Definitely worst experience I have ever had. I placed an order online went to pick up & it took us more than 30 mins to get our food & not just that they forgot half of my order. I like Taco Bell but this particular location was the worst for calling itself fast food.

I consistently go here and get food almost every time something is wrong and does not match my receipt. I always ask for black been burritos and such and they put beef in it. The workers are lazy and often rude.

GO TO ANOTHER TACO BELL I work at a store nearby and we order food from them daily for the crew buying food for 3-6 people at a time. We get it cause it’s cheap and convenient but quite literally every single time we order there, there are missing items in the order, tacos are falling apart, and you always leave feeling dissatisfied cause if you want it fixed you have to return to the Taco Bell for them to give you a hard time just to fix it.

When there this morning to get breakfast..a few cars waiting they left I waited no one answer the speaker..so I called they told me they're closed this was 7:15 am..if they can't open at the time they say..pleas change your times..waste my gas to drive all the way there...

This is a very busy location but like any other location, always have had good service and no mix-ups with any order I've ever made whether dining in or the drive-thru. Venue is always kept clean and always friendly customer service. I would easily put Taco Bell as one of the top 5 best mass franchise fast food chains in terms of cleanliness, customer service and quality/value of food. One thing I've noticed in some reviews across a few locations in the past is the complaint about not having tortas, flautas, green sauce, etc. First off, Taco Bell is an American chain and not authentic Mexican at all. Plenty of Mexican restaurants in Lake county especially in Waukegan and the Round Lake area, go there if you're looking for authenticity. Taco Bell has always served up tasty quality food at good prices and as long as they don't change anything which would bring them down, I'll keep coming back.

I ordered nachos grande with extra meat I didn’t get extra cheese or meat that I ordered taste had no seasoning I will not get food from here again but the girl at the window was nice she has locks young girl. Had to add my own flavor

This specific Taco Bell is always hit or miss. You either get very rude and bad service. Or you get subpar service. I never once had a genuinely good experience. The food is Taco Bell so hard to mess that up.

Taco Bell Manager of Grand Ave., give Matthew Y a raise! He was an amazing employee that served us with great joy! Customers, he works after 4 pm usually and trust me when I say you won't be disappointed when you meet him! Makes the experience a lot more enjoyable.

If you like tons of lettuce and bad tasting food, come here to eat. Taco Bell never fails to disappoint at most stores. This is no exception.

Woman on drive thru was kinda rude and I think they might’ve given part of our order to the car before us since we got part of someone else’s order. We were waiting in the parking lot for 10 minutes. Not the first time they’ve messed up so I avoid this place now.

You charge me for 2 soft tacos in one taco I asked for cinnamon on the dessert and this is what I got, 2 soft tacos and no cinnamon

I always see the great attitudes of the employees and management. They are always kind. The two times I have had a problem with an order, I have been treated very well. They go above and beyond to not only make it right. They have extended generosity with extra service that was not necessary, but greatly appreciated.

where do i begin? i paid more for supreme tacos and only got regular tacos. volcano taco was slimy and wet, soaked through the bottom of the bag. not to mention all tacos were completely broken like really messy as if they threw it in the bag from across the room. didn’t even eat most of the food, just threw it away because it was so disgusting.

We always come here after Six Flags and they always deliver great food and service. The water with flowers is a great touch and they rarely mess up our order. Whenever they accidentally add meat they always quickly replace it. This is a great Taco Bell and it's especially good for vegetarians.

I love Taco Bell more than most, however, this location is just not up to standard.

My family went there. And the employee was rude to everyone. She yelled at some guest and just had an attitude. Plus the place was ok for clean. And the food eh, the forgot some of my food, and I got sick because of the food. Never again are we going.

My favorite meal from here is a steak power bowl! Love the power bowls so much! Great prices and big meals. Always get a side of chessy fiesta potatoes and nachos.

Very friendly staff whenever I go munch on something for my cravings! 🌮 🌯 🌮 🌯 🍟🥤 Depending who is there working it can vary the experience too. Managers care for their customers. And the cooks are very nice and make sure I receive my meal fresh out of the batches. I come here and leave happy Hector is amazing! Thank you

Placed a mobile order and when I picked it up it was cold not even a bit warm, they knowingly gave me cold food, if I didn’t check before I left I would’ve never known. When I drove back around the Manager I spoke to Sara was extremely rude about it, cut me off and didn’t let me talk at all. Overall terrible experience.
