Very good hospital with excellent team of doctors and staff.

Hospital is good but quite expensive and there is a depressed feeling in hospital, don't know why. To be continued - As you can see, I had posted some photos with my review so clearly indicate that I was at the hospital. About my review, I don't give fake reviews. There is still a depressed feeling in the hospital, although your staff is helpful and your hospital is expensive as hell. Your canteen is aslo OK. I have been to many hospital till now and they were also expensive but they were not giving that depressed feeling which I am taking about. I was attending my aunt at your hospital and she is a regular there. She speak high of this hospital. One more thing if you are having a 32 inch Led tv please have a HD set up box with it.

I went to Medanta,Artemis,Paras,St. Stephen Hospitals but What I got in Shivam Hospital, I didn't find it anywhere. All the Staff is Familiar, Friendly and Very Helpful. They behave with you like a family member. Dr. Hariom Sheron is a person who is not a doctor only, He completes his role as a Brother. Dr. Hariom is very helpful and supportive person who supports you everytime in Hospital and on calls as well, he briefs you everything in a good way and he is so cool person I got in my life. Mr. Puran Chand also taking care of Facilities there and He is also very supportive and helpful person. I can say that whenever you need, they are available there for you at anytime. All the Nurses and staff is so Cool, Supportive and Helpful. Visit once in this Hospital and you will get truly what I said. They help me still If I call them by sitting at my Home. 5 Star ratings are not enough to give this Hospital I would like to give it 5+. We (me & my wife) have visited Dr.Vijay Diwakar twice, first visit was in Nov 2019 and now in June 2022 . Truly, we both were delighted at the ease at which he handled our queries and concerns, leaving an indelible impression of his courtesy and warmth. The diagnosis, implications and further course of action were communicated effectively. Extremely satisfied with the doctor’s treatment. The Staff is polite and caring too. Overall appearance of the clinic reflects an environment of cleanliness.

Health checkup.. Came here for a complete health checkup in Shivam Hospital and all the procedures were done with so much of ease. hospital is clean and neat. Staff of the hospital is very helpful. They guide verywell to each sectìon. The experience was very good.

I have seen that Shivam hospital has very helpful staff. Doctor Divakar is one of the highly evxperienced and best othopedic surgeon available in Gurgaon. He is very polite and decent and not only listened patiently to all the symptoms but provided best practical advice to my satisfaction. I felt highly obliged and fortunate to have such a specialist in gurgson .

My husband had suffered from dengue n we were admitted here for 6 days , the hospitality that they provided us was too good , the nursing staff was very well trained would like to appreciate nMr neeraj , Mr akash (nursing staff) , n house keeping boy mr. Vinay for that extra time n care that they provided. Dr anant n dr pratap for clearing all our doubts even on their off days . It was stressful yet homely being in this hospital thanku for the care everyone gave.

Doctor vijay diwakar was good, polite and did his job well. The lady attendant staff in the hospital was adjusting the patients she knew in middle of my appointment number which was quite frustrating and delayed my process. 5 star for doctor, decreasing my rating to 3 because of the lady attendant staff’s biased & impolite behaviour. Also, the medical shop within the hospital did not provide bill nor packed the medicines properly.

It was a great experience. Doctor is very polite and listens to your entire problem. His prescribed medicines are very effective. For my or my families bone related issues we always visit Dr Diwakar only

Dr KP Sanyal attended to my sister...very good experience with doctor explaining things in detail and working on the long term well being of the patient rather than just the immediate issue. The staff was very courteous and took good care of the patient.

Dr. Manish is an excellent physiotherapist in Gurgaon. I visited him for my mother's slip disc treatment. She got almost better within 3 days. Before she had taken sessions from other physiotherapists and doctors but nothing worked out. Eventually she got bed ridden. By god's grace, we got to know about Dr. Manish Pahuja. We consult Dr Vijay Diwakar. I find him highly competent and experienced orthopedic. He listen to the patients patiently and the best thing for me is he prescribed less number of medicines.

I visited Dr Vijay with lower back pain and under his treatment have recovered well wigjin a week. He listens to the problem very patiently and also is very polite and humble in nature.

Visited ENT Dr. TK Prasad (Shivam Hospital) for treatment of my kids nose injury. Doctor has diagnosed the problem very well and suggested the way forward how to take precautions in curing the injury.. Within five days of the treatment he is feeling better.. Highly recommend Dr. TK Prasad for ENT treatment.. Having good experience in Shivam Hospital i visited again for Orthopaedic treatment and met Dr. KP Sanyal. My wife is suffering from severe bone pain in her hand. The way doctor explained the cause and the methodology to treat it besides medicine is awesome.. He also clarify about old pains in nerves which no other doctor was able to give till now in last 7 years. Very good diagonse and highly recommend him for orthopaedic treatment.. Now coming to Shivam Hospital staff.. We generally dont find such a cooperative and well mannered staff in hospitals but here the stafff is really good and take outmost care for the patients.. Hygiene and cleanliness 10 out 10.. Now i don't see any reason to go to any other hospitals for any type of treatment

We know the doctor for like years and have never re-visited him again. Once, u show the patient u don't need any other doctor. Very very soft and subtle. Dr. Diwakar is just wow.

An excellent doctor. Equally a noble & humane person.Prescribes only most needed tests .It is the most economical OPD among the private hospitals.Dr Divakar has vast specialized experience. But he has kept his consultation fees very moderate. No other doctor of his caliber charges quite affordable fees .They charge much higher.

I visited Shivam Hospital twice recently. Once I booked an appointment with Dr. Diwakar. He seemed very experienced and asked intriguing questions to get the correct diagnosis. The second time I visited for a follow up, Dr. Diwakar was not available, so I booked the appointment with Dr. Jitendra. I waited for like 90 minutes before the staff started to find out where the doctor is. Finally, they gave me my money back as the doctor had gotten busy with an emergency case. While I'm totally behind taking care of the important cases first, the ignorance and devil may care attitude of the staff is why I'm giving three stars.

An excellent experience with Dr Vijay Diwakar and the staff ( from reception to the co-ordinators). Dr sahib heard me thoroughly, understood my pain and majorly recommended only exercises and few vitamins. Made me do exercises at the hospital itself and my pains vanished. Came to hospital in pain ( lower back pain radiating down) and now feeling much better and relaxed. He is not of those a doctors who would recommend or advice expensive ( imported) medicines or injections, but very simple exercises. Thank you Dr Diwakar and staff. Thank you so much.
