This is not a store to place an online order with as they have made mistakes every time I tried. I always order a BLT wrap and I have gotten a BMT (not a ham or pepperoni fan), ingredients I didn't want on sandwiches (black olives), or items ( sides) completely forgotten. You can't leave without checking the bag which we learned too late! It's rediculous to have to open each sandwich. Calling to complain doesn't resolve the issue as who wants to drive all the way back? The solution from corporate is to offer $2 off or a free cookie on your next visit. The owner just sends a copy and paste form letter to apologize which doesn't help when your meal is already over and they keep making mistakes. I'm going to try another store and hope for the best.

I will never be ordering from this location ever again. I made an online order and when I arrived at the store, they didn't even know that an order was placed. Then, when they realized they started to make it, but the guy making it would not stop eating his ice cream as he was making my food. This is hands down the worst subway.

I ordered online, asking in special instructions the subway to be double toasted, add gardinera and cut into three pieces. WELL, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE IMAGE, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED.

We grabbed sandwiches tonight 3/10/22 and the customer service was excellent. Customer service places has been a struggle lately and it was such a nice experience. The young lady working was so friendly and helpful, she made excellent sandwiches. Wish we knew her name to give her a shoutout.

Very nice guy the gas station down the block said that his bathroom had plumbing issues we all know that was a lie. The nice young guy told me and my buddy that we were welcome to use the bathroom at the subway.As we were traveling back home from a trip he was very nice and very humble towards me and my buddy.

Had to order some food, decide to do subway as it's cheap and quick. While picking up an order, 3 employees were not wearing their face coverings, one of them had airpods in and was listening to the music instead providing customer service. I just wanted to get out ASAP. When I got home the sandwich was all smushed and did look like what I order, after looking back at the receipt I was able to confirm that the sandwich was indeed not what I ordered. So far, I've visited the store 3 times and of them were not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Just left the place, like literally, the lady and the man behind the table were super nice. Gave us a nice chat. Thanks very much for the service! They were very good at suggesting food and good combinations for what to get. The man spoke about steak and vinegrette being very good! Thanks again! Hope you visit IKEA.

Sort of sloppy sandwich. Staff wad not friendly. Not mean just very blah.

Very unprofessional. I have never seen this happening before. 1. They closed at 7:35 pm; 2. I was standing outside knocking the door, while lights were ON and i could see employees in there, nobody opened it up, after couple minutes they saw me knocking and started laughing and then shut off the lights on my face.

I’m never going to this subway again. I had a sandwich made and when I was going to pay I handed them a coupon and they would not honor it. It was not expired and they had no other explanation why they would not accept it.

Is very hard to find a place this clean & that they enjoy what they do for work...Super friendly people & they make my sandwich as I asked for without a mean face,thank you so much...I highly recommend this place & I would give a 10 star review if I could 😊
