Do not enter this hospital even in an emergency case. It's a very gloomy and saddening state where there isn't any value for humanity or life. These people have stooped down to such levels that there is no looking up from there. I really wish to know how these so called doctors and the staff here can have a peaceful and sound sleep at night in there homes. I hope they continue to have one in future too with no nightmares from the previous day. And surely these are not just mine prayers but of those people out there, with heavy hearts waiting and praying for the betterment of the health of their loved ones. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Park Hospital, and I must say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I cannot express enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with the level of care and service provided at this so-called medical facility. First and foremost, upon entering the hospital, the stench of urine was overwhelming. It was as if they were trying to create a foul and unsanitary environment intentionally. To my horror, when I was shown to my bed, it was wet with urine! Can you believe it? How can a hospital allow patients to lie on beds that are soaked in urine? It's beyond comprehension. I immediately called for the staff, hoping they would resolve the issue promptly. But to my dismay, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in my concerns. It was as if they were used to such complaints and didn't even bother to address the problem. They simply shrugged it off and walked away, leaving me feeling helpless and dejected. Throughout my stay at Park Hospital, I couldn't shake the feeling of being neglected and abandoned. The nurses were nowhere to be found when I needed assistance, and when they did show up, they were dismissive and rude. It was evident that patient care and comfort were not a priority for them. To add insult to injury, after enduring such a horrendous experience, I was presented with an exorbitant bill. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the charges they were demanding for the abysmal service I received. It felt like they were taking advantage of my vulnerability and desperation, squeezing every last penny out of me. In conclusion, my visit to Park Hospital was a nightmare. The unhygienic conditions, apathetic staff, and the audacity to demand more money for such a traumatic experience are beyond appalling. I urge anyone considering seeking medical care at this facility to reconsider and find a more reputable and compassionate hospital. My heart goes out to anyone who has to endure such mistreatment and incompetence. Park Hospital should be ashamed of the service they provide.

Park hospital 47 is very good hospital. I gave good experienced with this hospital. Their way of checking a patient is unique and calm. This hospital is very neat and clean. My sister was admitted for 3 days with fever in a semi private room. Nobody changed her clothes for 3 days nor did anybody wash or sponge her. When questioned, they said we forgot. The hospital is unclean, unhygienic and smelly. Mops and mopping water is strewn in the corridors and same mop is used to clean up everything - vomit, toilets and rooms. The staff is loud and it's difficult for the patient to sleep even during the night. There is no civility and procedures are loose. My sister had tests and nobody gave the reports unless we went and asked many times even after 24 hours. Horrible experience.

Beware Ok I m sharing my personal experience here, doctor advised wired treatment or surgery for my kid who broke her arm. Senior doctor was in hurry like you decide what u have to do or take elsewhere.They even forgot to give my child pain killer injection as i said i won't be opting for there operation, they only gave her after repeated reminders Charged for same xray thrice , which i took refund for I went to other clinic and took online consultation from 2 other doctors all advised no operation or wired procedure is required Next day i shared the incident with with other friends , One of them said her wife leg got twisted and they advised operation for that too. Just be careful or avoid this hospital they don't care for patients. They will loot you ask them money in advance if you ever go there in emergency.

This review is not with regards to surgical ability of doctors, but common sense. My mother was admitted and for a night after surgery she was in SICU, she is diabetic and was concerned that she she may catch an infection as ward had all types of patients despite being a SICU - Surgerical icu not just post operative, which we understand can happen and have no major issue. Icu didn't have kidney tray, she was given Lasix but no one around to put you o wheel chair .. no issue - its icu people can get busy. she wanted to shift back to original bed despite being empty they said it's occupied.. no major issue, but she did want to stay out of icu n spoke to 2 doctors. there were other issues as well which are at the end of the post. here is my issue its common for all of us to discuss clients (especially if we think they are difficult) but 2 doctors (dont want to name) but a male and a female doc gossiping (not discussing, gossiping) about my mother INFRONT of the room she is in and i heard it all.. mind you i am not a good listener. I mean go somewhere else. My mother was in medical related field for a over 30 yrs so i had lot of respect for health care workers but i lost all respect for doctors in that hospital, they teach them pride of being a doctor, along comes arrogance but doesnt teach professionalism and humility. other Issues amitted for hand fracture but no sling available for over 10 hours. Cold food time and agin, sweet food given to diabetic paitent and other. There are more but I don't want to type any more Won't recommend unless it's a private room

Dr Chirag Arora and his team is highly incompetent and a disgrace to this noble profession. The technician who took Xray twisted patient's knee so bad that she was in deep pain for hours and this Dr. & his team showed no concern to a human being. This doctor had no courtesy to do something about it. Knowing that she is alone and she has no help available at that time, he just went and let it go off his hands. I should be reporting this incident to Haryana Government's Health Department and Civil Surgeon of Gurgaon Magistrate. They should know how capable these people are in running this hospital and care. This hospital is good but the staff isn't much active When we arrived today there staff had many explanations but not the documents ready as said by their staff only earlier. They even delayed in giving documents. I would definitely recommend Park Hospital for any Orthopedic and Sports injury. I had a complete ligament tier and for that I had to go under ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY. Dr. Chirag Arora is an excellent doctor who helped me and provided complete knowledge and Procedure before and after the surgery. Currently he is helping me out in physio excercise to recover. They took 2lac by keeping deadbody on ventilation with artificial pulse maker so that patient's relatives can see them alive.... There was a good doctor in icu who told us that they your patient is dead and these people are making money now.... Then we forced them then they released the deadbody. Worst hospital with worst ethics.

The overall experience of the vaccination was nice, took less than 5 minutes after arrival to get the vaccine including payment and everything. Observation room was big and clean. There were two beds with oxygen support and anaphylaxis kits ready incase of any adverse reaction. Recommended.

I came in with a hypertension episode that could have caused long term damage. Right from the ER staff, to the ICU nursing staff, my doctor in-charge, Dr. Isha, everyone who was here to take care of me and bring me back to health. My biggest thank you to everyone. My mom was admitted for knee replacement surgery from 14th November- 20th November at Park hospital gurgaon. We were anxious during our first visit but hospital TPA employee “Mr. Zulfiqar” explained whole procedure and stood with us throughout the surgery process. He was very polite and calm and helped me to understand the process. Talking about Dr. Himanshu, he is a great human being and treated us as a family member, thanks to him my mom is able to walk again. About hospital nurse & all other department specially housekeeping is awesome and all nurses treated my mom as a family member. I was here for my annual health checkup. The staffs were very cooperative during the process. I would suggest to introduce no oily foods option in the canteen for betterment.

This hospital is quite good in terms of treatment and hospitality. The nursing staff is good, doctors are good and very friendly, Flood incharge and other staff including admins TPA person, all are very good and friendly and always there to help within no time. Specially mentioning TPA person Mr Ansari, flood support James and Sarika, everyone very helpful here.
