Location next to Wazirabad Tehsil Office, it is one of the affordable appartments in Sector 57 while there are other two high roae appartments to n sector 57 which are very expensive in comparison

The person sitting n Maintainance office is uneducated, rude behaviour doesn’t know how to respect elders , went back couple of weeks to give the flat on rent , his behaviour was like a C garde uneducated person , don’t know how management is keeping such a jerk on their front office

A neat and clean society. The buildings are old and lack the modern amenities which new construction offers in apartments. You will definitely have to renovate an apartment if you buy one. However, the power backup and maintenance is definitely on the much more affordable side as per Gurugram standards. Some of the high rise apartment blocks have new and modern lifts while others are also getting the same. The low rise 2 bedroom flats are totally useless and small. And never go for the ground floor apartment no matter how tempted you are.

Nice society but parking restrictions. They do not have enough parking inside the society for visitors. A lot of the parking is filled with construction materials and wood work dump. I visited a friend here, the lifts are clean and some parking areas which I believe are purchased by residents were nice and clean.

I was living there.. People are good in this society. But problem is building is too old now.. Very old construction.. All things are bad shape.. So avoid.. No future.. Very bad maintenance..

It was an old society. Well maintained and equipped with facilities. Good place to live in Gurgaon. However the road that leads to it have pits and spots.

It's an old society but really well maintained.

It was a decent society with multiple blocks and gated security.
