I love Dunkin’ Donuts and this location was a terrible experience. To start they don’t accept their own proprietary pay method, they were out of refreshers, out of iced coffee, out of breakfast sandwiches, out of donuts. I actually asked them what they DID have. Do yourself a favor and make the 1.5 mile drive to Starbucks or any other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. Dunkin corporate shouldn’t even allow them to have this franchise.

Website shows they open at 6:30. Saturday open time is currently 7:00am.

These guys are horrible!!! They have 4 employees and have a huge line and looks like all 4 employees work on each order because the wait is horrble! Not to mention yesterday they only opened til 11am yesterday saying that they were short staffed but they are inside of this hotel, how dare they?!

Dunkin is a family bucket list breakfast stop during vacation. My kiddo loves the little Munchkin donuts! The sandwiches were a little burnt on the edges this morning but still good. The machine was down for the iced drink we wanted, however, ice coffee was still possible and that hit the soul!

Although being advertised as opening at 6:30am they didn't open until 7. After continuing to wait for them to open, the shutters finally lift at 7:15. When i questioned why the wait was 45 minutes i was basically told to deal with it.

I just can’t…THIS is an “order” of hash browns. It is 6 tater rounds with some type of pepper or garlic powder on them for $3. I am speechless.

Do not order anything but donuts from Duncan Donuts at Great Wolf Flodge, Gurnee, IL. Don’t order this for your family breakfast. $50 got us sides of hash browns that have 5 tiny tots each. Coffees that were not finished, only a little more than half full, had none of our toppings, and we had to add our own coffee to them bc they tasted like pure creamer. 2 thin and gross “sandwiches” and “wraps.”

There are a few things that, as a parent, you need when visiting Great Wolf Lodge. The first is to make sure that your kids are safe. The second is to ensure your room is clean. These things are not an issue at Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee. The third thing is coffee. This IS an issue at Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee. This location is branded as a Dunkin' Donuts, however... This location does not open on time. This location is not trained or staffed properly. This location does not have friendly employees. This location cannot possibly be owned, managed or run by people that have kids; there is zero empathy. Parents will regularly have to wait 45 minutes, or more, in line for their morning coffee at this location. There is little good to say about this location. After several visits to Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee, our most recent will be the last time we try to get coffee at this Dunkin' Donuts. Next time, we're bringing our Keurig machine.

Only computer kiosks. No cash register, it sucks. Get rid of them, ppl want to order fast, not push a bunch of buttons.

⚠️ Scam Alert! Do not recommend. You're forced to order from a big touch screen that barely works. "Touch here to begin," it says, but nothing happens for a good 30 seconds after touching it. I get to the bottled drink section to add a milk and an OJ that I had grabbed from the cooler. Found corresponding milk button, no problem. The orange juice, however, was another story. The only available orange juice button says 20oz bottle for (an outrageous) $4.00. I look at the bottle in my hand, and it's only 12oz. So they are actively stocking their cooler with smaller size drinks and overcharging. I went to ask about it, and the employee pretended not to know this was occurring, though I cannot imagine I'm the first to notice or the first to bring it up to employees, or that employees didn't notice when they stocked the fridge that they were smaller bottles. She sort of laugh-shrugged and simply offered to give me a second 12oz bottle. I'm sure a lot of people aren't noticing this and are overpaying for a single 12oz bottle when it is 8oz short of what they are charging for. While this short interaction occurred (probably 30ish seconds), the screen had decided I wasn't fast enough and cleared my order. So I had to "touch to begin" again, and touch and touch and touch because the screen doesn't react right away. I seriously hated this screen, lol. Put in my order a second time and pay. Another employee calls my name for coffee and asks if I was waiting on anything else. I said yes, that I also had ordered munchkins. She says, "okay thanks have a good day!" And starts walking away! I had to repeat myself and another employee also reiterated I was waiting for munchkins. Then she finally reveals that yet another employee is bringing them over. I'm not sure why she couldn't have said that the first time and not make me repeat myself because she seemingly ignored me the first time. Just a very strange interaction. To cap it off, the coffee was one of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had in my life. If it had just been the bad coffee, I wouldn't be leaving a review. I would have just gone on assuming that I got the burnt dregs of an old pot that had been brewed several hours earlier, which is probably true. But i cannot get over the scammy practices going on there. Blatantly ripping people off is not a good look for Dunkin!

Would rate zero stars if I could. There is clearly no system in place. Cramped space for ordering and pick up. Staff hands out one item at a time, so you have 100 people standing with partial orders. Should have staff communicate which ticket they are working on and have it all out at once. Nothing like getting a breakfast sandwich 20 minutes before coffee.

Sign say after ordering speak to a pack member they be HAPPY to help you, I placed an order for 6 doughnuts I try to speak to some one several times and they ignored me, than 7 min later I was able to pick my doughuts total 10 min wait for 6 doughnuts 🥴🥴😪😪, my loaded hash browns with cheese and bacon had very little cheese on it...

Sight said 6:30a.m. when arrived at 6:40a.m. it was still closed 😪

I regretted going here immediately after I ordered and heard everyone in line complaining to each other. The store is in a very cramped area. If you have more than 3-4 people in line it’s ridiculous. They kept calling out the wrong names and getting orders wrong. I finally got my coffee drink after 15 minutes. Then after another 15 minutes I asked about my donuts. They acted like they didn’t even know about them. The lady brought them out soon after. I asked for a straw for the drink I had been holding for 30 minutes… then realized it wasn’t even the right size. Save yourself some time and go somewhere outside this hotel for breakfast.

Super slow. Took 30 minutes after order to get breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee.

They need more staff. This place is so packed for there to be such a wait for coffee and doughnuts. Cappuccino was made wrong, avo toast was soggy and they gave me the wrong milk.

I would not order anything but donuts from this location. Coffee tasted like it was reheated or burned, the premium priced tater tots tasted like a freezer, and their ordering system is not properly setup. Some items, green tea for instance, do not show up for the employees behind the counter and you will not get it until you ask.

Stood by the service counter for 15ish minutes to get a plastic spoon because the concierge desk told me I could get one there. No one made eye contact, they just ignored me until I spoke up and interrupted what they were doing. They told me they didn't have spoons.

$1.49 up charge per drink for oat milk. Absolutely shameful.

The doughnuts were delicious and the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich . However they can improve on the Chai latte.

They do not open at the advertised time, 7:10am and they are still closed, workers just standing around sipping their coffee while the coffee addicts wait in line, inhumane.

If you want early coffee this is not the place website clearly says opens at 630 girl behind counter said they open at 7 come back at 7 it’s still not open and the line is out of control .. if you open at 7 you need to update your hours on your site
