Was a little skeptical as there were some mixed reviews. Our granddaughters are having a blast! It's not too crowded and there is plenty of variety for the different age groups. I tried to find it if you could bring in your own food as I know at some you can't but there was nothing. You can bring your own food they just want you to eat at the picnic tables... Very fair. It's clean, life guards are doing a good job keeping everyone safe. We would definitely come again.

I think the 20 minute safe break is so unnecessary the adults are aloud in not the kids most of the adults bring their kids u know. I mean 20! Freaking minutes also I think some life guards are really disrespectful I’m not saying all! Some are so kind! I asked why 20 minutes very nicely and She said “no reason”Well here is actually what you NEED to know! And otherwise the pools were nice slides are so fun 🤩

Hi! This place is really cool, they have a huge pool and 2 big slides that are fun to go down, they also have a food area to eat at. I enjoy going here during the summer and I think that they deserve a 5 star.

I've been a customer of the aquatic center in Grayslake for 13 years. We decided to try Gurnee in order to mix it up a bit. I strongly regret this decision. They close this pool for any stupid reason. They close down the deep end regularly due to lack of visibility. If visibility is an issue then it's obvious their pool filters aren't working properly. Their hours are short, and it just seems there is always a silly reason to get people to leave the pool. I will not ever be back. Grayslake operates at a much better level.

Environnement 5 stars. Staff 5 stars Overall recommended. It's a nice set-up and the safe guards are actively looking for signs of issues which is always good. One issue we had was that it was quite difficult to find nice shades where we can sit underneath. It was a sunny day and we were toasted...don't tell me about the umbrellas, it's not working against strong sunlight since the water around reflects the light. If you want to get some tans, great. But if you want to read a book or something, it's not very easy if it's too sunny. If you want to take a nap, you need a good pair of eye cover.

Such a nice, clean water park to take the whole family!

I’m semi handicapped and I love everything about this water park. Yesterday I stepped into the office to require about a different chair so I could stand up and down easier. I spoke with a extremely nice and attentive girl named Amanda to inquire about a chair or if I could bring my own, I showed her where I was going to be sitting and she was there before I could even put my belongings down. Like I said, extremely nice and very helpful. This water park is top notch and so nice and close to home for me. I’m a lifer. Other things to compliment on are how clean the water park is, great music, plenty of staff for safety purposes and a awesome snack bar. Truly something for everyone..!!

Crowded on the weekends. It's cheaper starting at 5pm. Fun place for kids on a warm day.
