So gross and unclean. Checked in, first room had hair of all kinds in the tub, floor and toilet. Dirt not just dusty but filthy. Requested a room change and had a different version of the same. Hampton Inns usually have a standard of clean and comfortable -not this location. Around midnight a guest was screaming profanities about his clothes being stolen -went on for 10 min. Really gross to be in a room with un vacuumed floors, stains on ceiling and curtains. Didn’t want to touch anything and wished to just be home. Hilton needs to check this property to evaluate its standards. Motel 8 across parking lot probably has better.

This property is well past its prime. House keeping does a nice job when requested, but is stretched thin. The young lady at the desk was rude when we checked in. Even using less than appropriate language. The elevators are death traps. Like the buttons don’t match on the control. They make noise and a jerky. Dead bugs in the room. Good news, they were dead. Breakfast is so so. Property is really loud all night. Pillows are weird mini sized. No hot water in my business associate’s first room. The desk person said “give it 20 mins”.. the next desk agent was kind enough to switch his room. That room did not smell like smoke and actually had a decent sized tv ..the first was tiny. Seriously, Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name name on this outdated and

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfectly adequate. The A/C would cut off from time to time which would cause our room to get a little hot. The breakfast was lacking and the shuttle service was terrible though I am unsure if they are affiliated directly with the hotel or not.

Only thing that could've made our stay even better was if the rooms were updated. They served the purpose but were a bit musty with old wallpaper and carpets. The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! And proximity to 6 Flags was a plus (.9mi walk).

Got a room for the weekend to be close to Six Flags for a two day visit. The front desk staff was amazing! The rooms are not clean, hair, lint, and dirt caked up behind the toilet which indicates that thorough cleaning is not a standard at this hotel. Definitely bring clorox wipes to ensure you are not touching other guests residue and germs.

The hotel is extremely dated and not up to most people's standards. The staff of course would try harder if they were not constantly being harassed, threatened, discriminated against, and their jobs threatened constantly by guests AND management. General Manager is perfectly comfortable having a bigoted Front Desk manager who will discriminate and do NOTHING to help anyone unless he is forced to. The GM is also a huge problem as he creates a hostile environment for employees and is refusing to follow corporate policy regarding refunds. The GM directly told front desk not to give any refunds for any reason, so be warned. TLDR; New GM and Front Desk manager have made the hotel a nightmare for employees and guests alike.

I booked a room from here on November 17 to November 19. I came here on Friday night and I was tired and I just slept . When I woke up in the morning I saw the room was not clean up to the Hilton standard . When I was going out I told the young lady in the reception about the room and she told they clean my room after my check out only and not before that . That was a strange thing I had ever heard in my life . If a customer ask for house keeping when the room was not clean I don’t think any hotel in the world would reject it . Such a horrible customer service and I’m not going there anymore .

This was an amazing hotel stay. The hotel is nice even though it's an older building and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful other then one lady i believe her name was Audry who wouldn't get us towels and stated we had to wait on house keeping (we don't have house keeping come in during our stays any where). Even though other the staff members didn't mind getting them at any time. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay at this location.

Great location, clean, spacious, and quiet rooms. Very professional staff and a good breakfast to start your day. Plenty of safe parking.

Despite being in a high tourist area, Hilton has allowed this Hampton Inn to be outdated, worn down, and poorly kept. The service was extremely high quality, but the accommodations and the facility itself left something to be desired. My wife and I booked the king "suite" with study, I think Harry Potter's room under the stairs was more spacious. I'm a very average sized guy at 6 foot and 190 pounds and my shoulders could touch wall to wall of the vanity. We experienced difficulty with the digital key to which we were told by Hilton staff was a regular occurrence with this hotel. It was not a terrible stay by any means, but it's not the quality I've become accustomed to at Hilton.

I was double charged upon checking in T total of $1,000.00 for a single king size room.. I brought it to the front desk and a refund was issued. This had overdraft my account The following morning, I was charged a second time $460.00 overdraft my bank account again. At this point I’m on the phone with their #800 number, where they opened a help ticket but could not issue me a refund. The help desk told me that the hotel would have to issue me my refund which could take up to 3 business days. I check out where I’m charge an additional $150.00 which overdraft my account again. They now are holding more then $1,100.00 of my money. The room was only $150.00 for the one night. The General Manager, Terrance Garrett was kind enough to send an email to my banking institutions and ask for the to release the funds. Today is four days latter and I’m still waiting on over $500.00 to be released back to my account! Worst hotel experience ever!!

I absolutely love staying here, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the clean and quiet rooms. Plus with easy access to the highway and the amount of food options in walking distance, it's just awesome.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. They are cleaned every 5 days. I had to throw out my own trash and request clean towels daily because they don't clean your room. There was half a roll of toilet paper upon check-in. I had to request another roll after day two. Hilton, can you spare a squre? When AC is turned down you can smell the carpet. Hilton, you can do better.

Great location about a mile from the front gates of six flags. We walked there and back very easily. Lots of restaurants within walking distance also. Hotel was good overall. Rooms were pretty quiet, pool was nice, breakfast was good. They had a pretty good gym for a Hampton inn. 2 treadmills, a Pelaton, an adjustable bench and weights from 5lbs to 50. The only thing that was a little weird was that they don’t clean the rooms everyday unless you ask. I was told they would clean our room on day 4 of our stay. We had to ask for towels and garbage bags everyday and put our old towels and garbage bags in the hallway. We got back late last night around 10:30 pm and asked the person at the front desk for some clean towels. She said they would be sent to our room but no one ever showed up. Overall we had a nice stay. We would stay here again.

This hotel was alright. It had the amenities you need. Iron blow dryer Fridge and microwave. The room itself was alright. Could have been cleaned a little better. The bathrooms need a major makeover. They really need to put money into upgrades. The breakfast was actually very good. I would give this hotel a 3 overall because of the bathros.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hampton's the breakfast was awesome, clean room, the towels was clean and the sheets 👍🏽 But an upgrade on the furniture would help, everything was nice.

Okay, if I was just rating based on the actual hotel itself, it really deserves 2 stars. Do things work? Sure. Were the beds clean? Ya. However, the building is extremely old, a bit dirty and stained, and desperately in need of an update. That elevator has to be at least 30 years old and the whole building is a bit grimy and dingy. But, if I was just rating based on the hotel staff, I would give it 6 out of 5 stars! Every single person I interacted with from the front desk associate to the janitor greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to have a conversation with me. I felt like they cared about me and the quality of my stay and wanted me to feel comfortable and welcomed. Heck, I didn’t even pay for this stay - it’s a business trip - and they were so awesome I wanted to write this review. Kind, friendly, professional, and personable staff - I can’t say enough good things.

We stayed 5 days. We drove from Florida, so we were pretty tired when we arrived. When we walked in, we were welcomed by Mr. Zach. He was kind, welcoming and professional. They had a coffee station set up in the lobby (24/7). It was clean and well stocked the entire time. The room was clean and stocked with all our needs. In my confirmation email it said that room service was available upon request so I didn't expect to see anyone, but every time I walked by a cleaning person they asked if we were okay and if we needed anything. We only needed something once but the lady stopped what she was doing to help and she was very friendly. They served a hot breakfast every morning. They had a great setup: sausage, eggs, potatoes, fresh fruits, yoghurts, a waffle station where you can make your own waffles. It was awesome. Our overall experience was great and we WILL be staying again. We loved everything about this Hotel, the amenities, the coffee, the location and mostly the employees. They did such an awesome job.

I came to check in at 230pm and the room was not available. Was told to come back at 3pm. I came back at 320pm and the room was still not available. They gave me a room that was supposed to be ready but when we got to the room is had not been cleaned. I could tell the bed had not been cleaned so I pulled the blanket back and there was hair from someone on the bed and the sheets were dirty. The front desk man was very nice and had great customer service, but I would not come back.

This Hampton Inn is not up to Hilton hotel standards. I checked in, and the room was not cleaned well. The trash had not been taken out, there was dust everywhere, there were someone’s contacts on the sink counter, stains on the bed, and the bath did not drain. The house keeping staff is seriously lacking on their attention to detail. They came to clean the room, and instead of giving me fresh coffee sugar accessory packets they stuffed the opened ones back in the coffee tray. I would not recommend, and I will never stay here again.

My friends and I went on a trip to six flags and we didn't want to drive home afterwards like previous times, so we decided to book a hotel. Honestly it was cheap between the 4 of us for 2 queen beds. It was clean and near the amusement park, so we figured it would be nice to stay for the night. We just wished that the balcony door would have opened, but I assume that they were bolted shut from what must have been a safety hazard or prior accident? However it was a nice room and a pleasant stay for us. Bonus: the bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom in our room (not sure if this is like that for all rooms), so we would shut the lights off on each other as a fun prank.

Room was dirty. Mold in the bathroom and my feet were gross from walking around barefoot only an hour in the room. Stains on coffee table. Staff was wonderful and nice. Breakfast was good. Not sure if it was lack of staff or just lack of effort due to cleanliness. Pool was clean and relaxing.
