Unlocked
has
been
on
my
go
to
list
for
some
time
now.
We
went
there
on
the
1st
of
January
and
it
wasn't
as
pleasant
of
an
experience
as
I
would
have
wanted.
They
were
short
on
staff
and
they
kept
on
messing
up
with
everyone's
orders.
They
brought
us
food
which
we
didn't
order
and
so
on..
Food
we
order-
1)
Italian
Minestra-
We
started
with
soup.
It
was
a
basic
soup
with
goodness
of
tomatoes,
vegetables
and
cheese.
It
was
a
good
start.
It
had
the
right
proportion
of
all
the
spices.
Flavors
of
all
the
Ingredients
were
very
much
evident.
But
at
the
end
of
it
I
got
an
"
I
can
make
this
at
home
"
from
the
table.
2)
Lebanese
platter-
I
was
super
excited
to
try
this.
The
platter
consisted
of
pita
bread,
falafel,
cheese
borek
and
had
4
dips-
hummus,
baba
ghanoush,
tzatziki
and
picked
olives
.All
of
these
dips
sound
so
fancy,
right?
But
did
you
know
baba
ghanoush
is
made
of
roasted
eggplants??
*Aam
bhasha
me
bole
to
baingan
ke
bharte
ke
jaisa*.
The
platter
wasn't
that
good
to
be
honest.
The
quantity
of
dips
was
very
less,
not
enough
for
the
platter
and
taste
is
a
subjective
thing
but
i
didn't
like
the
falafel
at
all.
They
were
dry
and
hard
to
swallow.
It's
possible
that
they
are
supposed
to
be
like
that
only,
but
nah
they
didn't
suit
my
Indian
taste
buds.
3)
Bianco
pizza-
Fun
fact-
Bianco
means
white
in
Italian.
So
Bianco
pizza
is
white
pizza.
It
has
a
white
base
and
a
white
sauce.
Ours
had
mozzarella
sauce
topped
with
mushrooms,
rocket
leaves,
parmesan
and
gherkins.
It
was
amazing.
It
tasted
rich
and
all
the
ingredients
complimented
each
other
really
well.
4)
Creme
Brulee-
This
was
my
favourite
dish
of
the
night.
The
first
receipe
of
this
dessert
is
believed
to
be
found
In
1691.
It
is
also
called
'burnt
cream'
or
'Trinity
cream'.
It
has
a
thick
base
of
custard
with
varying
flavour
and
a
mandatory
top
layer
of
carmalised
sugar.
It
was
heavenly
and
they
topped
my
dessert
with
apple
slices
which
just
enhanced
the
taste
of
it
exponentially.
*Unlocked
offer
a
wide
menu
of
alcohol
but
we
didn't
try
any.
Although
I
learnt
something
about
the
concept
of
years
and
how
that
is
proportional
to
prices.
But
that
gyan
is
for
some
other
day.
So
if
you
are
someone
who
is
interested
in
a
little
part-yyy,
go
for
it.
Burn
a
hole
in
your
branded
pocket.
But
if
not,
still
go
there
for
amazing
pizzzas
and
desserts.
