    One of the worst dining experiences of my life. My family and I went for dinner last week and it was one thing after another with our server. It took her forever to bring our drinks, probably 15 minutes. We had ONE alcoholic drink, everything else was sodas and iced teas. Then she forgot to TAKE OUR MENUS. We sat there for over an hour with our menus just chilling, having dinner with us. Finally my husband gets up to say something and she comes over and tries to play stupid when he tells her her service is crummy. They sent out a manager- chick with neck tattoos- and she’s like yeah I’m sorry I’ll make sure everything is handled and we don’t see her again. Meanwhile our server is back to us again and actually starts performing her job but doesn’t apologize, is super short with us, pretty much acts like we are wasting her time. Honestly, my husband and I both worked as servers for years, I even worked for TGI Fridays when I was younger, and this was an absolute joke. They need to do a better job of cutting their servers who don’t want to work. It was a very bad experience and they wonder why they’re going under.

    The food was luke warm. Shrimp in the Crispy Whiskey combo was hard and overcooked. The Shrimp Chicken and Pasta was luke warm and flavorless. Should have gotten paid for eating my meal. Also ..... bathroom was FILTHY!!! No toilet paper, no flush and STANKY!!! Worse experience ever for a Wednesday night!

    On a Sunday evening in September. Took myself to dinner. Waited to be seated, but that wasn't necessary. Seated myself at a table in the bar. Waiter, Harris was jiffy on the spot to greet, and brought me a menu and asked what I wanted to drink. Harris gave me ample time to peruse the menu and returned to take my order. I opted for the Whiskey Glazed Chicken. I could not do the broccoli due to medical reasons, so Harris offered a side of two Breadsticks. Meal arrived in a timely fashion and was better than expected. Food was hot and cooked properly. The whiskey glaze also came in a dipping cup and was excellent. As were the two glazed chicken breasts. The meal came with mashed potatoes which were delicious with the glaze as gravy. The price is reasonable for this entree. The service was friendly and offered at appropriate intervals. The atmosphere was a touch loud for the hour on a Sunday, but not obnoxious. -(-)One negative; You really cannot view the menu with prices and images online without having to "order". You don't have to place the order, but it is the only way to view the food, pictures and prices. I will add TGIF to my regular monthly visits. Thank you Harris ! You too get ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

    This was such a horrible experience. Went with four other people and waited 5 minutes to be seated, no problem! Was sat very politely and had a couple of minutes to look over the menu. The problem was that a few minutes was 15 minutes and had to remind the staff that we were there twice. The server gave us the wrong fountain drink which was fine. He then took more than 20 minutes to get our drinks from the bar, which we never received because we left. The best part, nothing was ever his fault! ‘It was the kitchens fault, the bar is being slow, my manager poured the wrong drink.’ We asked for the bill with nothing but our drinks and it took them five minutes before we left some cash and left. As we were leaving, there was not a single employee on the floor. Absolutely ridiculous. No effort was put into giving anyone a good service. We were polite and gently reminded them that we were there and there was no apology or emotion shown. Just because the kitchen is slow or the bar is backed up, does not give anyone the excuse to be slow without effective communication. Server name was Luci - request not to have him or you’ll be severely disappointed.

    We travel all the way from Wisconsin to eat our favorite meal and now we have a new favorite dessert. I enjoyed celebrating our birthdays here🥳 very friendly staff and food is always great.

    TGIF I'm sorry doesn't have it anymore. The food was grossly over cooked, and pretty expensive. Service was friendly but slow. $62.00 with tip for a half slab of ribs and a hamburger, with one appetizer and two ice teas. May not see me the again until amnesia sets in.

    We went to get food for Valentine’s Day and they made us wait for 2 and a half hours and we asked the waiter and he said that the food was not ready so we ended up leaving.

    The food was subpar. I haven't been to TGI in years and being the first time back was horrible 😞. It took over 15 mins just for a glass of water and another 10 for actually our drinks. We had to wait for over an hour while the place was half empty. At the end of the night when splitting the bill there was an issue they can't split more than three bills. The overall experience was poor and disappointing. Some of their food was okay but not worth the wait for simple things.

    Food was fantastic. Waiter and waitress was very pleasant. However, service was VERY slow. Also, you should probably close the foyer doors when it’s -8 degrees, that way customers don’t freeze when they’re trying to eat a hot meal. It’s hard to enjoy your time when you’re constantly blasted with extremely cold winter air for 2 hours.

    Visited TGI Fridays with a few friends after a dance recital. I haven’t been in a while. The menu changed for the better. The apps were yummy. I would recommend the meatballs and the sesame glazed chicken slider

    About an average TGI, service was welcoming and nice but seemed to have forgotten about us after the first check up. Food was good and flavorful, drinks could’ve been more slushy but still good nonetheless. It was a pretty busy night so I wouldn’t really blame much on the restaurant. Overall an average TGI quality wise.

    Hostess wasn’t very attentive upon entering restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for a booth surrounded by filthy tables. Our waitress was very polite and gave us our food pretty quickly. Food was satisfying and surprisingly rich in flavor! However, I found it ridiculous that we were given plastic silverware. Hope to come back to a cleaner restaurant with better service.

    Had not been here in a while. Seated right away. The service was great. Had the traditional wings with the whiskey sauce. They were very good. My friend had a burger and fries which was also very good. We shared the fried mushroom app. Recommend.

    We were seated immediately on a Saturday at 6:30pm. Waiter came right away and was very attentive our entire stay. The meals were cooked perfectly and very quickly. I had the ribs/ shrimp combo with the loaded mashed potatoes and onion rings. My mom had the steak with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We will definitely be returning to this location.

    Hi TGI staff, you need some communication skills, if you are understaffed and slow in the kitchen let the customer know that. It was 45 minutes after we placed our order and we didn’t get a notification or update on why the food was taking long. The servers need to communicate that issue to the customer and not leave them guessing. Have some attentiveness and understand communication is the key to success. Whoever does the hiring here, have some quality control. Never coming here again, we came to Red Robin’s and they served us food in under 8 minutes!!

    Haven't had TGIF in almost 3 years. Listen to reviews of food being luke warm, bathrooms dirty and shoes sticks to floor as you walk. Got whiskey combo and the ribs were awesome even though luke warm. Potatoes luke warm with cold spots. Shrimp overcooked. Wife got whiskey burger ask to be cooked medium. Came barely medium raw and fries luke warm. Waited pretty much 15-20 minutes between service. All in all, I can see why a lot of TGIF closed and won't shed a tear if this site follows suit. I'll miss not getting the whiskey ribs, but even that can't save this miserable excuse for a restaurant.

    This used to be one of our families' favorite casual dining spots to take the kids and grandkids. Food and service were usually very good. The pandemic seems to have permanently damaged this establishment. We took our granddaughter for dinner on a Monday evening. Martin was our server. He seemed pleasant enough. We ordered two entrees and a kids meal. The food came out in a reasonable time and was hot, fresh and tasty. We had asked for extra rib sauce when ordering and made two more requests throughout dinner. One was for extra napkins and the other was a cup of water for our granddaughter after she had finished her juice box. None of the items requested were provided. Our waiter grew more aloof and seemed to be more interested in hanging out with coworkers at the end of the bar than attending to our table. Martin brought boxes for our leftovers and then disappeared. I finally had to ask the manager for our check. She brought the check but it did not have our rewards item taken off so it had to go back to be corrected. Our waiter Martin walked by us as we were getting ready to leave and didn't even look our way or stop to apologize for forgetting about us. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. On a side note, we were seated at a barside booth and a drunk at the bar was verbally harassing staff and patrons alike. I approached the manager to address this, telling her the man was either overserved or mentally ill. She stated he had only had two drinks. They need to recognize when someone enters their establishment inebriated and refuse them service. It made for a very tense, unpleasant atmosphere.

    Classic TGI Friyays, but not the same feel. Unfortunately they're short on staff so the service is a little slow. The food quality is a little lower than expected. They have accommodations for gluten sensitive meals, such as GF burger buns.

    My family and I came here as there was a long wait time at the Rainforest Cafe. The hostess that seated us did not seem friendly at all. She seemed annoyed, but our server was very nice. The food was very good!!

    Been a regular for a few years despite consistently slow service at the bar. Recently altered the only entree I order. Voiced my displeasure to the manager she didn't care. Told her I wouldn't be back. She said nothing and probably couldn't have cared less. This place used to be busy but now is a ghost town. I can easily discern why. You don't care for your customers , they leave. Place will probably be shuttered in a year from now.

    This place was an absolute disaster who ever owns it should fire there store manager she single handedly is the problem. Yells from here bar seat eating food from a different restraunt couldn't even bother hiding it. Telling customers they are crazy that's not how people eat it and then yells at bartender from stool on how to make drinks instead of getting up and helping. At least who ever was cooking still cared food was decent. We will not return maybe gonna try that restraint that she was eating from

    Our waitress gave us our drinks without letting us know. That didn't have what we ordered. That's not too bad. Then she forgot one of our main courses, I thought she was busy. I stood up and looked for her and I saw we were only a few tables at the restaurant. And the last thing we waited a long time for the check. Maybe I'll try in the future.

    Ordered online today! 2 separate orders and checked in for both orders at curbside pick up, ended having only the second order given to us and both orders were marked completed. Called in to let them know we didnt get the first order.Guy on the phone was argumentative and was saying they only got one order checked in instead of just simply apologizing!!!!SMH

    Ordered ahead of time, waited 30 minutes after calling and being told the food would be out. Went in and they said wont be ready for another hour and a half. I placed the order 2 hours before I showed up. Dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated, and the place was pack. I call it corona central Avenue. We order curbside to support the business and honesty is all that was needed.

    I would actually give them a no star rating but they don't have that option. Everytime I have been there I have had bad service or just took a long time to get food. Recently I placed an order on line Saturday for a pick up on Valentine's day around 5:45. When I showed up at the restaurant to pick up my order the hostess asked my name for the order. I told her then did not see her again for 20 minutes. After telling my name and order to 3 different people and waiting over an hour the bar tender asked what I had ordered . He went to the kitchen and came back in 5 minutes with my food. I asked to talk to a manager and was told the manager was not there and to call on Monday. I called on Monday and was told that the manager was not in on that day. Still waiting to hear if they are going to refund me for my time . Will never go there again.

    Very good food and service! Only thing that bothered us was that we had to wait outside in the cold for 18 Minutes and we were insisted that we stay outside when we tried to stay in the foyer, but when we were sat down, we looked at the foyer and it was PACKED and it was unfair. Other than that we had a VERY NICE SERVER named JAMES, the food was amazing. For the appetizer we had fried great beans with wasabi sauce, and it was tangy and tasty. For the main meal I had the Loaded Cheese Fry Burger and it was absolutely delicious, seasoned nicely, with the cheese, bacon bits, and the fries it was perfect, and the potato skin on top was like a cherry on a sundae, the fries were seasoned perfectly and the Apple Whiskey Sauce (I think that’s what it was called) was very sweet and delicious with the fries. Overall a great eating experience with friends, only problem was the slight attitude at the front door.

    Outdoor patio makes dining an easy choice during COVID19. Handsanitzer stations around and all staff in masks. Although customers near the bar- where they pour everyones liquor- were mask free. Food was good, service quick, and the manager check in to make aure everything was going well.

    Mediocre at best. I waited 45 minutes for my food. The manager walked around without a mask on as if this were 2019 And we were not in the middle of a global pandemic. I really was not impressed.

    this place has terrible terrible service! i called to ask if i left my debit card and the manager took my name and said he would check 15 min later somebody asks me what am i waiting for and asks me for info again. i was waiting 30 min on the phone before i got fed up and hung up.

    Arrived around 1pm on Sunday afternoon. There were about 8 cars in the parking lot. My family of 4 walk in the door and it was like a ghost town. So we waited about 10min before we were greeted. Then we chose to sit outside. Where there was one another family. We then waited at our table another 15min and know one ever helped us. So we got up and walked to our car and had lunch elsewhere.
