet's health and recovery.

While in Illinois for a month and a half, we wanted to get our dogs vaccinated against Lyme disease. We had two amazing experience here (the initial vaccination and the booster appointment). Everyone on the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated their patience and gentleness with our nervous dogs as well as their transparency regarding pricing.

The best animal clinic I have ever been to. HANDS DOWN. The staff are exceptionally caring and considerate of the animals and their owners. It is clear they genuinely LOVE and enjoy animals. I took my 50lb pit bull girl in, and the gentlemen there was talking to her, petting her, just loving on her the whole time. The vet was very fast, gentle, and gave me so many good pointers. I feel very lucky to have this clinic in my community. I can’t thank you guys enough!!

Hands down the nicest efficient, compassionate fastest place ever. I was able to book a same day appointment and get my dog stitches all done in one day. Everyone was so nice welcoming and handled my dog with care. I highly recommend

Iterestingly, a Dr. of veterinary medicine is more qualified for healing than a doctor that just deals with the human species. Veterinary doctors deal with multiple species and their physiologies.
