    This location is horrible! The worker was rude and treated me so disrespectfully, like sorry you’re having a bad day because your life sucks but don’t take it out on me. When the lady gave me my order it was made wrong, and when i asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes and refused to remake it. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING🤮👎

    I don’t usually write reviews, but they deserve one and maybe it would help the next person. I placed an large order for my staff through the app. When I went to pick the order up I was told that they didn’t have enough donuts to fulfill my order and that I would have to call CS for a refund (I clearly see they did, but whatever). I said that’s fine instead of the two dozens just give me one and some munchkins. The lady got so mad and rude, she was just throwing random donuts in the box and started to get nasty with another customer that was just asking for a stirrer cause there was none out. I canceled the order and went somewhere else. Never again!

    I found no problem with the place at first but the guy making the drinks is clearing his throat over the drinks that he is making. I asked for another drink and got some attitude. He clearly has a mask on but not over his mouth. It was completely disgusting. He got attitude and still went over my cup of coffee after I asked him not to be next to it. I didn't drink it. Be careful with your drinks people. COVID, the Flu and so many other things are out there. Look for who prepares your stuff.

    I've gotten the snack wraps a few times and unfortunately the past two times it literally looks like someone smashed them with their hand and it's disgusting and not good quality.

    Very disappointed in customer service..ordered hummus toast. Thought it came with tomatoes as that is what is shown on the pictures in drive thru. You would think If it didn't automatically come with it Like it as shown on the pictureThe workers would ask you if you wanted tomatoes on it. They also haven't learned the appropriate response when someone says thank you.

    I am here right now. It's 3:45pm. I ordered a vanilla bean coolatta and tried to order a dozen donuts. The girl said they didn't have enough to make a dozen. WTH. I though I stopped at a dunkin donuts. I get my drink and decided to park to handle GPS. I look into the store to see plenty of donuts. More than enough to make a few dozen. Girl, if you gonna lie about food then make sure the stuff isn't on display for people to see from their cars. Winning location with hard working people here.🙄

    Ordered half dozen donuts and was then asked if I wanted all the same or a mix. I replied with mix, I was told to pull around and was handed a box of random donuts. I asked what donuts were in there and got an attitude. I have been going to DD for 20 years and never have they just given you what they want and they give you an attitude. The coffee was awful too! This location is terrible! Never stopping here again.Actually completely done with DD and will find local family owned places.

    People, you have to be aware how much they charge you!!!! I've ordered double espresso and they've charged me $4.49. In other locations the price is $2.49 for the same size coffee. Some locations charged you much more, two times because they think double is two coffees but is two shots. I didn't want to argue because there were people behind me waiting on the line.

    This Dunkin is in the BP gas station, it had good food but it's nothing special unless they have new stuff I got the brownie batter iced coffee it was good and I would say one of the best seasonal drinks I would say get the app they have great deals especially on Mondays. The service is good and the employees are nice but I do really like the atmosphere of the place me and my friends went to hang out and it's a really good spot for casual hang outs in the afternoon honestly this is a really good place you won't get the experience through the drive thru only inside.

    So instead of putting a QR code on the receipt they make you show them the app first before you buy anything which is absolutely ridiculous! And once you buy it there's no way for them to fix it. I mean it is only 2022 🙄 I guess we wonder why Starbucks is ahead of the game 😐

    I visit this location's drive thru about 2-3 times a month in the early hours. The staff here is often pretty short, usually the greeting is "Can I help you?" no "good morning" no "What can I can get for you?" I always order on the app, so it's easier for me-and the staff makes me feel like a bother.

    Do not go here. This Dunkin charges the incorrect prices. Won't let you use the bathroom even if you buy food. My 70 year old mother wasn't able to use the bathroom.

    CLEAN YOUR BATHROOM!!!!! POOP EVERYWHERE ON FLOOR ON TOILET SEAT. WE HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD GIRL THAT NEEDED TO GO AND COULDN'T USE THE RESTROOM BECAUSE OF TH SANITARY CONDITIONS. IF THAT'S THEIR IDEA OF CLEAN I WOULD NEVER GO THERE. That one star was jumping maje this review. Calling health department after this post.

    Have been to this location several times and have never been greeted or served with courtesy and the last food item (hash browns )were not good. Employees need to be retrained on customer service etiquette. If they don’t enjoy serving then don’t work in customer service!
