my friend ordered a half sandwich and they put almost no sauce, not nearly enough chicken and no onions. I work at the Panera in Kenosha so I know how it's suppose to look and it looks like they threw it on and made it in 3 seconds. my sister said it looked like **** or grabbed from the garbage. when we showed them they didn't fix or remake it. they gave us a side of onion. worst service I've seen.

Very nice location. Comfortable and modern feel. Service time was good and they offer a screen to see wait times for pickup too! Manager seemed very welcoming and was on top of things when it was busy, food presentations was good too. Tomato soup in bread bowl tasted great and the two Green Goddess salads we got were very fresh. Minus one star for no green tea :(

Haven't had anything from Panera since they stopped selling my favorite cream cheese and will not try again. Spent $25 for soup half salad and half sandwich. The soup was good but the size was small (this is their “bowl” in the picture). The half sandwich and salad definitely not worth the price. It didn’t taste like much and not to filling. Maybe it's better fresh at the store rather than delivered but I will never find out. Hard Pass. Highly disappointed.

First time here since the Round Lake Beach location was out of items. Ordered for pickup, wasn't ready (and had an email saying it was delayed) when we got there but we waited a bit because it seemed they had a lot of orders so we gave it some time. Anyways, a little wait, not a huge deal. But, when we finally got it home, a bagel and cream cheese was missing, and the oatmeal had hair and parsley in it. If you have to wait then it should at least be accurate.

Worst Drive-Thru experience! I’m a Panera Bread regular and the service at this location was disappointing. My husband ordered a hot coffee and the girl who gave it to him at the window spilled it ALL OVER his hands!! The lid was not even on properly. On top of that, they got my salad order wrong and gave me Chicken Caesar instead of Greek salad (no chicken). Not only did he have to park the car and go inside just to switch it out, but we were over charged.

The absolute worst location, the service is terrible and the young kids they have in the drive thru have absolutely no manners and no respect for customers. *** Update *** This is still the worst panara bread, I ordered a salad and got moldy blueberries in my salad. Man these. kids in the drive thru need to be fired... GO TO CHICK-FIL-A..... those young adults are great, they know how to treat their customers. Thee kids at panara need to be fired...

This place cannot figure it out. One day it's open one day it's closed. Sometimes it's only self service and drive up. Always opens late we stand at the front but now the regular s are leaving because we have places to go we're not coming for the sit down experience. Either close or get new managers who can get out of bed to get the doors open.

Ordered two bowls of soup to go. Both came in cup size. I didn’t realize that until I got home. This is not the first time they made mistakes on my order.

I love Panera and am a member of the sip club. I feel like the food is fresh and healthier than other fast food options. Employees are always great!

The food was delicious but ran into a couple problems. For starters the paging system was down so they had to tell out the names. They also forgot to give us cups for our drinks. Child seat was a little "sticky". None of that stopped the overall experience from being good. The atmosphere was nice as well. Very welcoming.

The food is almost always delicious here. They tend to run out of their hazelnut coffee quite quickly, which can be an inconvenience. Sometimes I get the feeling they're trying to rush me to order, then the food takes a while to make, then I'm supposed to leave right away.

Some friends I went to Panera since it’s a good location and didn’t want to spend restaurant prices however, we did. I had a soup, whole sandwich and a drink and spent $23. The other ladies orders got messed up due to a new trainee however the manager Amy had great customer service and made it worth it. Low score for the high prices, minimal amt meat & selection not what it used to be.

Mac n cheese was surprisingly great. First timer. I also had the cinnamon bagel, with honey walnut and yeah. It was my first time trying a bagel believe or not and it was great!! I don’t know if I could pay for it myself. I would need another job lol. Kind of expensive and they are skimpy serving sizes considering the price

Came here with my sister and we always love Panera! We tried the broccoli cheddar Mac and Cheese. Won’t lie… highly disappointed. Tasted like chef Boyardee’s ugly step sister. However the staff was very kind to replace with the regular! Which is always good.

I haven’t been here recently and it’s like night and day! Manager Joseph and his team have really turned it around! Courteous staff, he checked the dining area several times, it appeared all pick up orders were ready and our food was ready quickly. If you had a bad experience before, I recommend checking it out!

Panera isn't what it used to be. Ever since they stopped selling the chicken Tortellini and the caprise sandwhich its gone downhill. The quality of their products has gone downhill. Ps. For this location specifically, be ready to wait for your order a while

I placed a curbside pickup order and put the wrong phone number in to contact me. When I went to pickup my order, Ines came to my car to let me know that they didn’t have what I ordered. I told her anything worth the amount I spent is fine with me and she brought out a box of pastries worth more than what I paid. It was a selfless act that absolutely made my day. Thank you, Ines, for your great customer service!!
