1. Staff behaviour at repception is very rude. Staff is very unprofessional and arrogant. 2. They do not treat emergency patients on priority. 3. No support on phone even for the regular patients. 4. Very pathetic token system. 5. Most importantly, if any patient come at day-2 for reconsultation incase of no improvement in the condition of patient, then patient has to take token again and wait again for long hours even after the patient has done waiting at day-1 for consultation of the same thing. Two tokens for the same issue makes no sense. Good point- Doctor is good.

Dental chair .. Ohh!!! It was a childhood fear..Kept on denying myself for long to visit any dentist… But an emergency took me to visit Dr Gaurav Gupta n that changed all my perception for dental treatments..wouldn’t have imagined for such a smooth and calm Root canal and implant … Now no more fear…. Me n my family’s dental health is perfectly on track.

Worst hospital and worst behaviour by staff.. Dr. Akash Gupta is money minded person he said yes we are running business money is our first priority. Receptionist doesn’t know how to deal with patients. Overall worst experience. Not recommended

Dr akash ratan is good for child treatment but the fees is very high 600 , and that is valid only for 2 days. That is very pathetic. If my patient still having the same problem on third day you will charge again 600 rs. I will not go again.

I have the best dental treatment experience at Chikitsa Dental. Got my few missing teeth implanted here by Dr.Gaurav Gupta & treatment was done painlessly and at reasonable charges

My wife was in suffering from severe dental pain & was suggested for root canal treatment by a dentist we visited. But she was afraid of the procedure & on recommendation of my friend, I came to Chikitsa Dental for RCT for my wife. After the RCT she is having no pain & even during the procedure there was no pain. Thanks to Dr.Gaurav Gupta for the excellent work.

Very unprofessional staff. I am doubtful that lady doctor working there is actually dentist or not. I have never seen any unprofessional doctor like her. She is sitting there just to make money. They are charging 4 times higher of market price. Even a local shopkeeper will speak you better then this doctor. If anyone want to experience pathetic service and that too with 4 times higher price then only visit this clinic. A big no from my side to this clinic.

I went to Dr. Gaurav Gupta for my dental implants treatment, he is concerned, kind and polite. He examined me for my dental problem properly and gave enough time. Then explained the issue, treatment procedure, cost and duration in detail. I think he covered every question himself that I had in my mind, there was nothing left for me to ask. It was my first visit but I'm happy that I chose him for my dental treatment. It is worth to time and money, clinic is clean and hygienic. Over all a satisfying experience & I'm thankful to Dr.Gaurav Gupta for the nice & painless treatment.

No doubt it's one of the best clinics for dental and pediatrics problem. I'm visiting Dr.Gaurav & Dr.Akash Gupta for the last 15 years. I've always got the best treatment from them. The behaviour of both of them is excellent.

Dental services are really pathetic. I have undergone tooth RCT and there was problem in RCT procedure. I feel severe pain in my tooth after RCT and told to dentist. He told that RCT is o.k. So, i checked the same RCT with another dentist and he clearly said that one root is still alive. Same thing i told to Chikitsha dentist but he always pretend that RCT is o.k. After several follow ups, finally he agreed to re-procedure of RCT. This time RCT was o.k. Please choose your dentist wisely
