I had my very first ride today. I felt incredibly secure in the seats. The anticipation building up to the blindingly fast launch is incredible. Then it takes off, faster than dragster, and flipped you all over the place this and that. Then you just tear through the corkscrew, and the remaining 2 inversions are still taken at an incredible speed. I am totally Blown Away, of how fast this thing is, and how smooth it is as well! Mr. Salemi, thank you very much for bringing this unbelievable ride to our beautiful Park, and please do whatever you can to keep on bringing more classics to Great America. You are the best in my book. Thank you, and have a lovely day!

A great but slightly flawed ride. The launch definitely has more power than kingda ka but if that ride makes Maxx force look long by comparison you know that at least a little more could have been done. At least it's very smooth in all rows which is definitely not the case for ka.

Iโ€™ve never seen train dispatches so slow. Was timing them while waiting in line. 3-4 minutes each. God aweful station work.

The launch is perfection!! Itโ€™s so powerful and fast and then you get to enjoy a couple more elements and then before you realize it the ride is over. They do have a single rider line so use that if you can because the line backs up quick. The capacity isnโ€™t the best since it only has one train, but it really is worth the wait.

When I went on MaxxForce for the first time in July I was so scared because of the speed, but that was the best part when when those inversions hit it was so much fun. When I rode MaxxForce during Fright Fest it was a 3 hour wait in line I was pretty upset, but it was worth the wait and itโ€™s so awesome riding rollercoasters at night.

Alright, this ride is absolutely INSANE!! It has an air compressed launch by S&S that goes from 0 to 78 miles per hour in 1.8 seconds. The launch is like something I have never experienced! I always get startled by it simply because of the speed and the intensity. This launch is insane in any row but in the front row, it is truly special. When you feel it, you will know what I am talking about. The wind against your face is great!! The launch is so insane that it makes this super loud boom noise that can be heard all across the park. This launch is the best part of the ride but, it is not over yet. You then go into a massive dog tounge double inversion at 175 ft tall, then go into a zero g roll at 60 mph, and then goes into a double inversion dive loop. This whole thing goes by in 20 seconds but boy is it a rush. It is consistently the longest line in the park at an hour long minimum. The line moves slowly but that is because of its capacity. The workers here are trying their best to have trains going. Overall, I was BLOWN AWAY by this ride and this is the best rollercoaster at Six Flags Great America! Get out here and ride it!!

This is a great ride, but in my opinion one of the most overrated in the whole park. If the line is too long, do not waste your time in this one. I think it is overrated because it features the fastest acceleration of any roller coaster in North America, going from 0 to 78 miles per hour (125 kilometers per hour) in just 1.8 seconds. It also holds the record for the tallest double inversion on a roller coaster, reaching a height of 175 feet (53 meters).

I would only ride this ride again if the line was as short as the ride. Yes. The launch is awesome. And the inverted speed record thing. And all the "records" it sets is underwhelming after the hours waiting. Raging Bull. All day over this.

This is an odd coaster: it's very fast (78mph) and rather tall (175ft), but it's super short (23 seconds long) and only runs a single train, so wait times can be substantial. The supports are an eyesore and the compressed air launch is LOUD, so be ready for that. Maxx Force is definitely unique although not a top 5 ride at the park, don't feel bad if you have to skip this one.

Super fun launching coaster. Lines are a bit faster because of how fast the ride is.

Maxx Force is an action packed and quick moving roller coaster with a wonderfully powerful launch and nice selection of elements. Sure, the ride time isn't too long, but that is what you get with a really fast coaster, a short but awesome rush of fun.

This ride is highly overrated. I like the quick launch, but then after that, it's super slow. I was hoping in the hill it would keep up with the speed, but it doesn't. Highly dissatisfied with this one compared to Something like kinda ka or top thrill

Amazing ride, I would put this up against any ride at Cedar Point.

Fun ride but keep in mind that it is very short and always has a long wait

Very fun ride, probably one of the best in the park. Staff are kind of slow at seating people and managing the ride. It does also tend to breakdown a lot. Although overall it is a great ride!

Absolutely amazing launch! I rode it with another friend (neither of us rode it before), and oh my GOD. It's short, but very smooth and the layout is perfect to wind you down after the launch. My only gripe is the lack of theming! The bridge you launch under is just concrete, nothing interesting that gives suspense or excitement (like the stoplights on other rides, for example), and it still looks mid-construction. Other than that, it's an amazing ride

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Great roller coaster and arguably one of the icons at this Six Flags. Rides rough and bumpy due to its age but it's still a blast. Highly recommend you ride on the last cart. When you go down the first hill, you'll get a small second of freefall which is pretty cool.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Love this classic Arrow looper! The cheesy themeing and song were amazing. The corkscrews were a bit jerky, but if you pressed your head against the headrest, it seems to help. I preferred the back of the train ๐Ÿ‘
