Our
booked
travel
agent
through
Travel
Traingle
was
"Amazing
India
Routes"
who
served
us
the
below
amazing
hospitalities
in
Ladakh.
Within
first
2hrs
from
Srinagar
to
Kargil,
there
was
a
vehicle
breakdown.
We
had
to
wait
4hrs
in
the
scorching
sun
with
no
eateries
and
toilets
nearby.
We
missed
the
entire
day
sightseeing,
specially
Sonamarg
one
of
the
most
eagerly
awaited
place.
The
car
looked
to
be
not
in
good
shape
from
the
beginning
but
they
didn't
pay
attention
to
that
and
finally
after
2
hrs
it
broke
down.
This
was
truly
an
amazing
welcome
on
day
1.
We
had
repeatedly
told
our
agent
that
we
had
9
members
team
of
which
5
are
senior
citizens.
As
a
result
of
the
exertions
on
day
1,
few
of
them
started
feeling
unwell
from
that
day
only.
One
of
them
had
to
be
admitted
to
Leh
hospital
later
because
of
these
additional
hazards
in
these
low
oxygen
areas.
I
had
attached
the
picture
of
our
breakdown
vehicle
and
the
one
picture
I
took
of
the
very
well
maintained
Leh
hospital
while
I
was
there.
Next
point
would
be
that
the
Leh
local
sightseeing
vehicle
was
also
a
"khatara".
Driver's
attitude
was
worse.
He
was
angry
when
we
had
asked
him
to
go
the
Leh
hospital
twice
during
the
day
due
to
exigencies.
The
hospital
was
just
within
2kms
from
our
hotel
though.
He
kept
arguing
that
the
hospital
visit
was
not
within
his
itinerary
and
initially
even
denied
to
take
us
to
a
restaurant
of
our
choice
for
lunch
on
that
day.
Later
we
had
to
pay
him
extra
₹.1000/-.
And,
the
agent
didn't
help
here
at
all
to
manage
the
situation
and
the
driver.
Inspite
of
repeatedly
telling
that
our
group
had
most
of
the
people
aged
above
65yrs,
they
kept
us
in
the
2nd
and
3rd
floors.
Inspite
of
repeated
telling
of
an
extra
bed
in
one
of
the
room
we
always
got
matress.
They
said
that
in
the
camps
we
would
get
beds
and
in
the
hotels
we
would
get
matress.
But
in
reality
we
always
got
matress.
On
one
occasion
when
the
senior
citizens
of
our
group
completed
their
lunch
in
Leh
and
called
the
driver
to
come
towards
them
from
the
parking,
the
driver
in
turn
asked
them
to
walk
towards
him
in
sun
almost
1km.
The
drivers
were
least
interested
in
showing
the
sightseeing
points
and
the
answers
to
most
of
our
general
queries
like
say,
name
of
a
river
flowing
by
the
road
would
be
"nahin
malum,
local
river
hain
koi
baraf
se
aa
raha
hain".
Damn,
as
if
we
didn't
know
most
of
the
perennial
rivers
on
mountains
are
sourced
from
snow!
They
were
always
keen
to
drop
us
back
to
the
hotel
and
complete
their
daily
duties,
nothing
else.
The
tourists
were
thrown
attitude!!
I
guess
the
difference
was
because
it
was
a
prepaid
trip
and
you
all
had
already
got
your
money
from
us
and
so
didn't
bother
to
pay
much
attentions
to
our
needs
and
complains.
All
the
more
my
experience
was
not
at
all
good
unlike
my
previous
experience
of
Bhutan
trip
in
2019
with
Travel
Traingle.
It
seems
your
standards
have
fallen
down
in
these
few
years.
I
can
provide
you
document
proofs
even,
if
required
of
the
hassles
that
we
faced.
Looking
for
some
compensation
to
keep
my
faith
on
Travel
Traingle
least
impacted.
Also,
know
these
few
things,
experiences-reviews-recommendations-word
of
mouth
are
few
key
things
for
a
travel
business
to
fly
high
or
to
go
down!!
The
better
you
make
customers
experience
the
better
is
your
growth!!
