I am a customer of tanishq reliance jewels and local jewellers too.. Local jewellers has no Transperacy When i visit this showroom and check all things that i found.. Little extensive but honest jewellers.. I think this is the only jewellers that have nose pin in 22kt. five star to his honesty.

Amazing design with polite staff

Extremely bad experience ...designs are outdated ..high making charges... measurements are poorly taken leading to multiple visits for fitment, separate polishing charges to the tune of 14% of billing amount ...post sales support is very poor.... treatment is different if you are buying new vs if you want any changes in already purchased jewellery. Use them at your own peril. For any modification in jewellery, they send it back to Delhi and takes one week time for it to come back even if it were just about changing size of a neck chain.

Some staff very rude,, & unprofessional

Ordered one nose ring. Firstly they delivered post one week of the committed delivery date. Secondly the shape and design were totally different from what was selected. Thirdly the weight was much more the actual committed weight. Fourthly they were forcing to buy it despite all the flaws. After some arguments we we were finally able to convince them to refund the advance.
