You can find a lot of startups and MSME at this center. Ground floor has Honda showroom, first floor has AVL infra and so on. Three level parking - sufficient for cars and two wheelers. Vipul trade center is in Sector 48 and is on main road and opposite side of Vatica Business park and there are lots of offices on each floor, also here is one famous Vapour Bar Exchange and Honda showroom and service center, Also if you are a tea lover here is a shop named by chai Garam, it offers variety of tea and coworking place is also available here in this place. Doctors clinic to interiors designers all are available here, Grocery store is also available in this place, ample space for parking is also available here in this place. Place is clean and hygienic.

The office complex is good well maintained, underground parking is pretty spacious, power backup, central AC is good. Improvement like better toilet hygiene specially on ground floor canteen side.

Not very clean, the parking basement is extremely dirty and unkept. The lifts are fine, but slow. There was no parking fee. Lots of offices are housed here. Entry to the building can be made more prominent as it gets missed out from the highway route.

Place is good I don't know work environment so be ready if you are going to interview
