Great Place!!! Ice cream, milk, juices and much more in the place. I wish parking Lot was bigger but it's fine. Amazing customer service and place is clean.

Visiting from Ohio and my wife said she heard of this place as we drove by and I’m so happy she did. The ice cream is so creamy and awesome!

Good turtle sundae but not great. I think Culvers is about as good and costs less. Drive thru took forever, girl doesn’t take money while also taking orders like most places. Ignore the intolerant review from Magoo

Just the fragrance alone is intoxicating. Lite and airy informal eating area with chess sets build on their tables adds to the ambience of the room. Great products! If you haven’t been in one of these shops it’s time you go. Please click on the like or thumbs up.

Don't know about the rest of the state or country but in the Chicago area, Oberweis is the undisputed emperor of ice cream. When I'm in the mood for some superior quality ice cream, this has always been my go-to place. I'm well aware that a lot of people say they're expensive and indeed they are but you're paying for some of the finest quality ice cream available out there. Venue is always kept super clean, customer service is always top notch and their ice cream is to die for. I commonly refer Oberweis as the "Ferrari of ice cream" and it sort of is. The finest ice cream in the area is a less than 15 minute drive south west from the house. Upscale and a real treat, my kids are well worth it for a visit from time to time.

2 fudge Sundays 3 ice cream cones and a frost bite! yumm 😋 perfect way to end the night. Fast friendly drive through service.

The kids absolutely loved this place. We are staying in the area for vacation and our hotel has a Ben n Jerry's inside. Oberweis is better. The ice cream flavors are fantastic between the blueberry pie and the dulce de leche, we each tried each other's. It was awesome. Saw that there are ice cream sandwiches available in the freezer. Gotta get that for next time. Great, clean location.

Oberweis, as far as I'm concerned, makes the best ice cream available. It's always a joy to step into one of their stores because, for lack of a better way to describe it, you can smell the freshness of the dairy products. I may not always buy their products, they are a little pricy, but I always look forward to the next time I do, and sometimes wish I bought more when I'm walking out their door.

We ordered an apple crisp sundae and recieved a scoop of vanilla with caramel. We tried to tell the person at the drive through that there was a problem with the order. They yelled in my face that I was wrong and that I was being difficult. Got home and saw that I was absolutely right. I was ripped off. $10 for one scoop of vanilla ice cream and a tiny drizzle of caramel.

Their milk is spectacular, rich and creamy. Ice cream is rich as well. I was disappointed to find the store in such dirty shape though. The floors were awful, tables and trash cans dirty too. We went mid day on a weekday, so I had to wonder how long it had been since they had cleaned.

You must try this ice cream place. Such a great selection of treats. The staff are amazingly kind and friendly. I had a pineapple milkshake!!!

Tried a variety of ice cream and shakes on a weekday evening. All of it was delicious but the Honey Butter Cashew was very runny so it didn’t work in a waffle cone, it was handed to me upside down in a cup half melted. All of the workers were polite but uninspired and looked unhappy to be there.

Exceptionally friendly staff member who also suggested an alternative solution when a limited release flavor was no longer available. Plenty of seating available inside with multiple chess boards. There are also refrigerators with assorted dairy products to take home. It's a shame they have dulce de leches in the take home containers, but not on the menu.

I was hoping that this local dairy ice cream would be as good as the old Weber's in Joliet. It wasn't. The ice cream was partially crystalized - like it had thawed and been refrozen. The hot fudge tasted burnt - like it had cooked all day on too high heat. It was an average hot fudge sundae that cost too.much for the taste and value.
