i drove an hour and a half to come with my friends to see the barbie movie. one of my friends is 19 and didn’t bring her id with her. we bought tickets online, and the employees were disrespectful and mean when telling us that we couldn’t enter the theater without it after 6 pm. not only is that information difficult to find on their website and completely out of the way when purchasing tickets online, there is NO sign on the outside doors to the theater that say id is needed, you only see it once you enter the theater. all employees we spoke to were rude and uncompromising, they offered no help or other options and multiple people left the theater crying within the 20 minutes we were there. they also told us that it is a corporate policy, which it is not. horrendous experience, especially for all the younger teens trying to see this movie.

The seats were very comfy. Being from a smaller town, we were surprised by the number of arm guards. However, it is understandable and even made us more relaxed. We did talk to 2 of them and they were super friendly and helpful! The theater was pricey, food too but also expected. We really enjoyed going there and getting to experience such a large well organized theater!

Bought tickets online for teenage mutant ninja turtle movie(pg rated) at 7:00 pm. My brother (16) was asked for an id which he did not have. We were then told that because I am not 25 (I’m 20) I could not accompany him to see the movie, so he could not go in. They apparently have a policy where after 6:00 you need an id to enter, must be above 18, etc etc. policy was completely out of the way on the website so I did not see it while buying tickets so I had no idea about the policy until I entered the theater. Staff was incredibly rude, do not see how they will stay open much longer with an insulting policy like this.

I'm so glad I finally got to enjoy the movie tavern experience. We purchased our tickets and food online before arriving, which of I had to do again, I would wait to order my food when I arrived. It wasn't clear which counter we needed to go to to pick up our food (y'all need better, brighter signage), there was a long line before we even were able to get to the counter, and our food was cold by the time we finally did get it. The bar served a variety of beers and mixed drinks that, though not particularly high quality, were certainly strong. The extra wide reclining loveseat theater seating was a cozy way to watch a movie. I don't get many opportunities to go (or feel the need to go) to the theater all that often these days, so when I do go, I want the experience to feel special. This experience definitely filled that desire IMO.

The theater is nice, love the seats, and the sizes of the rooms are perfect. Not to big and not small. Last time I went 2 weeks ago, it was hot in there. I didn't want to leave to go say anything because I didn't want to miss any of the movie. The pop and popcorn is ridiculously over priced! Recommend ~ B.Y.O. 😉

It's the closest theater, which is why I come to this theater. But the chairs most of the time are not functional where they tilt when you recline, you can tell they need to be replaced. I had to use the washroom, and the sink would not work. The sensor could not acknowledge my hands so I couldn't wash my hands. I had to sneak into the men's washroom to rise off the soap from my hands. I think they area way over do for a remodel. Washroom, chairs etc. For what we pay for movie tickets, it should be much nicer and cleaner. The soda area has always been a mess. The staff is pretty good. The order ahead option feom the app needs some improvements. My food was not ready at the time it was supposed to be. But i know how busy it can get. So I wasnt too upset. Honestly though, when I don't mind the drive, I go to Vernon Hills. The AMC theater there is Sooo much nicer!

Very clean. Great comfortable reclining seats. Wide variety of quality concessions. Always fresh popcorn being popped. We try and see new releases on the Ultra Screen. Well worth it to see movies on the largest screen with great sound.

I haven't been to a theater in a decade. Theaters are more advanced now. You feel the experience of the movie in 4DX. I watched The Expendables 4. So much action, you might be thrown our of your seat. I almost got a concussion because the seats are interactive to the movie in 4DX
