Our baby was delivered at the CK Birla Hospital in August 2021. Our experience at the hospital was truly amazing and subsequent visits have only strengthened our belief in the hospital. The Doctors, the support staff, and the facilities at the hospital are exemplary. The ambience of the place is not at all hospital-like, the care and attention given to patients are unmatched. We would like to extend our special thanks to Jyoti, Reshma, and Varinder from the nursing team who really took good care of our baby giving the much-needed rest to my wife after the delivery. The presidential suite we stayed at was beyond expectations, the pictures speak for themselves. Hygiene, food, and housekeeping at the hospital were world-class, we couldn't have asked for more especially during the Covid times. The front office staff deserves a special mention for coordinating things from the time we entered the hospital till we left. Neha from the security team also deserves a mention for greeting the patients with her 24*7 smile. Further, we would like to thank Dr. Saurabh Khanna from the paediatrics department who has always been available for us whenever our baby has had the slightest of issues. Apart from being a good doctor, he has a tremendous calming influence over his patients.

It's been an amazing journey with Dr Rohan and team. We are really happy and satisfied. Dr Rohan Khandelwal is superb.These words won't be enough for him. This was my first time at C K Birla Hospital. I liked the way they treated me. Experience under Dr Rohit Lamba was amazing. He listens and always makes an effort to do his best. We had an amazing experience of our maternity journey with Dr. Aruna Kalra and CK Birla Hospital staff and its amenities. We were in contact with Dr. Aruna right from our planning stage till delivery and being a new parent’s, consultation by Aruna mam was a blessing. Whenever we were having issues during our maternity period Aruna mam was there to support us with our queries and right consultation, she is very proactive on whatsapp and phone calls too. I highly recommend Dr. Aruna Kalra for her confident approach towards her expertise and great nature. I also want to appreciate CK Birla Hospital staff, nursing, TPA and Billing team for smooth procedures of our hospital stay for 3 days. I was amaze to see the dedication and care provided by all the nursing staff through out the day and night. I met Dr Anjali Kumar for removal of large fibroid in my abdomen. She successfully operated me with lap myomectomy. It’s been a week since my surgery and i feel that my recovery is smooth and seamless. Thanks Dr Anjali! As far as the hospital is concerned, it’s been an overall good experience but still some amount of improvement is required in the staff communication and response time especially once the patient is admitted. The patient food quality was very nice. i have not been to other hospitals in Gurgaon so can’t compare, however i would like to see this place grow and continue to care with even higher standards.

CK Birla is undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in Delhi NCR, especially for maternity and paediatrics (from my personal experience). I am a first time mom; my baby was born prematurely at 35 weeks in Jan 2023 but I left with a hassle-free experience at the hospital. I had been consulting Dr. Aruna Kalra at the hospital throughout my pregnancy (she is an excellent OBGYN and I strongly recommend her to everyone). Special mention to Dr. Kalra's coordinator - Ms. Arfa Firdous who has been exceptionally helpful and courteous in fixing our appointments with Ma'am and responding to our follow up queries. Thank you Arfa :) When time came to deliver the baby, I had no doubt about getting admitted into CK Birla. The admission process at the hospital reception (in the middle of night around 2AM when my water broke) was seamless. The doctor on duty was super attentive and not even a minute was wasted in checking my vitals and taking necessary actions. I must mention the L&D room staff who were constantly checking on me. The nurses are warm and friendly. The room was spacious, hygienic and bore a positive vibe (I had opted for a junior suite). I had a C-Section and post recovery care at the hospital was exceptional. Special mention to the dietician who would come in every day to check on me and accordingly prescribe a diet to the hospital kitchen. Around 6 meals were served to me each day, all healthy, tasty and far from boring. My baby was in the NICU for 2 days - the staff at NICU ensured I got to see my baby every day on video call. The paediatrician Dr. Shreya Dubey is excellent and kept us informed of our baby's health and next course of action. We are thankful to have found such a wonderful doctor for our baby in the same hospital. I cannot end my review of the hospital without crediting Ms. Areeba Khan - Head, Patient Experience Department who regularly checked in on my well-being and ensured that my first birth experience at the hospital was warm, comfortable and memorable. She put me at ease and ensured promptness of service at each step. Thank you Areeba. :)

My Father was operated by Dr Ashish Dagar for cervical spine surgery. The surgery went so smooth and the doctor was visiting everyday twice to check on my father. The doctor made my father as well as the family make understand everything. We will always be thankful to Dr Ashish and his team and highly recommend Dr Ashish.

My nani (90 years old) suffered a fall and a fracture femur. Expecting parents consider many factors in choosing where to have a baby, We did that too and now we find ourselves fortunate and happy to Choose CK Birla Gurgaon. The services and amenities offered by the hospital, as well as its performance is phenomenal. And Obviosly the privilege goes to my wife by overcoming such a drastic change and hurdles for these 9 months but it would not have been possible without Dr. Deepika Aggarwal guidance on every step we took together. She is one of the Best Doctor in one of the best Hospitals in India.

Dr. Anajani n Dr. Kiran …….Words are less for them…..I was diagnosed with a big Adenomyom , was suffering from a terrible pain in my periods with heavy bleeding….Mirena failed….. I underwent diagnosis at so many hospitals including AIIMS…. Dr. Anjali and Dr. Kiran advised me for surgery exactly what doctors at Aiims advised….Finally I decided to go for surgery….. My tissues had outgrown n stuck on my intestine….. it was not a very good picture of my uterus …. It started with laparoscopic but then they had to cut open….. But thanks to Dr. Anjali’s team….. they managed the surgery really well…. I had sugar , BP n low HB but still they pulled off my surgery incredibly smooth…. Thanks Ma’am for giving me a quality life which I never had before ….. I owe you big time…. Hospital Staff was very professional …. Especially the nursing staff….. they were always there to manage my pain…. Even without any attendant you would never be left alone or ignored….actually you don’t need an attendant at CK Birla 😊 P.S. - Pooja is a very professional n manages all Dr. Anajali’s patients very well….. Big thanks to her for always squeezing me for appointments…. Sharing some pics just within a gap of 20 days from my surgery ….. my recovery was very fast n smooth…. Each day I felt better

During my entire pregnancy, I was under the guidance of Dr. Renu Mathur and I chose C K Birla Hospital after reading the google reviews and then visiting the hospital myself with my husband. I had a C-Section and during my 3 day stay at the hospital, I experienced the following: 1. The Nursing Staff of the hospital is extraordinary. They are available 24*7 even if it is 2 in the morning. When you ring the bell, it takes maximum 1 minute for the nursing staff to reach to your room. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, empathetic and has good knowledge about what they do. Special mention to Sister Savita, Tejaswini and Priyanka, who took care of my child as if it was their own. The nursing staff takes utmost care of the child and makes sure that you are provided the best services. They are highly ethical and are well versed in their jobs. I would say that C K Birla Hospital has the best nursing staff at least in Gurgaon as far as I know and they deserve all the appreciation for that. 2. The Housekeeping staff is also very punctual and maintains the cleanliness and hygiene of your room in the best possible way. They clean and sanitise the room many times a day to make sure that the hygiene of the room is not compromised at all. They are readily available and are extremely good at their job. 3. The food comes on time and has a good taste. 4. The doctors such as the paediatricians, the lactation consultants, the ENT specialists etc. always keep on visiting the room to make sure that the child and the mother are doing fine. So, in total, I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone who is looking for a smooth delivery experience because though they probably charge more than the other hospitals but it is totally worth as they do justice to the money that you pay them.

The hospital is very clean, staff is well trained and the doctors as have consulted have been really helpful. It has been a very good experience with Dr. Anukalp Prakash (Gastro) and more recently Dr. Anish Gupta (ENT).

I am from bangladesh, I took treatment for IVF with under Dr Rachita Munjal since December, 2022 to till now, here we pleased to their service and commitments. Drs and surrounding related staffs behaviours are amazing that’s why we not to fell lonely and far from my country which effected to patients mentality and fell happy. Last time a minor operation done of my wife under Dr. Austha Dayal, She was a so pretty and softness to the patient that’s speechless and Cabine facility and patient attended facility just Waoo and amazing which facility some time Star type Hotel dose not provide. Laparascopic surgery of umbilical Hernia of my wife was done at C K Birla Hospital recently by Dr Mayank Madan and Dr Saurabh Garg successfully. She is on the path of smooth recovery now. We are very much impressed with high standards of medical facilities, knowledge and behaviour of doctors and medical and administrative staff , cleanliness and hygiene, patient friendly medical coordination and delay avoiding enquiry and cash counters. Assistance provided by Mr Saurabh Tiwari , the young Coordinator, was commendable. We will always remember our good experience of C K Birla Hospital.

We had a wonderful time at CK Birla for our 2nd pregnancy. The care we received from Dr Aruna Karla was exceptionally High. Prominent place in health care. Athough the hospital is little costly but it has well maintained infrastructure and services. Staffs are supportive & cooperative. Management is diligent and much responsive. Overall experience is a mix of feelings (mostly good) 🙂

It was a great experience at this hospital. Dr. Debashish and his entire Orthopedics team is Excellent and ensured every small details is been taken care off during our visits. My mom went through both knee surgery under the ortho team led by Dr. Debashish and it was a smooth and well planned care provided. All the nurses are entire team deserves a great applause for their continuos dedication to serve patients and taking care of them. The billing and administration team was also very supportive ensuring minimal time taken at each step for clients convenience. Highly recommend this team.

Entire hospital team has taken very good care of my brother, his medical condition has improved. The best thing about the hospital is that it doesn’t feel like one. Dietician Prachi Jain ensured that my brother gets variety in his diet, taking care of his medical requirements at same time prioritising his food preferences. I got admitted in CK Birla hospital for delivery of my baby on 19th of this month. I chose this hospital as I had heard lot of good thing about this hospital and let me tell you its indeed true. The hospital truly met my expectations. I am elated to announce that I gave birth to a healthy baby girl. What set this hospital apart from others is the Nursing and Housekeeping staff. The Nurses here are amazing, apart from routine work they have a human touch.They were very caring towards the new born baby girl and the mother as well. They were very prompt and active in responding. Also, the Housekeeping staff are so wonderful, every now and then they clean the room.

Gratitude to CK Birla hospital for making our pregnancy journey a memorable one. Right from the day we got the pregnancy news, till the day of final discharge post delivery, all the services we availed were top notch.
