I'm from NYC, so right away I loved this Dunkin' - it isn't run by middle easterners. Mostly Hispanic staff, very friendly, very quick and efficient. Always a smile. Don't be put off if there's a line - it goes quicker than you'd think. Just slightly after the AM rush, and the donuts were fully stocked. More variety than I'm used to at home, too. I ordered 2 doz mixed for a client meeting. Nice job, folks!

Worst experience ever from Dunkin’ I try to give the benefit of the doubt in most situations. But how do you mess up the order from the beginning to the end. First didn’t get the items I ordered cause they didn’t have certain things I wanted that fine i understand that. But what I don’t understand is why there is parchment paper from the cheese slices still in my sandwich!!! Do better dinkin

Terrible drive thru service and attitudes of employees. They made a mistake with 2 drinks and told us to drive to the front of the store and they would bring out the correct ones. After more than 5 minutes we walked to the door and no one came so we walked to the drive thru window and finally they have us the correct drinks……except when we asked which one was which they said just smell them! We asked for our money back and we would give them back but he said “no” and “bye”. How about having a manager on duty?

We came here on Aug. 24 at 11 am. Our drinks and donuts were delicious, but there was a guy with a beard that took our order that was very rude! We ordered everything but one of our family members was looking at the donuts so the guy said our order again with a very rude tone and he was basically yelling at us! We were only 4 and he was in a rush which we didn’t understand because there was no one behind us. Yelling at a customer is not justifiable.

Staff could of been a little bit more friendlier, after all I enjoyed their everything bagel and was satisfied with my iced coffee. I visited this location a couple days ago and was glad!

Wonderful atmosphere, best Dunkin I've been to. The donuts are in a glass case so you can better see them, which I haven't really seen in other Dunkins.

Not a consistent quality of sandwiches it depends on the staff. I might get 2 of the 3 I paid for on more than 10+ occasions (Gurnee store). And location matters ...some kinda flighty ...has to do with management and training.

Clean. Staff is welcoming and engaging. Great doughnut selection and iced coffee is good.

Went to this Dunkin location after our original plan was to go to Starbucks. Our family ordered a lot here (~$40) before our long drive back to Minnesota. After taking one sip out of the large iced coffee I ordered I saw a frozen fruit fly stuck to the top of the lid 🤢. I am absolutely disgusted. How does that even happen 🤢🤢. Immediately threw away the drink. Waste of money and I couldn’t even eat the rest of the food I bought because if their was a dead stuck fruit fly on the iced coffee lid who knows what could’ve been attached (or even what could’ve touched) the food I bought. Sad drive home.

It's always busy but they fit great coffees!!

Horrible service. The drive through workers are beyond disrespectful, it’s unacceptable. Will not be returning. No coffee is worth being spoken to in such a rude manner. Why is it that most Dunkin employees are so mean??? Was given disgusted looks for asking for a simple PUP cup at the end of my order.

I ordered a hot chocolate with caramel swirl and whipped cream. It tasted very bland and lacked caramel. I also ordered hash browns. Before I could finished checking my order and ask for ketchup, the person walked off and did not come back to the window. I waited a couple minutes but decided to just drive off since there were people behind me.

Went in the afternoon and it was a mess. Donuts were a mess. Mango drink looked brown. Place was a mess.

Didn't appreciate being rushed at the counter by the young lady . Very rude. Just got donuts and my kids wanted ice cream as well but I didn't bother to order because of the rudeness.

I want to thank drive-in server Kashih. In two weeks since my dad died, he's given me GREAT service & was very generous, patient & understanding! Thanks man!
