Culvers is always good but typically never fast food, yet at this establishment, we sat down after getting our drinks and 5 minutes later we got our food. All while the drive through line was long as hell and the inside was also pretty packed. Insane speed combined with already stellar quality, come here after six flags.

Delicious Butter Burgers!!! Amazing customer service with a smile. Ice cream is so good. Drive-thru is fast. The restaurant is always clean. Plenty of parking.

Culver's is a burger lover's paradise! The mouthwatering patties, buttered buns, and delectable frozen custard are a treat for the taste buds. The service is friendly and the ambiance is clean, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Almost perfect!

Ok, soooo... I get the Triple Bacon Burger deluxe. I also get cheese curds and onion rings... sometimes a root beer float. It's always slapping every single time... like seriously every single time. Keep it up, guys! Whatever you are doing...it's working!

The famed burger chain from America's dairy land never grows old on me and it's that savory taste of a butter burger that keeps that nearly constant craving. For me, among other burger competitors such as the obvious Mcd's, Wendy's, BK, Hardee's, Jack In the Box, etc; Culver's clearly demolishes the competition in every category. So far in any location I've ever dined in, taken out or drive-thru; it's been flawless since I've never had a screwed up order, undercooked burger, cold fries, subpar customer service, dirty table, etc. That's one thing that's always stood out with Culver's compared to any other fast food franchise, these guys are at the forefront of customer service. The menu here reigns supreme even though almost all the time I come here I typically get either a double or triple if I'm starving, Butterburger cheese or Culver's deluxe. Family friendly as well, my boys always get excited once they know they're going to Culver's. Prices are still affordable despite the COVID crisis and minimum wage hike but the taste will always have me coming back. As long as they keep serving up that delicious grub and keep up the sparkling customer service, I'll always remain a loyal customer. I wish for continued growth and success & prosperity for the CEO and all location owners.

I always go to the one in Rockford, but I came to the one in Gurnee today and got the 6 pc Shrimp. They always do a good job, though.

Google is making me write over 200 words so I can get the bonus points. I am not sure why anyone would prefer a long review over a short review but here it is: Culver's is normally pretty good. This Culver's is honestly not far off from pretty good. It's a basic 3 or 4 star place that you can get pretty good ice cream. Yea I know it's custard. But that's just being pedantic. And this is a Google maps review.

I've never dined at this location, but the staff is always friendly and polite at the drive thru. Burgers are great. I had the fish basket once, and it was meh.

The food tasted really good and service was nice and fast. My only complaint was the lack of a clean bathroom, but I can’t blame them since I was there after Six-Flags closed, so it was quite packed.

Stopped in for a quick ice cream break, and they never brought out the order. 2 cones, a malt and a shake(no add ins), and two dishes of ice cream (no add ins) and we waited 15 minutes with no one asking why we had number tents but no food. They served the two tables on either side of us, and they all ordered about 10 minutes after we did, yet they got hot food/ burgers before our ice cream? I walked up with our number tents and was told they deleted our orders off the screen and the server was apologetic, without skipping a beat immediately went to work, less than 3 minutes had our order done. So, what did I learn? If you order ice cream or takes less than 5 minutes, so if it's longer follow up because someone probably wiped your order of with out filling it.

I almost didn't go because of the line in the drive through, but that turned out to not be an issue at all. Line was just as fast or faster than any joint I've eaten at, and the line had me outside of the property! Had the bbq double and a shake. Man I live down in the south and I'll tell you what ..hey corporate Culver's, build your restaurants down in the villages, Florida and you won't be sorry. We will eat it up. Bravo. 5 stars.

Fresh good quality made to order food, fish (cod) nice pieces of fresh fish. Hamburgers have high quality flavorful cooked with a slight char. The concrete mixers are the best. Can get ice cream pints to go.

Everything was amazing. The food was really good, my butter burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were a little salty but other than that everything was great. The employee who took my order was friendly. The only issue I saw was the employee cleaning the restaurant was being yelled at by another employee right in front of customers. Praise in public, coach in private. Follow that Culvers and everything will be perfect.

Not impressed! I had a coupon for a free basket and feel like I was given old meat and burnt onions and undercooked fries because of it. Stomach is already not feeling great.

I called the store after I ordered in store and got home to find NO BURGER on my burger and old onion rings that seemed like they sat in grease. I was on hold for a long time while "Dominga" kept coming back to the phone after asking for my order number then saying she had a lot of order numbers that were the same as mine 76. She then argues with me that the onion rings were fresh and told me I needed to bring them all the way back. That makes no sense cause they wouldn't have been fresh even when I brought them back. What's worse....she never payed attention the the most important issue which was NO BURGER in my burger. She then responded very hesitant and did not want to give me her name after I asked to speak with the store manager. She told me to call back on Wednesday because the manager "Hailey" is off until Wednesday. She told me "Hailey" comes in at 11:00 am. She never resolved my issue. She actually made it worse.

The food was your average Culver's fare, but I was particularly impressed by the custard, the batch I got was a perfect texture and just absolutely delicious!

Super helpful and friendly staff. We were visiting Gurnee and paid this little gem a visit! If you around there, stop in for some good food and yummy dessert!! Thanks for making our visit special all the way from Texas!

It seems like Culver's quality and service is good and consistent. This location is no exception. I had a mushroom and Swiss that was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned.

"Hank", "Hank", "Hank". Can't say his name enough. Customer Service and devotion to his job were FAR Above & Beyond ANY fast food worker I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. *PLEASE PAY THIS MAN THE $$$$ HE DESERVES CULVERS Corp. *Needless to say the Food was Fresh and Delicious as it Always is. Kudos Culver's.!!!!
