Stopped in here I was on a day trip from Chicago to Kenosha. Looked for a pizza restaurant online found this place. They had awesome reviews and a good pizza deal. The pizza was amazing the service was even better the salad was good to definitely recommend I will definitely come back

Place was busy and that's usually a good thing. We ordered a large Taco and a small cheese. Taco pizza was excellent but kinda difficult to eat because the toppings were really piled on. Not a bad thing! Cheese pizza was also good. Service was a little off but they were extremely busy. We will definitely go back.

So many pizza kitchens will take your order and not actually listen to what you say.. not the case with Kaiser’s. Ordered and got exactly what I wanted (pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, jalapeño.. with the pepperoni on top and crispy.. absolute fire). Also ate the best damn plain cheese pizza (wife’s preference) I’ve probably ever had tonight. Well worth the 45 Biden bux for two awesome 14” thin pies.. thank you Kaiser’s!!!

Some very unique and tasty dishes here. They can get very creative with pizza. However, it's a little cramped inside and can do with some expanding, and while they have outdoor seating that won't do any good during a Chicago winter.

Accommodation, delicious food. Slow service but maybe short staffed are many. Just mad I forgot to use my coupon when paying. Guess I'll have to go back. Stuffed potatos were amazing! Great job!

Delicious pizza and wonderful service which was a bit slow, but with good reason because the restaurant was packed. It's small but cozy establishment. Once you enter, the bar is to the right and the dining area is to the left. Large screen tvs to watch all kinds of sporting events throughout the entire place. You can enjoy dinner for 2, family night, a get together with friends or a large birthday party. Carryout is available. Plenty of parking.

The Atmosphere was Great and the Staff are awesome ... DeVante and Noah are supper Cool and Friendly but the whole staff are nice ... The Pizza is fantastic and Tracy had the meatball and mozzarella sub...and my side salad was Really cool and refreshing the homemade coutons were so crunchy... and my carrot sticks and celery slices was packed to the brim ... Thank you so Much Noah and DeVante for our Enjoyable time ay Kaiser's Pub ...

We showed up for our first visit as we had heard good things. I let my wife out by the door to check on a wait time before we dragged our two little ones out of the car. She was told we'd be sat right away. Great. We got out and went inside and they sat us right away. We got the kids settled and we're waiting for someone to come say hello and take our drink order and instead we had someone come over and tell us we couldn't sit there because they had a wait-list and a big party needed that table. Okay? Then why were we told we could sit right away and why were we seated? So we packed up the kids and left as they requested. We weren't offered to be added to the wait-list or anything. The person that told us we had to leave the table went behind the counter and away we went to find another restaurant. Very disappointing experience. We understand wait lists and don't mind being put on one. But seating someone and then telling them to pack up and leave? Unacceptable in my opinion.

The staff is super friendly and creates an atmosphere that makes it feel like home. (I sat at the bar) the bartender was super sweet and has a great attitude. The food was very tastey. The pizza was liled high with fresh toppings. I got the veggie pizza and wings. Both were very good.

Yummy 😋 good friendly service Ordered a 16in thin crust pizza with mushroom, pepperoni and sausage to feed my fam. We had plenty plenty of left overs. Definitely recommend this place if your in the city of Gurnee. We had 2 orders of fried mushrooms 🍄 😋 as well they were delicious.. couldn't get my hands off them & sweet potatoes fries also yummy. Also want to comment on the lighting its not to bright its al little dim which I love because of the eye issue. Over all 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kaisers pizza and other foods on the menu are good. They're busy, and the service is still good. Servers don't just leave you until your food arrives. They do check with the customer to see if they need anything while waiting. That's a very important part of the business's success. Don't leave the customer(s) just hanging with no updates.

Nicole took care of me. She was friendly and attentive. Her recommendations were perfect! The loaded potato soup was phenomenal! The pizza is cheesy and has a wonderful sauce and a delightfully crispy crust. Great experience! Highly recommended!

I was at Kaiser in Gurnee this evening we ordered a large pizza I usually love Kaisers pizza but tonight it was extremely salty. I know the sausage is salty but the sauce was also extremely salty. We got a large pizza I did eat 3 pieces before feeling nauseous, I hide my feelings from my boyfriend and the staff at Kaisers. We took home what we didn’t eat but I’m telling you my half will be going in the garbage. It really pisses me off that I have to throw my half of the leftover pizza away, it was really bad. I’m never coming here again!

We ordered cheesy garlic bread and a large sausage pepperoni pizza and it was wonderful. Our waiter was fast and friendly. He was quick with drink refills which is always a plus. We stop when ever we go to 6 flags which is at least 2 or more times a month. Love love love this place.

We had the BLT pizza and Kaiser Special. Both were fantastic. The crust on both was thin and crisp. It held up perfectly under the sauce and toppings of both pizzas. All toppings were fresh and well prepared. We did have a little wait to place our order, but the restaurant was really busy and the pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Honestly, I went for the thin crust pizza and it was amazing. Price range average and service was great. I highly recommend.

After not eating here for many years we thought we would give it a try. The service was great and the appetizer decent. We ordered the special which was good not great. I can’t figure out what was missing but it was kinda blah. I will try again in a few months.

A little bummed out the full menu wasn't available after 9, but the pizza and service were phenomenal to say the least! This is the greatest hole in the wall gem! I love coming here
