My nurse was so kind. I needed time to settle down because I came in triggered from emotional abuse and my blood pressure was high. She gave me the time, and when she returned to take it again, she checked in to see if I had the support I needed. She encouraged me and told me I was doing all the right things. It was only a few moments, but having someone take care to make sure I have what I needed meant more than I can express. Thank you so very much.

I was sent here because of the “High Risk” mommie category. But amazing, amazing service here. Fast and friendly people. Debbie B. She’s an awesome person who you can trust and she listens to her patients and not just throw what she knows on you. I’m truly sad that I have to transfer my care, because of the hospital my insurance pays for I don’t want to be seen there. But this clinic is a highly recommend.. I’ve had a below average office experience. Writing this review while I sit in my exam room 52 minutes into my appt still waiting to be seen, on a Tuesday at 11:30 am. 99% of the time I’ve waited 45+ minutes for all of my appointments. The staff is kind and the doctors were decent which is where the 2 stars comes from, but not enough to make up for the experience. Every time I check in the front desk staff seems confused about my account and I never feel good about them knowing what is going on. Half way through my first pregnancy I decided I would find a different office for future pregnancies. I’m trying to ride out my final few postpartum visits.

I loved the front deck ladies towards the end of my pregnancy, they all remembered my name. I love how the doctor would go straight to the point and tell you exactly what was going on. I do wish though for my next pregnancy (I will definitely be coming back🥰) I wish the appointments would be a little bit longer just because I would sometimes feel like the appointments would be rush and if your appointment was at 10, I will be waiting in the room till 1030 to 10:40ish but come on they deliver babies all the time you can’t really blame them for that. this was my first pregnancy and at the time I was super young, I didn’t know how to stand up for myself, but my doctor did absolutely everything I wanted to do for my birth plan without me nagging him I absolutely love my birth. ( wish he would have came in faster but like I said, can’t blame him he was just leaving the other room because he just delivered another baby) I absolutely loved I believe she was an nurse for the office I wish I would have kept her name but she was amazing. for one of my last ultrasounds, the ultrasound tech seem to be rushing but my photos turned out perfect when I went back to get my IUD and I will did wish he would have provided me with more information. He just asked me which birth control I wanted and just schedule the appointment which is fine, but definitely next time I will be demanding just more information but like I said, other than that, I absolutely loved my experience with this office

Coming from Florida and receiving very bad care during my pregnancy and miscarriage, I am SO HAPPY to find such a wonderful practice here in Illinois. I love that they have everything at their one location so you don’t have to leave for labs, ect. Everyone was very very nice and I look forward to my first ultras here at Women’s Healthcare Group of Illinois. Highly recommended!

Today was my first visit at this Gurnee office. Robin at the reception was welcoming, caring and professional. The nurse Shila was kind, reassuring, pleasant and relatable. My Doctor Jamil Abdur-Rahman was very attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend anyone to come to Women's Healthcare Group of Illinois in Gurnee IL. Sona Ngula, Zion IL
