This was my first tine ever eating Raising Cane’s and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The chicken tenders had no flavor (seasoning) on them. My french fries where luke warm and my bread was only toasted on one side. I’m still trying to figure out is the bread supposed to come that way or not? I gave one star because the sweet tea was good.

Ah, Raising Cane's, where the enthusiasm of my taste buds went to retire. I tried, really I did, went back four times hoping the culinary gods would change their minds, but no dice. Think of their menu as a game of Minesweeper - once played, you've seen all the excitement it has to offer as their menu consists solely of chicken tenders and bread. Their fries? Think of that one actor who never quite makes it past the background extra stage. The bread, it's like that pre-packed stuff you find at a tiny Greek diner where you secretly suspect that 'fresh' is a long-lost concept. As for the chicken, it wouldn't inspire a postcard, let alone a letter home. It's so generic, you could mistake it for any other fast-food chicken, and it's about as flavorful as a cardboard box. Their saving grace? The house sauce. But guess what? It's been duplicated and distributed online faster than a viral TikTok dance. BBQ sauce? Nope. They must've missed the memo where it's a basic human right. In summary, if you're looking for culinary delights, Cane's might not be your North Star.

Their chicken is pretty solid. Very satisfying and crunchy. The sides come in ample amounts too, and the sauce is really really good. When I ordered I ordered a box combo for here and one to go, they forgot to give me one to go but when I asked about it they began making it immediately and gave me a coupon. Very kind service, and they kept the restaurant very very clean (tables around us got cleaned twice during our 25 minute dinner). There was a super long line and about a 25-30 minute wait, but that was probably since today was the first day. Will come back!

On a road trip, we decided to try Cane’s since we had never had it before. Short wait in the drive through. Line moved quickly. We ordered a sandwich and 4 chicken fingers with one extra sauce. They seemed confused that we didn’t want combos. Just the sandwich. Just the fingers. The sandwich ended up coming with a small bunch of fries (crinkle cut, not remarkable). The chicken was hot, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce is good. The sandwich is three fingers on a bun with lettuce and sauce. Overall we were very happy with the quality. The fries bring it down one star. I would have thought the fingers would come with one free sauce but they didn’t. I asked for salt (because of reading other reviews here) and used it. Would definitely eat here again next time we are in this area.

The third time is proof in the pudding. Cane’s gets my vote for the best chicken fingers, which is their specialty. The fingers are real chicken that is moist, juicy and very tasty. There is no comparison!

First time here and for a fast food place, I must say the food was awesome!! Had the “Box Combo” which includes 4 chicken tenders, coleslaw, fries, Cane’s sauce and a piece of Texas toast. Everything was hot and fresh and the toast was very yummy. Took food home as you get a lot!! Staff were working extremely hard as the restaurant and drive through were both very busy, but everyone was pleasant. We will definitely be back even though we live in Wisconsin and the nearest location is in Illinois, very much worth the drive!

Finally got to try this place for the very first time ever, not just this location but in general this past Christmas Eve during lunch hours. The tenders are........good but not necessarily great, not exactly "OMG these are to-die-for!!" and nothing to write home about. Fries are typical crinkle cuts out of a frozen bag, the toast definitely was a different spin compared to other competitors. Cane's tenders/strips can probably do battle with KFC, Popeye's and Brown's but overall can't hold a candle to Chick-Fil-A. I did like the fact that they had an employee on standby wiping down/sanitizing tables as customers finished up and stocking up straws, forks, napkins, etc. Not a mind blowing experience but I suppose I could come back again if ever not in the mood for any if it's competition.

People commonly make a big deal about Chick-fil-A. I like it too, but Raising Cane’s takes chicken meals to a whole ‘nother level. Their chicken fingers are so juicy, and their signature sauce is awesome. I also LOVE their Texas toast! It’s certainly my favorite place to have chicken, for a lunch or dinner stop.

Best Chicken Fingers In Town!!! Wonderful place and amazing customer service. Restaurant was very clean and real cool with the disco balls. Plenty of parking but crowded on the weekends because it's next to the Gurnee Mills Mall.

I really enjoyed the visit, it was nothing overly amazing, but, everything was well done. Raising Cane is the antithesis to Chick-fil-A lol! One restaurant observes the Sabbath albeit on the wrong day, and the other raises Cane lol! I always enjoy the backstory, but the food is very good too.

AAAAA+ WOWZA Loved their Chicken Tenders! We live 10 to 15 min away... It smelled just wonderful on the way home, When we got home the Chicken tenders were still hot and CRISPY YUMMY 😋. Coleslaw good didn't taste like anyone else's. I'm not a bread eater but I did air fry it along with my FFries I like them crispy too. We will be back. P.S. There were 6 fingers, while I was waiting on my bread and FFries I ate 3 😊 Sauce a cross btwn a Ranch with BBQ very good.

Great food as always. Friendly staff. Love the dine-in seating with the open windows and dine-out seating option. Traveled 40 minutes to eat here.

Dirty. The employees couldn't keep up. Either they were short staffed or just unorganized in general. Was our first time. Took over 17 minutes to get our chicken. Chicken was hot but was dripping with grease. Garlic bread was good. Over filled trashes, dirty bathrooms. Yikes.

Raising Cane's is an absolute gem in the world of fast food. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior of the building is not your typical fast-food joint; it's clean, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, which immediately sets it apart. The service was exceptional. The staff was not only friendly but also genuinely enthusiastic about their job. They took the time to explain the menu and made thoughtful recommendations. Their commitment to providing great service was evident throughout my visit. Now, let's talk about the food. Raising Cane's is a true chicken lover's paradise. The star of the show, their chicken tenders, were perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Cane's sauce is a game-changer, adding just the right amount of flavor to every bite. The coleslaw and Texas toast were delightful complements to the meal. What impressed me the most was the consistency. Every time I've visited Raising Cane's, the food quality has been top-notch, and that's something not all fast-food chains can claim. Overall, Raising Cane's exceeded my expectations in every way. From the friendly staff to the delicious food and inviting ambiance, it's a 5-star experience all the way. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a quick, satisfying, and memorable meal.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat this, it was good and juicy. The Texas toast was the best! The sauce was a little disappointing I think it tasted like mayochup lol nothing really special.

Drove down from Milwaukee because we don't have one yet. 5pm walked up to the counter and ordered. Everything was fresh and hot. Why only 4 stars? Something about the fries. I love the krinkle cut, but these seem too frozen. Like store bought frozen fries. Plus, the dinning room could have been more tidy. Lots of messy tables that needed to be wiped down.

Our 16 year son has been wanting to eat here for awhile now. We stopped by and it was good. Chicken tenders were delicious, tasted very fresh. The garlic Texas toast was good, different vs other side of a similar style restaurant. Our son loved the sauce that was served with the meals we got. The restaurant itself was nice, not much room for a line though so while we were eating I noticed the line in the seating area, I was glad not to be sitting on that side because it looked really cramped. They were really busy when we were there but seemed to get through the line quick. I didn't actually place the order, but our food came up pretty quick, the staff seemed friendly. The bathrooms were gender neutral, 3 private bathrooms down the side hall by the entrance. It was a decent size, clean.

This place is always packed no matter which location you go to! I was super excited to see there where so many canes in the Midwest! The service was great even with the place being packed. Our cashier was so nice and pleasant. We even Witness and manager do a kind deed for a customer that didn’t have enough money to pay for food. Her kindness really warmed my heart and I’m happy to spend my hard earned money here when I can because Canes has a history of doing so much good and spreading the love is always first! I look forward to visiting again! Kudos to this team and location. You all are great and may god continue to bless this manager and their staff!
