Nice outlet mall in great location. Good layout. Many great name brand stores. Clean and was not too busy.

We are from Wisconsin but we like visiting The Gurnee Mills Mall. Our closet Mall is The Southridge Mall in Greendale, Wisconsin. Both The Southridge Mall and The Gurnee Mills Mall are owned by Simon. We wish that The Southridge Mall had some of the stores and places that The Gurnee Mills Mall has, such as The Ice Rink, The Belvedere Blues, and some other stores

Huge mall, but the place was hot as hell, felt like the A.C unit wasn’t working

This mall has the loudest, most annoying, rude and aggressive closing announcements/procedure I have ever seen. It's gotten slightly better this year. Most malls encourage walkers and don't truly close up until half an hour or so later. THIS mall even locks the door a good 20 minutes before closing. This loses sales and angers visitors.

Usually come every year to shop for kids going back to school. Like that there's plenty of different stores to shop. Always find pretty good deals on clothing and shoes. It sure makes for a good day of shopping and visiting the food courts. Love our yearly visit to the mall.

It's not a bad mall, but it closes too early. Also, they need to chill tf out with all the announcements. That's dudes pre-pubescent voice repeating himself over and over is rage inducing.

Went in to see what was going on in here, had a great time there

The Gurnee Mills Mall has gone down since the Simon group has taken over, parking lots are not lined and are full of cracked and potted blacktop. Restrooms are dirty and not well stocked with paper towels. Don't like air hand dryers.

My family and I had a good time shopping. Never had a concern for our safety and it’s neat seeing all the options that are in the mall.

Nice outlet market with some prime brands and great stores offering a good value merchandise.

Mall was pretty much empty. We did see kids trying to fight though. I don't think it happened the one kid jumped a garbage can, fell and cut himself.

This mall is huge. I go to the cinema a lot. It is very nice. Sometimes I go to the mall to get exercise when it is bad weather outside. It is a huge mall and you do a lot of walking. If you don't want to walk a lot just park near the store you are going to go to.

It's not the mall for me and I wouldn't only recommend this place to people who like shoes because there is a bunch of shoe stores. But other than that all the stores are pretty big besides the arcade.

It's a huge mall and it's got a lot of stores. The problem is that you can't go on a hot day because the mall is very hot. Each store is a little cooler than the hallways but overall it's too hot.
