We ordered different pieces of furniture including a sofa. As per the store’s request, we shared our flat’s floor map so they could study how to make the furniture enter the flat. On the day of delivery, our sofa did not pass through the entrance door. It was then our responsibility to find IMMEDIATELY a crane to make the sofa enter through our window. The store refused to take on these cost which we found extremely unprofessional given they had our flat’s floor map and never even mentioned the possibility that it might not pass through the door and the subsequent actions to take. UNPROFESSIONAL!
