Oh my gosh, I can't believe there's actually in Starbucks which is quiet, clean, and mellow during rush hour business. What a pleasure! The staff was so friendly and calm. The space was so clean and the music was an "ease into the morning" mix. So many customers just walked in and stepped up to the pick-up counter and found their pre-ordered, prepaid items and walked out. It was kind of cool to the efficiency but disappointing that they did not even say thank you to me staff. I guess it's just a new era of typical Starbucks customers. In the hour that I was there, I only experienced one stereotypical, self-absorbed, me-me-me Sbux customer...and she was even probably quieter because of the environment. My mocha was hot and yummy -- the consistency you can expect from Sbux anywhere!

The speed to get orders made is great but that does not matter when you don’t make the drink order correctly. I customized my order they read half of it as they almost got it correct. The drinks tasted watered down and lacked flavor.

FINALLY!!!! A Starbucks that doesn't have loud annoying music blasting in the morning. I've been to at least 30 different starbucks in Illinois and all have music way too loud! I'm always told we can't turn it down there's no button to or we're not a loud to. I the morning the first thing a customer wants is coffee and QUIET! a little ambiance music is ok but the music is always so loud to the point that even if you were earbuds it does nothing. If you try to move from the speaker there one every 5 feet so they'd no getting away from the noise. But the workers were very nice and made my coffee great like all Starbucks do. PLEASE keep down the music in the future. I don't know if today was a fluke and was low by accident or it's always like this if so this is my new Starbucks.

There was a Barista and she was being very rude and unprofessional.I didn’t like her attitude I come here a lot but I don’t like how they treated me today.I will not be coming here nor do I think anyone else should.

A nice size Starbucks. Good for meetups & drinks. Met some ladies for a business meeting and we were served by a fabulous barista named Lisa. We were there enjoying our caramel ribbon crunch & hot chocolate until closing and she was so polite and friendly.

We are Starbucks drinkers and never have complaints. We just had the worst customer experience! To top it of the person was so busy being rude that she messed up my drink! I asked for soy milk in my ice coffee. All I wanted to do was leave that place so I did not realize it until I took a drink. I then read the label and sure enough it says with milk!! I ask for soy milk for a reason. I'm currently breastfeeding and my baby has a milk protein allergy. It's upsetting that she was so busy being rude and did not care to get my drinks correctly. I understand people make mistakes but if your taking drink orders, should probably try to get it right. People have allergies!! I hope some corrects this so it does not happen to anyone else!

Everything you would expect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can always hear them saying hi to repeat customers as they come through the store. Seating is sometimes difficult during the day but it's a fairly large area.

I would go to this place to study every 430 or 5am in the morning and even during those very early times they never failed to be friendly and helpful. I was able to tell them about my exams, they are all very encouraging. I would have the weirdest orders and they give it to me with a smile. I really felt at home. Thank you for all the encouragement and for smiling when i avail of refills. Thank you for not complaining about the weird orders that i have. Weird ice espresso thaf i bu yin mornings and hot weird espresso in the PM.

My favorite Starbucks. Wonderful people work here. This store doesn't have drive through and there are easier ways to get coffee in the morning but the staff is so amazing, it's worth the inconvenience to get out of my car. Especially Emilie, the nicest person in the world.

Even when busy, they are so nice. I have only ever had great experiences. Update!: I come here several times a week to get coffee before work. They're always very nice and professional, and today they went above and beyond. I almost always put in a pick up order when I'm about 5-10 minutes out, and it always goes to this Starbucks. This morning I put in my order, a tiny bit earlier than usual. I get to the Starbucks, and they don't have an order for me, so I called my other saved store and it went to the wrong Starbucks!!!!! They were so nice and remade me entire order for me at no extra charge!! Thank you Grand Ave Starbucks!! You made my day!

Great place to stop by and get a premium coffee. My favorite is the hot caramel macchiato. I got some eggs and apples and cheese for breakfast here too.

My go to starbucks! Come here almost everyday. I work nearby and will even come here on my days off! Every single employee that works here makes this location amazing! Always consistent and friendly! Would be totally lost without my starbucks people!

The sugar plumb danish is delicious! New addiction, possibly competing with my love of the cranberry bliss bar which is seasonal. Only suggestion-- bathroom needed cleaned, but order came up fast and drinks made correctly.

I really like this Starbucks! It has plenty of outdoor seating and great atmosphere. Don't forget your mask! But if you do, they will give you one.

Horrible Starbucks, choose one of the other two options in Gurnee. We received lukewarm drinks, that were completely wrong. They offered a refund, but it’s not worth the time or energy to have to drive back. I also tried to get a manager on the phone...which they weren’t able to do. They didn’t seem to care at all. We won’t be returning.

This is one of the few Starbucks I've been to where my drink was mixed properly. I used to be a Starbucks barista so I can usually taste what's wrong with my drink, if there is anything. It took a long time, but I appreciated that it was done properly!
