I came here to get my eyebrows tinted. This was the absolute worst experience eyebrow wise in my life, I told the woman that I only wanted a tint and she then proceeded to cut the end of my brow without checking in first. I then told her again I only wanted a tint and she then proceeded to make multiple comments on how my eyebrows are so long and thick and that I should shape them as well. After repeatedly telling her I don't want that she made a comment saying "I guess the clients always right" this entire appointment was terrible, not to mention my eyebrows are straight up black, there's dye all over my fingers because I practically removed it myself, as well as the fact that I'm now missing a chunk of my eyebrow that I have to wait weeks for it to grow back. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, well maybe I would…. it's pretty bad. this was genuinely one of the worst eyebrow experiences I have ever had. If you're looking for a review to decide if you should go here or not let this be it, DONT! If I could give this O stars I would. Mind you I understand the dye will be dark for a few days but to cut my eyebrows? The second photo is my eyebrow after lots of scrubbing and as you can tell the end is very different than the first photo, she left me with one cut eyebrow.. AA & Q eyebrow tint

I have gone to the one that used to be in the Hawthorn mall with no issues. Today I went since I have a party this weekend to get my brows cleaned up. I specifically said don’t thin out or take anything off just clean top and bottom. What does she do…shortened the left tail of my brow. Eyebrow 101 align the tail with the 👁️ Now I will be wearing my hair over that part of my brow. She was on FaceTime when I arrived & sat her phone on the counter with the FaceTime pointing toward us while she was doing my brows with the people still talking & looking at us🤦🏾‍♀️😳 When she was done & got up and seen then she faced it down on the counter. I was upset and didn’t want to make a seen. I paid & left. I recommend going somewhere else for better service & experience. Pro: It was a clean atmosphere.

I decided to try eyelash extension for the first time and they were awful. Maybe this is just because I didn't know what to expect, but they looked nothing like the pictures. There was a thick band of black glue so the extensions looked super fake and they were SO UNCOMFORTABLE! I gave it a half hour, but they literally impaired my vision (I tried driving and felt that it wasn't safe for me to drive since I just saw this huge thick black band in my line of sight). So I went back in and asked them to remove them. I didn't even ask for my money back, but I did hope they'd offer something since they were nothing like the ones in the pictures; they did not and didn't seem to want to remove them, but they did. Hopefully others will be warned not to try this unless you want uncomfortable super fake looking lashes.

Did my eyebrow today. A lady wearing mask was doing it for me. The job wasn’t good at all as she was trying to hurry up to attend the next person. Hairs were left around the eyes. It’s such a negative experience as they are always in a hurry to attend the next person to get more customers - quantity over quality. Wouldn’t recommend.

I got threaded and tinted. As the tint is setting, she told me my eyebrows are not symmetrical. I didn't think much of it, until she shows me and they start at completely different points on my face! She tried telling me it's because they grow different. She did not line it up, it looks like she took too much from the start of my left brow. She didn't ask me what kind of shape I wanted, thick or thin, nothing. I'll be wearing my glasses until they grow back. I'd post a picture but I'm too self conscious.

The worst place to get your brows done. Piss poor excuses too. Should have known better than to go in the mall.

The lady did great. I was in and out within 5 minutes I would say. I’m super satisfied with my brows. It was definitely needed.
