4 stars only because the strawberry lemonade taste like water with sugar in it.... Other than that the pizza was hot... Delicious... The people were nice and friendly.. greeted... Thanked us.... Didnt think it was going to be good . But it ended up being some alright pizza... The sauce was watered down with no real flavor... But overall a great experience... Edible food... Not a bad spot .. would recommend this place... Might go back but not sure

I was quite dissapooints in this Sbarro. What was once my favorite mall pizza chain no longer lives up to what it once was. While the service was incredibly nice, and the food piping hot, the pizza simply was not as good as it once was. However the bread sticks were absolutely delicious. As was the strawberry lemonade. All in all it will do, but you can certainly do better if not in a bind for time. Especially with MOD pizza right across the street.

Great place to grab a quick slice of pizza and / or a Stromboli. The salads are fresh and good. The Italian sausage and vegetables are delicious. There is plenty of seating in the food court.

For a quick bite, this place is pretty satisfying. Took all of 5 min to get our slice and spinach stromboli warmed up. Regular cheese pizza is great and not too sweet, although a little greasy. Spinach stromboli was tasty too. I recommend a side of dipping sauce for the stromboli though.

Really good pizza many choices with decent sides they have salad options for a side.

It's okay, the thing with Sbarro pizza is that you get allot of bread compared to the average product, the pizza, very little sauce, cheese is okay, toppings are okay, but too much bread on all the pizza, if it wasn't so expensive i would recommend it

Hardly any cheese on pizza...and base was super thin. Looked like a frozen pizza.

I got a fresh slice and was a bit disappointed, but then I finished my boyfriend's slice, and was brought back to how amazingly average the slices are. For mall pizza by the slice, it's the best, just don't accept fresh slices, they must sit and be reheated!

Food here is decent, pretty good for it being sbarro. On the other hand though it has really bad customer service. Workers look like they are always in a bad mood. They tend to be ignorant and dont treat the customers kindly. I also witness an employee and a costumer arguing pretty aggressively. Only come here because of the convinience of the food. Would not come back because of the poor customer service.

I LOVE the food here, but specifically the female worker with long black hair - is so DISRESPECTFUL. She has no respect towards customers, did not know how to ring in our order and yelled at us asking what food we had over and over again. I love this place and the owner is a great guy. Please consider this woman's actions towards people.

The Spanish employee is rude. She was hiding in the kitchen while the clients are lining up. She refuses to speak Spanish to a customer even though she was speaking Spanish to another one. She didn’t want to warm up a cake that was frozen and couldn’t even be eating with a knife and a fork and said it wasn’t her fault.

Got 3 Stromboli and Caesar salad. The Stromboli were alright, Frozen pizza quality and the Caesar salad was wilted with stale Croutons. Would never order from here again.

Horrible service the young Hispanic man was rude, and the chef was yelling at me. need to fire their staff immediately.
