This
was
such
a
horrible
experience.
Went
with
four
other
people
and
waited
5
minutes
to
be
seated,
no
problem!
Was
sat
very
politely
and
had
a
couple
of
minutes
to
look
over
the
menu.
The
problem
was
that
a
few
minutes
was
15
minutes
and
had
to
remind
the
staff
that
we
were
there
twice.
The
server
gave
us
the
wrong
fountain
drink
which
was
fine.
He
then
took
more
than
20
minutes
to
get
our
drinks
from
the
bar,
which
we
never
received
because
we
left.
The
best
part,
nothing
was
ever
his
fault!
‘It
was
the
kitchens
fault,
the
bar
is
being
slow,
my
manager
poured
the
wrong
drink.’
We
asked
for
the
bill
with
nothing
but
our
drinks
and
it
took
them
five
minutes
before
we
left
some
cash
and
left.
As
we
were
leaving,
there
was
not
a
single
employee
on
the
floor.
Absolutely
ridiculous.
No
effort
was
put
into
giving
anyone
a
good
service.
We
were
polite
and
gently
reminded
them
that
we
were
there
and
there
was
no
apology
or
emotion
shown.
Just
because
the
kitchen
is
slow
or
the
bar
is
backed
up,
does
not
give
anyone
the
excuse
to
be
slow
without
effective
communication.
Server

was

not
to
have
him
or
you’ll
be
severely
disappointed.
