    Stay away from this place, unless this is the only place that your insurance have. They not only charged me in advance for installing my crown, when my crown was delay & not even in their office. They left a voicemail 1 week later on my cell, to tell me the crown was ready, but now when I call nobody picks up the phone, so I leave a messages about traying to make and appointment to get my crown install. they don't return my calls. I left a voice mail on 21/AUG/23 - 22AUG23 & 23AUG23

    Would give 0 starts if i could.Made an appointment two weeks early sent all my x rays and referal and insurance info over before hand, Take a half day off work to come in for a consultation and sat for an hour in the waiting room , only to be told they will have to call me back. No call back so i call in to get put on hold then disconnected. Call back again cause my molars broken off at the gum line now we are two weeks in only to be told the girl is out of the office i need to talk to so i have to wait. Well guess what still no call back . Now i have called the customer service line to talk with the regional manager about this . No customer service skills and my tooth is still broken. Unprofessional at best

    Go to another dentist office in the area. I was told from my first visit that I had a left over balance and I could use it to schedule a follow up appointment. I scheduled an appointment with the office and when I showed up they said I didn't have an appointment. I asked for the credit on my account to be put back on my card and to this day I still have not received the money back. I have tried calling multiple times to get my money back but they have a new excuse every time. Go somewhere else. Would give zero stars if possible.

    The Gurnee office needs to learn how to do a schedule. I had an appointment for 11:30am. At 12:15pm, still waiting while they called 2 people that arrived AFTER I did. If they couldn’t see me at 11:30, why schedule me. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

    Absolutely terrible service. Had two family members who needed X-rays sent to specialist as the dentists there are not qualified to preform certain procedures. First was in 2022 and they failed to forward X-rays as promised. We went to get the printed versions after waiting an hour to be able to bring something to the specialist they referred us to. They were unable to fax or email them as the specialist requested. We are again having the same exact experience this year, they failed to forward the X-rays to a specialist as promised and had us wait an hour for the printed version but in today’s visit after waiting an hour, they informed us that the printer is broken and the only thing they can do is send a ticket to corporate and refused to fax or email the required X-ray copies.

    I arrived at 8am for my 8am appointment to be told they were closed for the day after Thanksgiving holiday and that they have no dentist or hygienist in today. All the office offered me was info that the Antioch location was open without an apology. Apologies go a long way and I'm a very understanding person to a fault. My broken tooth and I will wait until next week to get in with my regular dentist.

    They told me one thing on the phone. When I got there. Everybody was nice mind you. I'm an excruciating pain. When they found out my insurance Had not started yet. They left me in a chair for an hour. In excruciating pain with 0 correspondence. I went in for an emergency because I'm having severe pain, that's incapacitating... I was told they would help me. And I left with less money and in worse shape...with less hope

    I walked in nervous and left happy as can be with the work I'm having done. The establishment was clean and comfortable, even the bathroom room was nice and clean. From the receptionist to the techs to the Dentist, it was a friendly, professional and comfortable experience. On my first visit they took x-rays, did a visual exam, discussed a plan, worked up the cost and submitted it to my insurance. I paid a $60 copay, they took impressions for the work needed. I already have my next visit scheduled. I am so happy I chose Aspen Dental in Gurnee and I couldn't feel any more positive and confident. I did look around and no other establishment compares. I highly recommend them.

    All the employees were very kind and caring. Took me in immediately when I was in pain unlike other dentist around the area. I would recommend them to all my friends. Litecia Duncan helped me with financing..Dr Ali help explain my treatment plan...Christian assistant wonderfully with procedure. Great staff overall.

    For Aspen Dental I want to give five stars to Latoya, she was amazing at getting my x-rays done I was kind of nervous and she kept me calm and she knew I was nervous so she kept talking to me kept laughing with me she was very professional she's amazing she's like I added addition to their staff and I hope they recognize the importance of who she is because she was amazing to me and I thank God for her and the staff at Aspen Dental. Also want to thank Dr Z for being such an amazing dentist he did such a great job on me and was very patient with being explained everything and was very courteous I loved how he did his job he was amazing. And the finance manager Becky oh my God I thank God for him if it wasn't for her I don't think that I ever would have been able to get the help I need it but she was amazing. And the lead hygienist Goran was totally awesome. His technique is so amazing I didn't feel a thing when he numbed me. And I hate needles but it's technique was very pleasant. And the lead dental assistant precious very nice I see why she's that Aspen Dental. I just want to say that I thank God and I think that's been done for helping me get a great smile

    I came in for an emergency extraction. They got me in within the hour. The entire staff was exceptionally nice. Everyone greeted me with a smile and polite conversations. The dentist pulled the tooth in approximately 10 minutes. I'm usually nervous in the dentist chair, but she made the experience swift and comfortable. My HMO was not accepted by their office, but my out of pocket expenses were very reasonable. They gave me an extensive preventative plan for the future to keep the remaining teeth healthy. I'm very pleased with my experience!! I will return!!

    Great and friendly staff. Went here because my mom said how great they were. I am glad I did. Everyone here is amazing especially the dental hygienist Goran Lazic. Make things fun.

    I'm so happy I came here! Veronica answered all of my questions regarding insurance and oral health/cleaning, Veronica made sure I left worry free, she answered all my questions and walked me through with what my first visit with dentist would look like. She was kind, bubbly and BI-LINGUAL!! She answered all my questions in Spanish!! It's unfortunate she didn't have cards with her name—she offered someone else's card but I respectfully declined. I have Spanish speaking friends who only feel comfortable speaking to someone who speaks Spanish. Thanks Aspen dental!

    This place is awful. I went there because I needed a root canal and my old dentistry stopped taking my insurance. They were accomodating in the beginning. I ended up havign some issue with the root canal. Had to go back multiple time to get it adjusted. But like a fool I went back for my regular check up. They told me I need to get deep cleaning because I have bone loss. if I do not do it I can lose my teeth. Also said my tooth already feels like it is moving. So, I did the deep cleaning. There was no visible sign of infection. But they used antibiotics on several tooth that was even more than the procedure. My husband went there and they told himt he same thing even though his xray showed no bone loss and did not have any infection. He refused the treatment and got the regular cleaning. He went to aother dentistry after that and so far he doesn't need deep cleaning. So, do not go to Aspen. They are out to get as much money as possible. Instead go to Denstristy across the street, Gurnee Dentistry. They treat you more humanely.
