    DO NOT come to this store. After taking a long time off from this store for messing up pick up orders...... they are back at it again, this is a $11 steak quesadilla. Except an employee took half for themselves. Their resolution was to have me call a 1-800 number to beg for my money back.

    As a person with diabetes, I was eager to try the cauliflower rice bowl. I ordered a Barbacoa bowl with cauliflower rice, guacamole, fajita veg, sour cream & cheese. What I got was a bowl with beans, brown rice, no guacamole, no sour cream and lettuce (yuck). I had planned to split the bowl into 3 meals, but the photo is what I had to throw away from the first third. The second photo is what I had to throw away out of the whole Bowl . Why did I even pay $12 for this stupid thing that was supposed to have cauliflower rice? Do you know how hard it is to pick rice & beans out of a bowl like this? Beyond disappointed and sad to have to waste that much food. This is a matter of health, not just being picky. Why have the customizable menu if you don't follow it?

    Horrible customer service. 9 pm arrival, granted late, but still an hour from closing. Line was to the door. Kids behind the counter were laughing and already preparing to close. Did t get the order right twice, while ordering over the counter. Food was cold on service. I get the service business and being late. But whe. You still have a long line and an hour til closing. Should not be laughing, goofing off behind the counter. Then they have signs offering food for a 5* review. I'd rather pay for my food and get 5* service. Can't/won't give a good review even for free food.

    Ive ordered 200+ orders from this location over the years. I frequently have missing items (salad dressing is MIA 20+% of time) when I order online. I recently placed a delivery order on the app which was incorrect and unfortunately my girlfriend was unable to eat due to allergies. I called and was put into the ridiculous automated phone system. If you say “food poisoning” it will connect you with the manager. The manager was helpful and said she would keep a credit for 2 items under my app ID. It was too late to re-order at the time. I went in to do that today. The cashier, Ruth was very helpful. Her manager kept communicating with her because she was leaning against a counter and playing with her phone. I asked Ruth to have her manager speak to me directly. So, her manger proceeded to put on gloves and jump onto the line. She said she could not honor the request and that she was busy helping customers. I informed her that I would not be paying for the food otherwise and she casually said fine, we’ll throw it out. She laughed when I said I was rather irritated by her behavior and she could care less about reviews. Duh, corporate will honor the agreement, but she has now wasted my time, her time, her employee’s time, thrown out food I was willing to pay for, and gotten a one-star review. Don’t lie to clients who order frequently and never return anything.

    Their new sofritas menu protein is amazing! I always love when more veggie options are added to the menu. It might even have a little kick to it (or that might just be the spicy salsa I put on my bowl)

    If I could give 0 I would. These people are probably the worst employees I have ever seen. They messed up my bowl by only giving steak and rice when there were CLEARLY…. More add ons! Do you not know how to read a damn ticket? You must be illiterate…

    I didn't know that lettuce was one of the ingredients of Chipotle guacamole, but apparently it is at this location. On the contrary my salad bowl had minimal lettuce. Love Chipotle but this location can be a miss

    This place is kind of Hit or Miss for me. Been here for last 15 years and they have messed up my order by doing cross contamination every other time. Their staff doesn’t have basic knowledge of not to drop one ingredient in to other ingredients while making a bawl. And mainly when costumer is vegetarian. And then offer a free bawl and sorry from shift manager.. But no improvement in service..

    Literally the slowest service of any place. There was a line of 17 people from the order counter to the door and they had the staff member who clearly had never rolled a burrito before as the only person taking care of adding toppings to orders. Not only that, they were only taking care of Internet orders. Yes, there were plenty of other staff behind the counter. One even tried to help, saw the mess that "burrito roller" was mired in and walked away. It took me 12 minutes to go from placing my order to reaching the register, where I waited another minute for someone to come from the back to ring up the sale only to have them swipe their card nearly a dozen times to try and clear the previous order. I've been a fan of Chipotle's food from the beginning, but service like this, without even apologizing for the delay, is inexcusable. Their prioritizing of web orders over customers in the store with cash in hand is driving away their core clientele and if you caught the recent news, something they are very concerned about. It's too late for this location though. It's lost my business.

    We go quiet often to Chipotle but lately everytime we order online they never get our order on time or they never make it making us wait longer. One time we understand but it has happened more than 3 times. We worked in the costumer service industry so we try to be understanding but come on it keeps happening. Last night our order was not made so the worker asked my bf to tell him what our order was as he wrote it down on a piece of paper. This comment is not to put the workers down but we are paying costumers because we do enjoy Chipotle, if their order online system is not working then it needs to be fixed.

    Horrible experience at this location, portion sizes are inconsistent, didn’t receive my tortillas or chips had to ask multiple times, then the tortillas were wrapped together and falling out of the tinfoil when handed to me. I paid extra for Barbacoa meat and was literally given the slop of fat and juices at the bottom of the container. Definitely not happy with this experience especially paying the prices you do. I’ll advise everyone I know to just take the drive to Roundlake, they actually care how they serve people.

    So I’m not sure what has changed but I ordered via the app and my order was wrong sadly I didn’t discover that until I was home so I had to drive back to wait in line behind someone who was extremely annoying. I feel certain the manager was annoyed and didn’t want to be there or at least that was the expression on his face. I finally got my order and returned home to find out my food was cold. Not warm but cold…I live less than 10 minutes away.

    I ordered online a burrito, with NO MEAT whatsoever. When I picked up my food, my burrito was someone else’s. It had NONE of the stuff I ordered. I will be reaching out for a refund.

    I used to love getting burritos at Chipotle but since I went there 3 months ago, I am very disappointed in what they have. They have diminished much of what you can put on your burrito and when the person was wrapping my burrito, the tortilla ripped and he still wrapped it up like nothing happened! F U Chipotle employee! 😡 And the fact that they charge a third more than what I would get at QDOBA is ridiculous! I recommend everybody go to QDOBA for your super beefy burritos! So much more to choose from and it costs a third less! Plus the employees actually care if they rip your burrito in half and wrap it in front of you and try to sell it to you for an exorbitant amount of money! Chipotle, your quality has gone downhill very fast! There are so many better restaurants than you! If I could give negative Stars I would...

    I placed an order via the app and for the second time, they do not pay attention on the order! I have a dairy allergy and cannot have cheese because of it. I make it crystal clear in my online app order EVERY-TIME. So I find this out after I get back to work and come to learn that added cheese and mayonnaise. I drive back to the Gurnee store only to be told by the Manager (2110h on 10/14/22) that “it’s not our fault, you need to call in each time and tell us you can’t have cheese if you have an allergy” This woman was incredibly rude as she demonstrated by rolling her eyes at me and payed more attention to her phone than my concern and down right made me feel like I shouldn’t even eat there because of my allergies. What a horrible way to be treated by this manager! Chipotle Corporation: PLEASE RETRAIN OR HIRE SOMEONE ELSE AT GURNEE IL AS A MANAGER. THE PERSON YOU HAVE IN THAT POSITION DOESN'T EVEN TREAT THE CUSTOMERS WITH A SHRED OF COURTESY!

    Workers were lazy and rude continued to ask if that was all after i added something onto my bowl , didn’t have chicken, white rice or fajita vegetables available and refused to make more, the dirty tables that looked like they hadn’t been washed all day really topped it off and ruined my experience would give it 0 stars if i could

    The fajita vegetables were overcooked to the point where they were a glassy pile of mush, and even so I still asked for them on my food and that was a mistake because they were really slimy and lost all of their taste. I am including a picture. This is an epidemic problem amongst Chipotle. I see this almost everywhere I go or sometimes I see the opposite problem where the vegetables are not cooked at all and our hard and crunchy. At least if they're raw I will eat the peppers.
