I love to visit this store even I buy or don't. I love how they design with beautiful water and animals decor. Huge selection of hunting,fishing,boats, camping ,clothes and more and more. Amazing place to shop.

Great store anything you can think of for hunting, fishing, camping. Huge indoor pond with fish, a great little waterfall. There was quite a bit of merchandise on the floor and employees just walked around it instead of picking it up. Other than that a great store

Took the grandkids to the Bass pro Store to see the live fish in the giant tanks, and streams, beside the stuffed wild animals. They ask to see this every time they come to Chicago. I enjoyed it as well. Wait until you see the huge catfish and Sturgeon fish in the tank. The sturgeon looked like it was 6-7 feet long and the catfish may 5-6 feet long. Amazing! The exterior of the store was indeed welcoming, with the classic Bass Pro Shop signage and rustic charm, creating a sense of anticipation. However, as I stepped through the doors, I couldn't help but feel that the cozy, small-town feeling I associate with Bass Pro Shop was missing. The layout and size of the store, due to its mall location, gave it a more condensed and commercial vibe, which detracted from the usual immersive experience that Bass Pro Shop is known for. The vast selection of outdoor gear and hunting equipment was somewhat limited compared to larger standalone stores, and the ambiance was more in line with a typical mall store. Despite the store's size limitations, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which is a hallmark of the Bass Pro Shop experience. They were eager to assist and offer guidance, making the visit enjoyable in that regard.

Love this place! You really can find anything. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their knives and guns are too quality. They have fishing stuff, boats, camping gear, clothes, dog accessories, scents and calls and traps, snacks and furniture, archery and gun ranges plus an arcade for the kids. Love the water walkway and the fish enclosure. Love the taxidermy. You really feel like you're outside while indoors!

Amazing store that has anything and everything for a beginner to expert sports person. Anchor store at the gurnee mills. Financing available for a fishing boat, atv or pontoon boat. Plenty of parking.

When I go here, I always find more than what I planned on getting. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is organized and well maintained. My family could spend hours watching the fish inside - always a family favorite. The prices aren’t too bad on most items, especially if they are on sale! Can’t wait for the next visit!

Amazing! I love to visit different bass pro shops, and cabelas to see all the different settings. My kids loved being able to go right to the fish tank and have the fish swim directly to you. Then they got to throw coins into the well on the other side (they wished daddy got a new fishing pole but he didn't lol). We got to another fish tank to see fish that all 3 of my kids have caught before as well (a pan fish tank). Great visit and hopefully we will have another chance to visit again.

Love taking the family here the kids love it especially the huge fish tank a waterfalls the atmosphere is always clean and friendly staff just stay away from the vacation people cuz they'll get you every time...

Excellent shopping experience! The store was very clean and in perfect shopping condition. I appreciated the various hand sanitation dispensers located at the entrances and throughout the store. Staff was very friendly but not pressuring. The multiple large fish tanks were very well maintained and the variety of fish was plentiful. Pricing was fair and they offered many sales.

Just like to say ,, That john Huston & his partner randy,, did me right. Helped me out when the 1 800 people in spring field screwed up big time. On my order they saved my hunting trip.. Witch turned out to be GREAT ,, bagged monster buck.. Helped me out BIG TIME an made it all go well... Will not order from 1800 spring field again.. Great guys worked with me an made it possible.. Great customer service and a clean well-organized store layout stand out here. They always have a great selection of gear for camping, fishing and outdoor sports. I’ve been shopping here for years and I’ll continue to do so. Love the big fish tank!

So much here! Bound to find something for everybody. From food to fishing, tennis to tents, they've got all things outdoors. You can make a day of it sitting on a park bench at the beautifully scene-scaped indoor lake to showing off your shooting skills at the air tells range. Explore a new section and learn something new!

Pretty much any trip to Gurnee Mills whether if with the wife & kids or not, Bass Pro Shops is always included as a stop in. This place is amazing, anything to do with the great outdoors, this place has it! For the most part, my wife likes to take our boys who are 2 going on 3 and 8 years old to see the fish and the shooting range for the elder. I'll admit that we typically don't shop here, just an occasional item or 2 and mostly to kill time for our boys. Always worthy for a stop in whether for your camping/outdoor needs or just wanna browse to occupy time.

Ever since I was a little boy this has been my favorite outdoor store. My father over ten years ago used to go here for all of his hunting needs. Even now as I live somewhere else I still find myself shopping here for fishing tackle, live bait, and clothes. The staff is always very kind and the company-made food is delicious. Would recommend it to people in and out of the area!

Bate and Switched me here, Showed me what I was looking for and then they gave me a different (even model) gun, one that was used and beat the hell and not even cleand after. They told me I'm not allowed to dissaseble the gun in store. Is this a brand new $649 gun ????

What you would expect. Knowledgeable staff and helpful is what is needed. Unfortunately I do need to put here that my husband was being watched and followed by security as he was just shopping, now I wish he was being paranoid, but I even saw it. Now yes it is gonna sound bad, but of everyone in the store, why was the only one followed, a Hispanic man? This isn't right and is never an excuse to be creepy. As we were trying to get a gift for him for his birthday and your crew made him uncomfortable. Do better. Train your people not to be suspicious of just minorities, but ALL people. Because your staff will deter good customers who are willing to give you our hard earned money. Before you go saying your staff follows all, the security guard was nowhere to be seen once we left.

You like fishing? Need to stock up on some baits not seen in other stores? This is that place to come do so. What can I say? Spring Sale is the BEST here especially if you are looking to buy a new rod or reel. The stocks are not that great but tons of other tackle makes up for that to choose from. Finding a employee for help is horrible because no one is around usually. Prices are high due to inflation so expect that too of course. The best Santa experience hands down. Photo packages are not outrageous. The kids love to see the live fish. And the tanks are well kept. The only negative I have are the people wandering around trying to sell vacation packages.

My husband and I went there for a new pair of hikers. They had just what he wanted at a very reasonable price. The sales person was very helpful and answered all my husband's questions quickly.
