A definite break from typical sub shops, Mcalister's boasts an extensive array of sandwiches. Took me a while to give them a try upon moving in after Panera moved across the intersection. One of those places to whenever I come back, I wanna keep trying something different. Delicious sandwiches along with a variety of salads, soups and sides to accompany your meal. Food seems to be of good quality, venue is kept squeaky clean/sanitized, prices seem reasonable and service reigns supreme.

Big-sandwich shop or big sandwich-shop? The answer is both! This store was a Starbucks but at some point turned into Mcalisters. Very spacious and very clean. Waitstaff at the top of thier game with refills and clearing tables. Short wait in line to order, and short wait for food delivered to the table (Be sure to put your number in the ticket holder on table). I had the Turkey Rueben, a very hearty sandwich with coleslaw and chips for my side. Lemonade Tea was also good, but no tangyness at all, which I prefer. Overall: a great, big sandwich shop for reasonable prices.

Gotta love a good salad. The loaded chipotle chicken baked potato was arguably one of the best I've had. McAllisters Deli has a great menu. Awesome service..healthy options..nice portions. It's just a real feel good joint. Stop in!

I’ve been coming here for several years now - since the first came to town with their amazing ‘2 choose 2 meals for $16 ‘ coupons. Then they unfortunately did away with the coupons but I was hooked on their southwest salad, Rachel sandwich, king club, and Ultimate nachos!! So much so, I was craving it while pregnant :) They have always taken care of me, even over the years as management has changed. I even have my tumblers still from 2020 because I’m addicted to their tea. It’s hard to find unsweetened tea that actually tastes good and doesn’t have a ton of junk in it. I’ll be coming back for many more years and now both my kids and both sides of our families love it too. Oh! And don’t miss out on that carrot cake, it is a large piece to share with another, or keep for yourself, and so delicious!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for lunch today, order was completely rang in and made wrong. Called to request a refund as I was too far from the store by the time I had dropped the lunch off for my husband and his co-workers. Saya the manager, proceeded to yell, talk over me, and hung up on my twice. He further stated that I told him to go to hell, to which I absolutely did not say. He also said the customer is not always which right and hung up on me again. He said he needed to talk to the person that rang me in to get her side and I stated I just wanted the refund. He declined and hung up on me again. I went over his head to corporate and put in a formal complaint. Complete lack of professionalism.

My husband and I went here for dinner on a Friday night looking for something different from the norm. There were two other families there finishing up their meals. By the time we received our food, we were the only guests there. I ordered a Pick Two but was charged for and received a whole sandwich with a side of soup instead of a half sandwich. It ended up working out okay because the sandwich was good and the soup was not. I ordered their tomato soup which came out thick and dark red, almost brown in color. It tasted like burnt marinara sauce. Not pleasant at all. I also ordered a cheese melt which was surprisingly good. The bread was warm and soft. Paired with the cheese it was a sandwich I'd order again. My husband ordered a ham and cheese melt and really liked it. He ordered mac'n'cheese as his side and said it was mediocre, at best. He said it tasted like it was sitting around for a while. We both decided if we give this place a try again, it will be during lunch when its busy and the food is fresh.

Great customer service. Even better food. I ordered the Japaleno Crunch and it was very tasty and fresh. It was close to six flags and I wanted something light and not heavy. Their tea was also great they have a monthly tea membership I noticed. Will be back.

Dine in do not order for takeout. Just like everybody else these days they will rip you off. When you order a roast beef sandwich for $10 you expect it to be well-made. Here is another example of I don’t have to look them in the eye.

We went on a Friday night and there were maybe 3 other families/groups (2-4 people/group) *not busy. We ordered a 12” French dip w/ side salad, 2 bowls of soup (chicken and dumplings and broccoli cheddar) and 2 kids meals (toasty cheese and Mac N’ cheese) both fruit. The kids meals and French dip came out but no soup. Kids meals were ok but they didn’t eat more than 2 bites. The French dip was completely over cooked but somehow cold so the beef was cold and hard. The cheese was burnt so much you didn’t know there was any on. Still no soup. The salad had really mushy lettuce that smelled bad. Didn’t eat that either. Finally got our soup after asking AND needing to show receipt. Broccoli cheddar was good, but the chicken and dumpling looked lumpy with scorched pieces. It was DEFINITELY not soup consistency. When I talked to the staff about it, they kept looking at the “soup” like that was completely normal and how it’s made. (I’ve been coming here since they opened and also other McAllisters as well. I know what it’s supposed to look like) I finally said I wanted to just switch it to the other soup and they reluctantly agreed. Then I waited another 10 minutes to get it. When I spend $50+ on a shared meal and 2 $3 kids meals it shouldn’t be worse than fast food. I can’t believe I chose here over Charlie’s at the mall. Smdh

Sandwiches are good but as others say dine in. They give you sample size for sides. I remember when you use to get a whole cup full, now all you get is a spoonful. Sad really. But still enjoy the sandwiches.

I hadn’t been to McAllister’s in sooooo long but I saw it on my way to a meeting and stopped by for some soup. The gnocchi chicken soup was AMAZING and the sweet tea is a classic. It was super clean inside too! Definitely coming back for more soup soon.

The team took care of me and my babe who wanted "the big one" of their sandwiches. They always take great care and provide excellent customer service. The manager Adrian, and cashier Anna are exceptional at their jobs! You can't go wrong with this spot, good food and great service!

I have been coming to this location since January 2023 and they never disappoint! Adrian (General Manager) and Sam (Manager) do a great job at ensuring their quality of service is top-notch! Food is also fresh, and establishment is ver clean! I've catered three times with this location, and those breakfast boxes are a hit with my employees! Good pricing, and the catering process is so effortless! Yesenia Mendez
