There are no words to describe how utterly wonderful Dr. Rhie and her staff are. Each time I go for a dental visit , I get treated like pure gold! Each and every member of this staff is kind, gentle, professional, skilled, empathetic, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had two major dental issues that I let go far too long. Unfortunately, my teeth were infected and on the verge of not being able to be saved . Dr. Rhie and her staff tackled my very challenging issues with my dental situation with such expertise and patience. They saved two of my teeth and my health! I’ve gone to other dentists In Bannockburn, Lake Forest , Gurnee. They would charge a bundle but they never explained what they were doing too well and things fell apart. The staff always offers treatment plan options prior to anything getting done & the pros and cons with each option along with very accurate prices so the customer isn’t hit last minute with an unexpected bill. You must try this Dentist office ! If there is such a thing as the Tooth Fairy … it’s amazing Dr. Rhie! Thank you Washington Dental Excellence. You are the best !!!

My first visit was awesome. The entire team is very professional, very nice, I felt in a very pleasant environment that I did not think about it to continue my treatment with them. Highly recommended.

First time patient of Dr. Rhie after Dr. B retired. I must say, she is very charming, cordial and reassuring. She did a wonderful job preparing a tooth for a crown that was quite a challenge. Her assistant Ariana was highly professional and attentive to my comfort. And yes, she was charming as well. Together, they performed like a symphony orchestra. From Delmi at the front desk to the hygienist, all in all, a very great and pleasant experience.

Some of the finest dentistry I have ever experienced in my life! Every tooth was thoroughly cleaned. δόντι(Donti) is the Greek word for tooth. That is why it is called a Dentist. They didn’t explain this when I went, so I didn’t learn any greek. I would have wanted to learn a little bit about the Greek origins of Dentistry. Nevertheless, fine Dentistry.

I have been seeing Dr. Bezouska for about a year now and he has completely turned around my dental health, this includes ensuring that my general health is up-to-par along with ensuring that I have a great smile. Recently, he performed a restoration of my right(your left when viewing the pic) front tooth and it couldn't have turned out any better.
