location
over
the
years.
I
frequently
have
missing
items
(salad
dressing
is
MIA
20+%
of
time)
when
I
order
online.
I
recently
placed
a
delivery
order
on
the
app
which
was
incorrect
and
unfortunately
my
girlfriend
was
unable
to
eat
due
to
allergies.
I
called
and
was
put
into
the
ridiculous
automated
phone
system.
If
you
say
“food
poisoning”
it
will
connect
you
with
the
manager.
The
manager
was
helpful
and
said
she
would
keep
a
credit
for
2
items
under
my
app
ID.
It
was
too
late
to
re-order
at
the
time.
I
went
in
to
do
that
today.
The
cashier,
Ruth
was
very
helpful.
Her
manager
kept
communicating
with
her
because
she
was
leaning
against
a
counter
and
playing
with
her
phone.
I
asked
Ruth
to
have
her
manager
speak
to
me
directly.
So,
her
manger
proceeded
to
put
on
gloves
and
jump
onto
the
line.
She
said
she
could
not
honor
the
request
and
that
she
was
busy
helping
customers.
I
informed
her
that
I
would
not
be
paying
for
the
food
otherwise
and
she
casually
said
fine,
we’ll
throw
it
out.
She
laughed
when
I
said
I
was
rather
irritated
by
her
behavior
and
she
could
care
less
about
reviews.
Duh,
corporate
will
honor
the
agreement,
but
she
has
now
wasted
my
time,
her
time,
her
employee’s
time,
thrown
out
food
I
was
willing
to
pay
for,
and
gotten
a
one-star
review.
Don’t
lie
to
clients
who
order
frequently
and
never
return
anything.
