    I’m giving them one star and not because they had made our drinks wrong, but the way they handled the situation. We had ordered 2 venti drinks and a grande frap. The venti’s were made as grande and when we asked about it, Adam got upset he had to remake our drinks that said Venti on our stickers. He aggressively grabbed our drinks and dumped them down the sink before remaking them correctly. We don’t understand how poor customer service was given when we treated the employee with respect in letting the employee know that our drink order was made wrong and if we could have our drinks made correctly for what we paid for. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered poor customer service at this location, but will definitely be the last time we visit this location.

    Rojas was the best barista I’ve ever had at Starbucks. He was friendly, cheerful, and greeted us professionally. Had the biggest smile on his face. My friends and I give him 20/10. Having him as our barista made our day

    Friendly, helpful staff. One guy saw my kid spill hot tea into our laptop and came to give us wipes right away. Home wifi is broken, so we came for some internet time. Stayed masked and distanced as well as we could. Staff was masked properly the whole time, and very responsive to request or questions.

    My experience was very great. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Shout out to Rojas for being extremely helpful. He was awesome and friendly. I would definitely go back to this location.

    I haven't been to a Starbucks in quite a while and I forgot how bad they smell. I had to shower when I got home to wash the STRONG coffee smell off. This one, in Gurnee, also needs to TURN THEIR MUSIC DOWN!!! Acrimony, had trouble hearing the person I was with without lots of conversation repeating. I "won't never" return!!

    Although I definitely have my few favs, I love the staff that work in the drive thru!! My one experience inside was absolutely memorable & that staff was very personable as well! My drinks are 98% always made correctly, & that's great! It also makes a difference when you tell them about a mistake & they fix it without a hassle, & I appreciate that.Thank you!! 🥰

    The last 6 months I've gone inside they have been way behind and don't seem to listen to what you ask for. I've dropped my rating because of this. My two last visits I've waited 15 minutes or longer, been asked multiple times what my order was. Had people who ordered after me get there order before me and they have gotten my name wrong both times. I'm extremely tired of people not listening to what you tell them. They apparently do not care at all. Costs way to much $$$ for this kind of service. I'll go to a different location or just not go.

    I come here quite often , and usually I have a positive experience. Not today the barista didn’t even say a word to me no hi no have a good day nothing just silent not a great way to start my day when usally Starbucks employed are nice and put a smile on my face

    Drink was great but did not have a good experience with the blonde girl, I believe her name is Maddie. Did not really sound like she wanted to be there, I know it’s not great working with lots of customers but I felt rushed when placing my order. When I asked if they could modify my drink she rolled her eyes and I was being really nice but I just felt uncomfortable.

    I love this location and go there every single day. Everyone knows my name and order. They are always super friendly and give amazing service. My only concern is that they have been closed the last 2 days with no notice and just a handwritten sign on the door. I hope everyone is OK and they aren't closing for good.

    This is at least my 2nd favorite spot to go when I’m near employees are nice but there are times that they look like they are not in the mood I understand cause look at the hours they open and closed but has long as I get my coffee right it’s all good and I just hope they get paid good enough to keep up the good work this store and employees deserve it please keep up the good work!

    Made my drink and poured some into cups for other baristas to try then looks me dead in the eyes and said I just tried your drink it’s sooo good. Honestly that’s disgusting to say to a customer especially with Covid and everything else that’s going on the last thing I’d expect is to hear that then be handed my drink🤮🤢

    I just walked in to order as the drive-thru was longer. Nice customer service and good drinks. I've been a fan of the cinnamon caramel nitro cold brew.

    I was terribly rushed in the drive thru and when I got to the window my order was the wrong size (I asked for a venti, not a grande). Rather than remake my order the employees poured my grande iced chai tea in a venti cup and filled half of the cup with cold foam. Very disappointed in my experience.

    Most of the time staff is very efficient and friendly. The only thing I’d say is I wish the music was lowered. A lot of us come to study, read, work etc. It’s not always possible to sit away from the speaker. If you come to read, you don’t usually use headphones. Even with headphones, the music is sometimes still heard.

    This is my neighborhood coffee shop. They are always super busy, but, have friendly staff! Even at 6:00am! I stopped by for coffee and a breakfast item and the gal at the window was very friendly and cheerful, with a great smile on her face! Once i got to work i noticed the message on my muffin bag! This store rocks!

    Always a line because it's a fantastic location but it moves fast and the staff are outstanding! I love this Starbucks because of their great service quality, just darn good peeps! Wonderful tasting coffee and desserts, I hope this location does very well in 2022 and beyond. Go Starbucks!

    Sadly, I feel uncomfortable here each time I come in the morning specifically Alex and Maddie create a space and energy that I am I not welcomed. I see them treat others better. Idk if it is because I am a Black person but other baristas are kind and helpful to me. But those baristas are also people of color. I know Gurnee has issues with prejudice, I hoped that with the trainings that Starbucks did, it would feel different. I live in the area and this is the closest and only coffee shop & I don’t want to spend my money in a place where I am made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. So again, sadly I am not able to get my pumpkin latte because I don’t want my money going to places that I am not welcomed. It is 2022, ya know. I thought we were getting better as a human collective but Alex and Maddie still need some more trainings.

    This is my fallback store when my regular store is too busy or out of something. Coffee is usually on point and staff is friendly and attentive. Will continue to visit this location.

    I'm really super disappointed when ordering on the app that the location doesn't even carry sugar free vanilla. I'm EXTREMELY limited in what I can even get at Starbucks and my go- to drink I couldn't even get here because of this. You ought to rethink that. Hoping what I ordered will taste ok but I am pretty let down that you don't carry options for those who can't have loads of sugar.
