Really lived the service. Very humble and polite. Loved the room. Easy check-in and also early check-in is available. Exactly at the gurgaon bus stand so no inconvenience in locating the property. Room was clean and the washroom was also clear. Nice options for breakfast, just they can add a cold coffee too. Rest my experience was great!

We are visiting our family in india and got to stay in Eddison hotel for a couple of days. Rooms were nice and clean. Food was outstanding and staff was quite helpful and nice to us. If you are visiting you must try chilly chicken and soya malai tikka 🍗🥂 Overall it was a nice experience 👍🏻👍🏻 highly recommended

Very friendly staff but let down by the failing infrastructure. No doubt their food is noteworthy but at the same time their buffet breakfast was a disappointment. They cater more to outdoor events which has sadly reflected on neglect of their premises.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Edison Hotel! This place is conveniently located near many local attractions and just a short train ride away from the bustling streets of old Delhi. The hotel management and staff were simply excellent, always going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. One thing that truly stood out to me was the exceptional room service provided by the hotel. The food from the "Don't worry, eat curry" restaurant was absolutely delicious, and I loved how it was conveniently brought to my room within minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The rooms at the Edison Hotel were incredibly comfortable and spacious, exceeding my expectations. I was impressed to find soaps and shampoo provided, making my stay even more convenient. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find that English cable channels were available at no additional cost, providing entertainment options during my downtime. Overall, the level of service at the Edison Hotel far surpassed my expectations. The friendly and helpful staff, combined with the comfortable rooms and excellent room service, made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and looking for an exceptional experience.

The service, food and staff behavior was very appreciable. Though away from Delhi, staff makes it convenient for guests by extending all help. Very accomodative and friendly staff. The highlight was the hospitality.

We went for an engagement function in Eddison Hotel last night. The food was outstanding 🥘🍲🍗love the snacks. The decor was quite luxurious with alot of lighting. They have recently renovated the place. Highly recommended 💖🎉💯

Superb Service. Location is slightly away from the airport but they make up for the distance by virtue of superior service. Kudos to Mr Nakul Bhatia and his team for the good work.

Terrible hotel. I was all booked and took a cab from the airport to the hotel for Rs. 800. They checked me in and after 15 minutes in the room, told me I had to leave as I did not have an Indian address. I am a US Citizen, but have an Indian OCI. Per the government it's illegal for them to refuse me accommodations as the OCI is like an Indian Green Card. I had to leave and I decided to check into a bigger hotel. I thus went to Holiday Inn and had no issues checking in. They told me they were very surprised that this hotel did not accept my OCI. Keep away from this place

We have celebrated our daughter's birthday in Eddison Hotel. It was an excellent celebration there. Food quality was outstanding with great service. We loved the Snacks . All the arrangements were done very nicely. Arrangements of light was done according to party. The party was awesome with all arrangements done by Management and staff of Eddison Hotel. Highly Recommended. 100% perfect place for any type of celebration or party 🥳.

This hotel is a low cost accomodation and at the same time it's little pathetic. I was in room 104 near to reception. There were people from floors above and were shouting at reception that there is no water. The quality of linen is poor. The furniture is near broken. Save your money and don't book. Most of the reviews are paid and written to improve the ratings including the TripAdvisor reviews

The surroundings look grim. The room and bathroom are not at all pleasant. Lights not working properly. But whatever you need the staff gives you the service.

Ambience was not like of a hotel. Interior was below ok. Front of hotel is completely broken. Even there was no light in entrence also which made my anniversary party very shameful for me. Bad decision I chose this hotel. Do not go.

The hotel is only a shadow of its past. The rooms are filthy. Cobwebs and dust all around. Even the rooms stink of fungus. The bathrooms are not maintained. The bedsheet are of black colour and not suitable for people who are allergic to dust. The food is ok but the spread is very little. Location is also not so good. No sufficient lights on the approach or the front area at night. Overall bad experience.

It is a 2 star hotel with virtually no additional facilities.....just a room d offer a fixed and a simple menu but yes served in your room.....room quality is just about ok and have a lot of scope for improvement in quality to retain customers....area d locality around the hotel is unhygienic, trash filled and with stench.....

I visited this property before covid and now I visited the property for stay . It’s having a drastic change which leads it to one of the best hotels with amazing and super delicious food and very humble staff. The ambience is so awesome with beautiful lighting and grace

We celebrated New Year Party with them. Must complement the Eddison Team and management for lovely decor. Food was simply amazing. Their Butter Chicken, Mushroom Kurkure, Chicken Curry was too yummy. This my second visit to Eddison Hotel and its been a pleasent experience. Rooms are nicely done with comfortable beds. Food is outstanding 🥘🍲🍟 Last night we had buffet in the restaurant and it was yummy. Oveall staff is very helpful and responsive. Had a great experience and will surely visit again 💕
