The place is very good. Ample parking space. Initially the water park charges look more, especially for small kids. But once you enter it you enjoy it. Rides look a little less and the area is also not big. Snacks are available all the time, but they are at 2 places The 1st is near the water park and the 2nd is in the garden(having more options ), lunch available from 1 PM to 2:30. But you can spend 4-5 hours easily with family there. Changing rooms are also good for both Gents and ladies.

Kind of my first review for Google on a place, but this venue deserves it hands down. Pros: Everything starting with hospitality, ambience, rooms, staff and location deserves 5 stars for an ultimate day with family. POINTS TO NOTE: It has pretty decent pools and couple of water rides. Good enough for chilling with kids and enjoy. Don't expect a full fledged water theme park. Has some simple land rides too. Food cost if you buy from their restaurant apart from your package inclusion is slightly overpriced. A definite recommendation for a chill day out or weekend getaway. Peace out.

We stayed there for two nights with family. We booked 1 family suite and a luxury room. Main Sofa cum bed in the suite was broken, back side ply was completely out of the place. Moreover, sharp nails were coming out of that broken furniture because of which I got my finger hurt. The other Sofa Cum bed was not even in a position to be used as bed. When I complained about it, even their maintenance team could not open that. When I asked them to provide me some other sofa cum bed for the night they suggested me to change the suite which was not possible for me with family having two small kids. Therefore, we had to spend that night in folding bed and to my surprise nobody even bothered to fix the problem for the next day stay. Also, the attitude of the marketing team guy was not pleasant, he was not at all co-operative towards us. It was always us who had to cooperate inspite of booking suite and luxury rooms. However, location of the property is fantastic, it is really a very very nice place to be with family and friends and the water park with rides is cherry on the cake. Mr Pant, the Restaurant Manager was very helpful and courteous. He really helped us in providing food as we requested for two small kids. Overall the place is nice with some very courteous people and some less.

Visited with family here, overall experience was nice. But in my opinion, the price is quite high: 1799 for adults and 1499 for kids above 33 inches. The food provided inside is average; I didn't find anything interesting in the food. The rides are good but very limited. The water park is a good place to spend your hot afternoon, but there are a couple of things to take care of, like carrying your swimming costume and wearing sunscreen for sure.

Very good for one or two day trip. Just relax at the property and have fun in the amusement and water park. The baza restaurant there has good food but they serve only veg meals. If you want to eat non veg then you can order it from outside. Better to go in a group.

Very beautiful and fun place to stay and have fun with kids. Staff was very polite and respectful to grand parents. Baza restaurant food was delicious. And Crowd was very decent . The only suggestion is they should charge less from senior citizens as they only want to enter pool or amusement park for a little while but buying full day or half day tickets was a waste of money for them . Also half and full day tickets cost almost the same.

I booked two rooms for our my family of 4. As expected it's a waterwark, we were not allowed in pool area. They were asking extra tickets charges for that. Why we spend money for staying there if we stay in same city. They fooled us. Also the food is not good there. Will never recommend anyone. From restaurant area I saw the pool there is not any good ride in pool area. So try to visit any good real water park. Don't waste money here

This property provides best services, they are extremely prompt and very accommodating. We had several requests for kids, some packing etc, they made sure everything is done and that too within 5 mins. This was my second visit here and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I would suggest one thing the food served at water park can be improved,but lacked quality.

Visited this place yesterday... highly expensive for no reason... They charge for like basic things.... Food was too expensive... In the evening we ordered sandwich which was for Rs 200/- nd it was nothing just a bread with 2 Tomato nd cucumber pieces... At night we asked for a plate nd 2 spoons nd they charged us 100/- for that too

No swimming pool. Only water park and for that too one has to buy a ticket (also costly) even if one has opted for a room to stay. The water park is small.. Food is average... Ok kind (not good and not bad)... As per the location, room rent is on the higher side.. it's a kind of place were one don't want to do anything, just sit quietly. Only activity for kids are water park (with extra cost to room) and also they provide badminton, carom...

Poor staff service. Not worth the price. No pool inside the property have to buy separate tickets to visit it's water park which is too small. Only veg food options. Nice place for weekend gateway. Been there last weekend and enjoyed the fun-filled amusement and water park. Good for kids. Tasty food ( veg foods only ) . Play area inside the premise. No swimming pool however it doesn't matter if you are going for water park ( which is chargeable for entire day fun activities. Lunch and snacks will be included inside the amusement park )

Worst experience ever. In the name of resort, they will just provide you rooms, no acess to swimming pool which is basic for a resort. To access pool you have to pay 1800 for water and amusement park which have just basic rides for kids and they have never mentioned it anywhere.

Worst choice i’ve made in my life. Firstly, they had no idea about the special request I’ve made in my booking, Secondly, the staff couldn’t care less about it and had an arrogant attitude. Talk about hospitality, the behaviour wasn’t even human. They were treating like they paid us to stay there Thirdly, room floor had dust all over and we had to ask the HK to clean. And lastly, as me and my wife just came from home so we had some left over home cooked food (2 chapati made by my Mother) which was cold so we asked the restaurant staff to heat it up (microwave) as we order our dinner and the staff was so discourteous and ill-mannered, at one point they even said you can leave the restaurant or even the hotel but we’ll not support and cater you. Never looking that way again.

I have attended a wedding here. The lawn size is decent. Food and service were very good. Cleanliness is very good. Located on main road . Overall good.

Very bad experience.. food quality is very bad.. we have paid 14000.00 for one day but it's noway value for money. All staff and management seems very reluctant. Simply they were doing their work without any sence of hospitality. I think property is old so just going on...... anyway plan here without any expectations.

Good location far from main city yet within reach to travel up and down of you live in delhi ncr region. Big well maintained rooms. Rooms where we stayed had a double bed and a sofa-cum-bed. Still there was room enough for extra bedding and movement within the room. The suite room is really big to have a get together of 20 25 people. Food was good, service was also good. Lot of open space, well maintained grass and ground. Marriage ground is also big and we'll maintained. Decoration was also nice. They have water park as well.

Please don't visit this place, not worth it, food quality is very poor. Only 3 small rides can't consider as waterpark. Senior staff at reception is very rude and arrogant.

Wrost place I had Ever Visit as Hotel. Sleepless Night because of Loud Music of DJ.... After Requesting many times they didn't off DJ over Night. Staff Is Careless, Drunk people can knock your Door anytime at Night. Reception is Not Taking Call After Many Complaint. Plz Don't visit and Spoil your day or night. Highly not recommended. Its not more then High truch Dhabha , which is Not Safe , secure & silence.

Great place.. was here for a wedding . Where stayed for a couple of days. Nice clean rooms, spacious lawn and great food. A bit milder for my taste but tasty. Staff is both courteous and prompt. The only downside is the constant noise of vehicles passing on the highway nearby which can take away the silence of the nights.

Awesome experience with Aapno Ghar for weekend getaway ... Had mild adventure activities, water parks and stay in luxury rooms amidst lush Green surroundings. Delight was delicious food and services.. utmost cleanliness really surprised us with attention to each nook & corner of resort. Stay and food was good. But many charges are hidden. Like water park is not included and further inside water park to have to pay for locker facility. Check out time is 10;30am. Overall experience is not good.

We recently had a family outing at this resort and it was a delightful experience. The ambience was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the small family water play area was a hit with the kids. The entertainment rides added an extra element of fun. Few recommendations - While the rooms were comfortable, a renovation to make it from very good to ultimate wow factor -Rethink on room setup and if possible bring sitting area close to windows, New fashioned front doors and Plush matteress would elevate the overall experience. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They consistently greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable manners. Special thanks to Anil from the Sales team, and Deepak and Ankur from the Restaurant for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We'll definitely be back!

I loved the place a lot for a day stay with friends and family there are so many activity to do whole day and you will get good rooms and service. Food is awesome whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner quantity ans quality is superb. You can enjoy free snacks from 12 to 7 near water park. You can visit and enjoy water park after checkin and in evening you can enjoy amusement park lots of rides and full enjoyment for children. They have taken care for both children and adult interest I will recommend for sure. Thanks Apno Ghar for nice weekend stay we are 4 families and we really enjoyed a lot.

1 suggestion, if you book a 5-6k room/day than swimming pool is a bare minimum requirement these days, which was not available. If you need swimming pool than pay 1800 per adult extra. Anyways on room service and cleaningness I will give 5 star to this resort.

Very nice ambience, very courteous and well mannered staff, enjoyed my weekend to the fullest. Water proof case for you mobile phone is not available there, make sure you carry it with you or else you can use their locker facility available at pool side. Make sure you adhere to their timings, they are very particular about it. Happy vacays!!

The rooms and especially the beddings were a little untidy. This was our second visit. But yes this is for sure that now we are not going to plan for another time. The rooms are costly and the amusement park tickets too are little costly as they have limited rides. Last time when we went there the experience was good. But this time it was not a great experience.

Ambience is ok, water park & amusement park charges are separate then room booking. Nothing much to explore. Just there is park view and room you can enjoy. Great thing is they allow bring food from outside.

I suggest that not to plan going to this water park in monsoon because the rides of amusement park are closed , only water park is open. That also is so small, water level is only till your knees don't assume that it's a very big park or its a having big rides, it's very small and some rides hurt you because while coming down the water level is very less and it may cause injury. Also don't predict that your breakfast will be served in your plates only poori Bhaji will be given. Senior staff at the reception was rude to us while discussing about the amusement park issue. It is very over priced as per the facilities. I don't review a negative message but this time it was waste of money.

Place is appropriate for family outing. Rooms are large and well equipped. They have nice water park and amusement park. We got 6 rooms for our family. Staff is super supportive.

Good place to spend your day. Must visit place with family or friends to beat Delhi heat. Water park is decent with 4 pools of different water levels and rides. but the most of the rides are non slippery so you will have only few of them to enjoy and repeat again. There were many life guards to help you or children in case of any mishap. DJ at the pool is a plus point. Amusement park is full of rides and it reminds you about old Appu ghar. There are many rides and other games for each age group.. As it is not too much crowded even on Holidays so you will enjoy most of the rides without waiting in the queue.. Food included in the package is good. You will get 3 meals (Breakfast, lunch and evening snacks).. If you want enjoy and get maximum of the money you spent I suggest to reach there close to 10am.. Otherwise 12 pm is ok. The staff there was very helpful and give personal attention. Also they remind you to have lunch and snacks so you will not miss out One suggestion for improvement is to increase locker size so one can place all their belongings into it before hitting the pool.. Also the area which is near the pool is slippery.. I will give my appreciation to the cleaning staff who are cleaning this slippery surface after every minute.

A must visit for short break from the busy life . Great place for family hangouts. Kids can enjoy a lot and so can adults. Amusement park is good. Water park is also there. One can book for an entire day to enjoy and stay there too. The lush green environment will surely provide solace to restless souls.

I went here long time back, so I cannot say much about about current situation. It is basically for small kids. They really enjoy there. Nice open space for them to move around. Enjoy rides too. Food option was also available then. Nice and simple place to enjoy specially in Winters😊

An amazing place - just what you need for spending sunny afternoons in winters or cool evenings in summers - for everyone, be it kids or adults who refuse to grow up. A huge ground with rides, a water park and some desi touch with rustic experiences. The resort has huge rooms and looks almost like a green paradise in the middle of the concrete jungle of Gurgaon. Service is prompt, food is delicious, though only vegetarian, and huge parking space. Spend a weekend or just do a day-time picnic, it's worth your time.

It's a very spacious and green area,,, very neat and beautiful, lot of open space, huge lawns and parking. The best thing is there is no plastic plate, glass or spoons,, atleast they care about environment. We should give priority to such banquets n party places

Combined ticket for amusement and water park for Rs. 1799 (Weekend/holiday)/1599(Weekday) all inclusive for adults and children above the height of 54", for children from 33" to 54" is Rs. 1499 (Weekend/holiday)/ Rs. 1299 (Weekday) and below 33" is complimentary. Although we wanted to go to the amusement park only but only combo ticket is available. Yes, it is full day fun from 9.30am to 7pm with breakfast, lunch and snacks included but we got tired and moved out in 3.30 hours. The staff is friendly and polite. But I still feel, multiple ticket options should be there.

1500 per head to access swimming pool and water rides. Not worth at all, also the location and accessibility to reach is very poor. Look for better options in similar cost. You can not access swimming pool other wise. One of my worst decision to book this resort.

We visited this resort for my mother's birthday. Amazing and affordable place to visit. The staff is really courteous and polite, always ready to help. It was a good place. Had a good time with family. Liked the place. Stayed there for one night. Did not get a chance to visit the water park which was the main attraction. But definitely will visit again.

We book for complete package including meals and ride and stay for complete day. We requested them to postpone the booking as it was heavy rain but they deny it and we were forced to stay without any outdoor activity and our money was waste. Only indoor staffs were good. They only cared for their money.
