A staff named Ankit at Tanishq Gold Souk, Sector 43 Gurgaon - he was completely unprofessional and totally unfit to be associated with Tanishq and Tata brand. He was arrogant and was so uninterested in doing his job. We wanted something specific and he was irritated by our requirements and he did not hesitate to be impolite and impatient. He was disrespectful towards a super senior citizen, my mother - if someone can be disrespectful towards a super senior citizen, it speaks volumes of their misplacd values as a professional and a person both. He was not knowledgeable about the designs the products and even the discount schemes. The staff at the billing counter corrected his calculations twice and told me about the discount schemes which Ankit did not tell me and there were huge mistakes in 2 of Ankit’s calculations! Ankit was unpleasant disrespectful and arrogant and poor on performance in both his core competencies of customer care and basic maths calculations! One of the products was made to order, but we never received a call when it was ready (as promised) I had to call 6 times for an update. Terrible experience!!! Ankit spoiled the name of Tanishq and Tata brand! He needs to learn to respect his job and respect people. We are regular customers of Tanishq and value them, but this kind of staff is soiling their name. I hope they will hire better staff and train them better and take action on constructive feedback sooner.

I have been visiting this place for years now. Staff really goes beyond to ensure that you don’t have to wait long. Avoid going over the weekend which is usually busy as compared to weekdays. Place is huge and has ample of seating options. I trust Tanishq jewellery and I don’t prefer doing much bargain which is why I prefer going here. Although gurgaon has lot of other Tanishq but this place has ample free parking options and right across the road which makes it easily accessible hence I usually prefer visiting here.

A very underwhelming experience at their Gurgaon Gold Souk outlet. The person at the counter was a pestering salesman - who was more interested in selling some investment scheme (10 + 2 plan), than actually guiding me on the process of selecting the jewellery for which I visited the store in the first place. More disturbing where the support staff - they were just plain ignoring you, sitting there with a sulking face, as if they have been put on some punishment posting (this was especially true of the security personnel, the cashier and the karigar at the melting counter for exchange jewellery. Even the errand boy was inattentive. I asked for coffee twice - both times I was curtly told that it is coming, but it never came. So we finally just made our purchase and left. I will now think twice before going back there.

I found the staff in the store very arrogant. Given they are a premium brand, I expected better out of them. The lady who served us seemed least interested, given our budget was in the range of 30k to 50k. She didn't give too many options and was perhaps a bit too indifferent. Very arrogant.

Tanishq store at Gold souk Gurgaon is well laid out and customer friendly store. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They try to show all as per the requirements of customers and advise correctly in theirs interest. The rates are well defined and informed to the customers. Good store but the Store executives are not very courteous towards the small buyers.. If you are going with a budget till 20 k.. Don't go.. Instead check other shops in the same mall..Supposedly they have only high end things.. Even though the Tanishq online store has so many options... Also don't fall for in store Tanishq monthly scheme.. Once it is done they will not remind you or give a phone call.. And somehow if you miss to buy within the scheme time... It will take long time to get your money back .. And forget about the interest you earn... The shop will take it away.. They will ask to buy something big or else they will not give you the interest. It is better to get the scheme online.. Don't link it with this shop... Had personal experience.. Otherwise this store same as other Tanishq store.

I did not have a good experience today. 1. For the first 15 minutes nobody was there to attend us. 2. Coffee or tea was not served. 3. The invoice was not proactively explained. 3. A birthday gift was not provided.

There is no comparison to the service and hospitality you get in Tanishq stores. Every time we visit, the customer service, interaction, suggestions, true evaluation of jewellery and commitments are always genuine. It is mostly filled with customers, but still a person makes sure to attend you and guide you to the right place. Tanishq is one brand you can trust without much doubt. We have been the loyal ones for years and never have been disappointed.
