    They have good food here! I had a grilled chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. I enjoy stopping in to eat and always have a pretty good experience

    The walkup was closed earlier than stated on dining room hours , besides that the drive through experience was made great ..... customer service by a an amazing Chick- fil A employee, who answered all my questions and who was patience and kind don't remember the young man name Unfortunately thorough... the food was fresh, hot , and delicious . Will go back soon !

    You know how Chick-fil-A has a reputation of exceptional service that goes above and beyond? Well every Chick-fil-A location I visit lives up to it except this location! Staff is rude and unfriendly. The good was still great and fresh!

    Visted from out of town. I've been to a few Chick-Fil-A locations throughout the country. This was by far the slowest location. We mobile ordred our order in at 6:18pm on a Monday and did not get out food till 6:42pm! We saw others get food who ordered after us! Also out of Mac & Cheese and did not tell us until we waited for so long.

    Without fail- the last few times I’ve gone, not great. I went tonight with my boyfriend to get some food. It was terrible. First of all the Girl outside taking our order- rude. Didn’t even make eye contact and walked away from us. Then she rings the order in wrong. We had to explain to the window guy the issues and he fixed them. Got us the correct drinks, fries, and sauces. We drove away- and realized our entire sandwich orders were wrong. The food was terrible. We took two bites and threw it away. Do better.

    Absolutely awful experience at this establishment. Started off with a nasty attitude in the drive through, couldn't get her name due to no name tag being displayed. Upon arrival at the window, I was handed the incorrect food/drinks. Had to go inside the establishment to obtain the correct order and that took an additional 15 minutes. Once I had the correct food and arrived to my house to eat said "food" I opened the box and was disgusted with the result. My spicy deluxe was squished and squashed and looked like a toddler assembled my sandwich. The fries were way below par and even still...was missing sauce. Terrible experience and I advise NOBODY IN THE GURNEE AREA TO STOP HERE FOR FOOD. Take your business to Cane's from here on out.

    I love Chick-fil-A and eat at them frequently. It’s been over a year since I’ve had a friendly exchange with staff at this location. In fact, I usually feel the staff are rude here and have chosen to go to other places because of this. The food always tastes good, but something is regularly forgotten in my family order (generally four items plus sauces). I will change this to a better review when this location does better.

    It was a Friday night and the restaurant was packed but that didn't prevent the staff from providing excellent service and maintaining a clean dining area. The food was amazing as always!

    Grilled chicken club, sandwich was not hot, poor service, person on the cash register was not trained full had to keep asking others what to do, no sauces, had to go back and ask for Chickfillet sauce which meant waiting in line again, only one napkin, no plastic wear, had to ask again, I was an inconvenience to the staff (not cashier-other staff as I didn’t want to wait in line again, cash register broke, couldn’t print receipt. Covid is over, fill the bins with forks, knives, etc. Restaurants are doing this to make an extra buck, who cares if the customers don’t have what they need. Really sad to see such total disregard for customers.

    It was my first time trying it out! It kept popping up on my feed so I was at Sam's and turned by it I went in they were VERY kind☺️. But when I got home and sat down to eat 🤯, I bit into the NEW sandwich that just came out the Sweet Pimento. It was ok then it started getting SALTY the more I chewed the saltier it got! My ears rand and mouth peeled from the salt content. So I tried a frie and Oh God that almost killed me 😭. My lips are peeling even after 3 days. I made a video since it was my 1rst time, my friend saw it and called me she asked "by any chance was it the Gurnee Location"? I said "YES"! She responded"There's a reason I've never taken you there I know you like trying new things "! Well that was it for me. I don't even want to try something else from their menu or a different location. That 1 time was ENOUGH 😅 for me😞. Gurnee IL Chick-fil-A.

    The food was OK the milk shake was kinda watery not thick like I requested. The restroom was filthy and no paper towel. I told one of the employees and just handed one napkin. I will never go there again next time I am in town.

    I know it's a busy job I worked in BK and please remember napkins in the bag. I also went with a coworker who placed his order before me and waited an extra few minutes for the same thing and they forgot napkins and almonds for the salad but otherwise clean, crowded, tea is still good and food great.

    I can't speak to the atmosphere, but the drive-through is quick even when there are a ton of people in line. I usually get the cobb salad, but I have not had a bad meal from this location yet, regardless of what I buy. Big fan of the fruit cup as well as

    Fast and speedy service. Food tastes delicious. You will never wait for than 5 minutes for the food. Their shakes are also delicious. Their fries are a must. One thing is that it can be pricey but definitely worth the price. Their is always consistency in their food and it always tastes the same. Don't be alarmed by the full parking lot or the long drive through line, these guys go through the line pretty quick so you won't wait long.

    Worst experience. My wife ordered food online. As soon as she arrived at the parking lot she submitted that she arrived. She waited 30 minutes for the food and not all the food was brought out. The server didn’t even wait to confirm if all the food as there. To no surprise, not all that was ordered was in the bags. My wife called the restaurant and mentioned to the manager what was missing. The manager apologized and promised to bring the food as soon as possible. Again the server came out and didn’t wait to confirm all the food was there. And once again one item was missing. My wife left very upset and disappointed that twice the order was incomplete. We are never ordering from Chik fil a. And I highly recommend you don’t either. Instead go to Raisin Canes where they get it right all the time

    The foods is good but the issue is there way to busy and personal is not paying attention to the orders. The person handing off the food looked at the bag called me by name and we trusted that it was the right order. When we get to our suite the order was for "Damien" who the heck is that.. we were sooo hungry often a trip to six flags. Ugh we the great wolf & drove back 😫 we had to go inside 😒 show the receipt... wait... for the food to be re made.. drive back to the suite.. Ugh... take kids down.. wait the elevator.. you get picture.. they need to pay more attention.. we wasted time and gas.. unnecessary

    Both the Southwest Salad and the Market Salad were delicious, and our son's enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich and the 12 (?) piece crispy chicken nuggets. Always great food at Chic-fil-A!

    I was at the restaurant on 8/27/22. Worst experience ever. I was told to pull out of the drive thru and park with no explanation. Then waited for 15 minutes while 8 other cars left the drive thru. I went inside because nobody was bringing my food out. I asked for the manager and explained the problem. With no apology he turned around coughed in his hand then handed me a bag. At this time all I wanted was a refund. He refused and told me he could remake my order and I could wait in my car and they will bring it out. I said no I will wait right here. The girl who bagged my new order rubbed her nose and touched her face with her bare hand and handled my new order. This is very unsanitary and hands should have been washed. You don't cough in your hand or rub your face and nose and then handle people's orders. This is not even acceptable before covid. So if you want to take a chance of unsanitary conditions eat at this location. This used to be a good location to go to but it has changed and seems to be run very poorly now.
