FALSE ADVERTISING...so disappointed, it is advertised as Launch Trampoline Park with pictures of obstacle courses, even 12 hrs ago on THEIR Gurnee Facebook is a picture of an activity that is no where in this building! There is a huge banner that says COMING SOON, well please don't post pictures on your web page and Facebook like you have them now. They have 2 dogeball courses, 1 area for kids 1-7yrs old, 2 sets of trampolines and a wipe out activity. Do not go here it is an absolute rip off.

Very spacious (unlike other jump parks I've been to). Staff were on top of everything so I felt my kids were safe and activities monitored. I would have loved to see the arcade games be more accessible instead of requiring separate game cards to use them but overall the place was just what it says it is.

NO sitting areas for parents when watching the kids play at each attraction. I mean absolutely no seating unless you are in the food area and bar. Which is very limited! Family's are eating their pizza on the floors!? It's 100° in there just walking around your sweating! and 0 fans!

Buyer Beware. False Advertising and Bait and Switch. We used to take our kids to launch trampoline park when they were younger. The last time we were there the staff told us that the remodel would be done spring of 2022. We looked at the website and it looked awesome so much to do obstacle course arcade and laser tag. My wife took the kids there last night after checking the website and she even said to the cashier it's great you guys changed things up. The cashier said yes we have it's come along way. When they entered NOTHING was changed from the last time we were there. When she spoke with a manager the manager informed her that it is not their responsibility to correct the lack of honesty in advertising there are no refunds however I'll give you some free passes. Very poor customer service. It's literally like a steak house advertising the best steak ever then serving you salad and saying well he don't actually have any meat.

Visited on a Sunday at 130pm. Place was hoping! Kids everywhere. At the entrance, there was an employee asking if anyone was here for a party. I was not so I asked if I could simply do “one” activity (in this case bowling). He said no I don’t think so it’s at least 2, fill out a waiver if you haven’t done so. So I completed the waiver and waited at the counter. Eventually the employee told me I could pay for 1 ($19). I said ok two please for bowling. But I couldn’t add the other person until their waiver was completed. Had to get back in line when it was done. Total was $45 for 1 hour of bowling (apparently that included shoes) or we could pay $25/each for two activities. We changed to the two activities for a total of $59. It was hard to find where we get our lane, the bar was full and the employee was fairly hidden. We were assigned a lane. This lane was covered in sprinkles. Ball return. Seat. Floor. Everywhere. In addition the floor was incredibly sticky and I could not slide (as expected in bowling). First ball, stuck. My ball was visibly stuck at the end of the lane. Normally this is no big deal, however bowling is a timed activity. I paged for an employee to my lane 3 times. However no one came. I went to the counter for help. No one there. Unfortunately the experience didn’t meet our hopes and we decided to leave. There is so much potential for this place. Maybe with some time it will be better.

I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge this whole wonderful place and staff. I wanted to especially say a HUGE thank you to Kole, Brett and Rin. This place is a blast even under construction. I had took my son for a 2 hour stay. I bought a drink and had a young kid that we did not know keep coming up and snagging sips of our drink. After already replacing the drink and having this happen again. I had walked over to get the kid the same drink so mine would stop be drank on. I had told the staff about what was happening they made a icee on them to help with what was going on. I had my son give it to the kid. It solved what was happening. Not only is this staff well put together, helpful, and professional. Their gold hearts, kindness and problem solving skills are radiant. Thank you for all you do!

We just had a party today. Things went very smoothly. They were really nice and on point when it came to refills with water, asking if we need anything more, explaining our order twice, serving and helping us with the cake and piñatas. We got Norman to be our party host. He is really help and made sure we were happy with everything. We went over our time 15 mins cause we did 2 piñatas. They didn't rush us or anything. Definitely 5 stars. They are remodeling but we still had a great time. Pizza was good. And drinks had plenty of ice to keep cold for the kiddos that were all sweaty from jumping lol. Norman took care of everything while I was all over the place with the kiddos. My first time and I definitely would do it again. Can't wait for them to finish the remodeling.

We had my son’s 4th birthday here today. It was a blast! Honestly perfect for kids their age. It wasn’t too crowded and so much room for them to run around and jump! Jessica our party host was so kind and made the party a breeze. My son and his friends had a blast. We will come back!

Visit the newly remodeled trampoline place centrally located in Gurnee. Activities for all ages. There are various trampoline spaces with virtual VR, bowling, a bar for those 21 and up, fresh pizza, wings, shakes and refreshments along with a foam pit and obstacle coarse.

The staff here are really holding it down and doing a great job but they need more than one locker station. No food or drink on the carpeted area makes sense, but with a very limited dining space and people “saving” tables with strollers, shoes, etc, you should probably bring a backpack if you’re actually going to supervise your kids and have a bottle of water at the ready for them.

I took my grandsons here on a Thursday evening and there weren't many individuals there. Which was nice...my grandsons both enjoyed their time here. I must admit, even though you can purchase a package per child, it can be costly. My grandson wanted to experience the virtual reality and it was roughly 6-8 mins long and you only get ONE experience. The package included jumping, $40.00 games, virtual reality, 1 personal cheese or pepperoni pizza, a drink. The shake was extra if you chose not to get a drink, you might as well get it. You paid for it. You don't have to get a package, however it's a better deal. The cashier mentioned that Fridays are better...more of unlimited choices. I would think that would be offered during days where it's less busy. They mixed up what I ordered for the shakes. I told the young man and he fixed the correct one that was requested. Instead of going off of the ticket purchase receipt, he listened to my grandsons talking and went ahead based on what they were talking about. Do you know he wanted the drink back (we didn't drink out of)…but still where do they do this at? He says that we can give it to an employee at the end of night. I said, are you serious? Yes, he was serious! I would take the boys back here. They enjoyed it and hey, it's not their money...so they couldn't care less of what someone has to pay!! LOL, Happy Birthday to my grandsons (Soul Twins - 2 years apart) Oct. 23 & 24 ~ Love You Both!

My kids wanted to go to the trampoline park, so I took them here. Great upgrades and my kids had a blast. I didn't have an issue with the cleanliness as the facility looked fresh and clean to me. The checkin process is a little cumbersome and takes a while. opportunity to streamline the process.

They have a trampoline and ninja Warrior section. Very fun but expect some bruises and a workout when you come. They also have a small arcade. Which will hopefully get better and more games in time and a bowling ally. Did not try the food. I asked how much a scoop of icecream was... $7. Wait till you leave and go to Dairy Queen down the street instead.

The upgrades to the venue are great, but the cleanliness and customer service is subpar. There are not enough servers behind the food counter or at the bar. There seems to always be a lengthy line and the areas behind the counter are messy with product all over the place. There was no one to maintain the dining area, so there was garbage all over the tables and on the floor alongside the tables being dirty with food and drink. Lastly, the women’s restroom was dirty as well. Floors look like they haven’t been mopped, stalls were dirty and no paper towels available for use. Again, the park is a fun option for kids, but extremely disappointed in the service and upkeep of the facility.

We went here on what was supposed to be a trip to Great America day but ended up raining. Got there when it opened and just missed on massive amount of camp kids who had to change their outdoor plans too. I was so impressed. The staff was positive and friendly. The place absorbed the massive number of kids with no problem. So many things to do. And the pizza was REALLY good! It was the perfect way to kill s few hours for the rain to pass before heading Six Flags. Plus the food was much more reasonably priced then Six Flags. Overall I was very impressed!

Took my kids, age 10 and 12. Did the VR and trampoline areas. They loved it, I loved it. Everyone was happy. Went on opening night so things weren't going to go perfect but were still great. Looking forward to them opening the bowling area so we can check that out as well!

Kids had a great time. It was the school week, and we showed up right when they opened for business, so we had the place to ourselves. While the kids were jumping and running around, the wife and I were bowling and enjoying ourselves as well.

Kids enjoyed themselves. Age was 10-16. Nice, clean location. Typical trampoline warehouse. Food and drink was overpriced and ridiculous for the quality and quantity. Staff was friendly and nice but was poorly trained.

Not worth the 30$ that we paid when we went for the ignite night. We thought there would be music and blacklights. They only turn them on for 10 min every hour. They do did the whole place and it looks nice. But there was not much there anymore. Since they have a bar and bowling They had to take out a bunch of things They have the trampolines and a ninja course that was too hard for most adults. And that's about it I had more fun when it was the old setup.

This place was nice. Lots to do for the kids. Very expensive, however. The staff was friendly however, they all need a lot of training. Some were very confused about how to do their job. Nice bar area good drinks but again expensive.

My kids had a really fun time here. We chose the super charged option for the kids n got the meal, 2 hours of jump, arcade, bowling and VR. We didn’t get a chance to do the VR but everything else was really fun. 1 downside was the bar was closed that Friday 🫤

The place looks empty there’s not a lot of places to have fun there’s no spike ball, no rock climbing. The trampoline are dangerous if you step on the blue cushions it hurts somebody could get seriously hurt.

My grandson and I love this place. The staff is AWESOME! They keep the place clean, they really keep an eye out on the kids and help solve any problems that arise, and they are friendly! They always greet us and treat us like family.
