By far the best Chuck E Cheese location I have experienced. Their staff was friendly, super helpful and gave great service. Prices were a little high, but I assume it's just an Illinois thing. Food was served fresh and tasted delicious. They had staff ALL over the place checking games, cleaning and just super active. Not to mention Chuck E Cheese literally came out every hour and he was AWESOME. This guy definitely needs a raise because he interacted with every kid and adult in the building. I was extremely impressed. This place definitely sets the bar high and they should very proud. I highly recommend a visit.

After spending $250 with my finance for 90 mins to take 5 kids for a little Sunday fun we found a game and we're winning so Stephanie came over and unplugged the machine mud play, refused to refund the time we had been playing and refused to refund even the single game credit. She made our 8 year old cry and walked away smiling behind her mask. She said the game wasn't supposed to drop tokens but it's a coin waterfall game and that's its design. You had better believe they'll be reported to the bbb, corporate and the Illinois gaming commission. Update: I was told that someone would reach out to me further about compensation and they blew me off.

This Place Is absolutely incredible. First of all, the food is delicious even for adults. Second of all, the games are incredibly fun! I don’t remember the last time I had this much fun anywhere else but at a Chuck E. Cheese! Third of all, the service is great! My literal only complaint I would have with my recent visit was that The Mascot Mouse Was very delayed. Me and my family waited for about 30 minutes after the employees said That Chuck Would Come out at any time, and then they finally came out. But everything else, perfect! I will definitely return for another amazing time! I totally recommend traveling here. It’s Worth It.

This is THE BEST Chuck E. Cheese we have ever been to!!!!! To start off, the staff are beyond friendly & very kind. The place is exceptionally clean. I really love that they offer unlimited play & multiple trips to the salad bar. Not only that, but the salad bar was super clean & fresh. The pizza was also amazing. I will recommend this establishment to anyone visiting this area. I will also post about it in the Facebook group I’m in for the Great Wolf Lodge down the road!! Thank you to all of the staff for such an amazing experience!! You all are so awesome!!

Always busy, but food is always fresh! Kids definitely enjoy themselves. Service could be a bit friendlier, but understanding being towards end of day.

t’s been awhile since we’ve been back after COVID but it could also be because my kids are now older yet we still had a fun time. They got some new game, and pizza was still fresh as tastes good. I would not go for the salad. We where invited for 5 year’s birthday party and they still do reservations for big groups. No longer tickets, just the card or bracelet. Each one of my kids had at least one birthday party here where you’re in the ticket tornado. Menu has changed and price may be a little different but always go online and look for coupons. They are supposed to whip machine every hour and masks still required. Handicap parking outside.

Very clean compared to others I've visited. Great customer service. Lamar was super attentive and efficient with a smile on his face. Plenty of games that worked and food was delicious. Highly recommend!

A Hallmark of children's entertainment for decades, this particular location is definitely on the nice side. The arcade is well lit and clean, with dozens upon dozens of games so you almost never have to wait to play. Best of all, they're specifically aimed at a younger audience, so you're kids will feel successful playing. The all-you-can-play deal is amazing, and we definitely felt we got our money's worth. The food is mediocre, but appealing to kids, which is the important part. They had pizza, wings, a salad bar, and plenty of dessert options.

It was a great time when I came to Chuck E Cheese on a Saturday night. Thought it'd be packed but it was reasonably busy. The food was ok. Salad bar had some variety and the pizza was alright. The crust is pretty plain but the cheese and toppings were good. Not the employees fault, it's just what the recipe calls for. Hope the company changes it and makes the crust a little more tasty. Though it seems this location is understaffed the employees that were there were doing a good job of cleaning and picking up. There ARE a few areas that are in need of cleaning but you wouldn't think of them unless you're a clean freak like me. Overall, nice location and good employees

Cheese was an absolute blast! As soon as I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and the sound of kids laughing filled the air. The variety of games and rides was incredible, from classic arcade games to thrilling mini roller coasters. My favorite part was the ticket redemption area, where I exchanged my hard-earned tickets for fun prizes.

It was not busy during the time of our visit, which we liked because we had 2 toddlers, 10 year old and infant so there was no wait for any games. We liked that it's pay by the hour now instead of tokens. No fussing to play longer.

Kids had fun but Toys are cheap quality Pizza was excellent people are great.

Went for pizza and games. Had a good time. The games are updated from when I went there for the kids birthday many, many years ago. It was clean and not as noisy as I remember. The pizza we had was good and the price was reasonable. Actually had a good time.

Fun for them kids with the games & such. Pizza was not very good and sad looking salad bar. Plus the staff was not very fun.

Young Gentleman by the name of Drake welcomed my family and me. Let me day his hospitality was Awesome. Haven't encountered this experience from such a young person before. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Chucky Cheese m highly recommend!!!

Hands down one of the best places to take the kids. The manager Crystal explained to me in details there new times cards. Haven't been here in so long it was nice to have the friendly manager and her team help me understand how they no longer have tokens. Wow I'm old! But again shoutout to the manager Crystal and her excellent team

it was a lot of fun we enjoyed, and most important our granddaughter had a lot fun.place was clean, so important for everyone 😀

We went there for a 2 year olds birthday, ordered the combo package and a cake. Food was good, hot and done fast. The cake took longer than expected but it was still pretty good.
