For Doctor Preety - its a five star game. Why i gave one star then? Its because of Motherhood management, administration, empty nurse station and much more. My wife was seeing doctor Preety and she is fab doctor. Delivered twins without any complications. She is so calm and patient. After two missed abortions (were seeing other doctor in other cities) and carrying high risk twin pregnancy, she handled it very professionally and calmly with her support staff. But while admitted in room, you keep on banging Nurse Call button and nobody would appear for a long time. How can Nurse station be unattended in a hospital?? I mean this is criminal. No cashless facility. No trained billing staff. Almost all Untrained, unskilled nurses. They will give you complimentary services in delivery packages, and then will create a fuss to get the pics of shoot. So Doctor Preety- 5 star. Motherhood Hospital- 1 star.

My baby has taken birth in Motherhood when it's newly opened in Gurgaon however they are already equipped with all OT requirements. Management and facility team is well behaved and try to resolve your concern immediately, if you face any. Doctors are pretty experienced here and take cares of patient very nicely. Highly recommend to visit for mother and baby.

I would like to provide feedback on the exceptional service provided by Motherhood hospital especially their radiology staff at the hospital. Moreover, what impressed me the most was their patience and willingness to take the extra time to ensure I fully understood the instructions and explanations. As a patient, I appreciate the efforts made by the staff to communicate effectively and ensure understanding my reports. Thank you motherhood team for taking such good care of my family like your own. You truly live by your vision and values. Now i know why is it called ‘motherhood’… because you take care of your patients like a mother. We chose Motherhood (Gurgaon) for our maternity with a sceptical mind given it’s new. We still went ahead because of Dr Preeti, she is the best gynaecologist in Gurgaon, but we were pleasantly surprised by the way we were taken care of by the whole team, starting from the valet parking team, guards at the door, nurses, doctors and other staff. We were blessed early (delivered in 31st week) and our baby was in NICU for 25 days. While i gave birth but the NICU team is our child’s first mother who took care of him like no other. We are highly impressed by the personalised care and attention we received from the whole team. We were desperately waiting for the baby to come home but i never thought that his discharge day will be so emotional for us and the team, this shows how invested the whole team was in our health and well-being. We would like to extend a special and a big thank you to Dr Shelly, Dr Sanjay, Sister sheeja and sister Radha for being there for us and supporting us at each milestone. Its been more than 10 days post discharge, but the whole team still follows up with me on baby’s progress and is always available to support us through our journey. Dr Shelly is specialised medically to handle NICU babies, no doubt there, but she is also a great human being and an amazing counseller, just what each parent needs when they are going through this difficult journey. Once again, Thank you motherhood for giving us the best maternity care experience.

Excellent service by the hospital We had a c-section done here. We booked an executive presidential room. Very clean and spacious room. Very warm and welcoming staff, nurses are so good and take care of the baby and mother as a family member. Rooms are equipped with the latest technology and with a button click nurse is available. The doctor visits on time, food service on time, etc. Very clean and hygienic place. Highly recommended. Location is excellent and parking with valet service

Dr Preety is a fantastic doctor. My wife had a complicated pregnancy but the doctor stayed calm and gave us crisp advices. She never let us panic. We would 100 percent recommend her to our friends and family

New hospital, old staff but will definitely scale up in future. Doctor's are well experienced and most of the required facilities are available. Support staff is highly supportable and helps in addressing any queries. Himanshu has helped in understanding any issues we are facing and has promised to make things better in future.

Especially doctor Preety Agarwal, along with her team has more than 30 years of experience. I had my delivery (normal) in her guidance. Such a smooth experience and hassle free. During my pregnancy I have consulted Dr Pratibha. Her guidance and practical sessions for prenatal exercises had really helped me in Normal delivery. Especially the breathing exercises she taught for the different stages of Labour. She is very calm and patient and gives proper time to her patients.
