Civil hospital sector 10 is very crowded hospital.quality of hospital is not so good. You can’t expect any big treatment from here. Getting registration and meeting with doctors is a very big task. Toilets are same as should be govt hospital. Staff is very rude, they never talk properly. Building is good but overall experience is not so good. Need lots of improvement

Hospital staff dont know about the doctor timings. ENT specialists are available now. Only the guards can provide you doctor's info. I went to this hospital for my kid's vaccination on 20th July'22 around 1PM. Being a tax paying middle class citizen of this country, I think we deserve to be treated like humans beside having basic medical facilities. The doctor was merely pushing injections inside the skin without being considerate towards the kid or me. I think even the blacksmith has more passion while hitting the hot iron with a hammer. Why did these doctors choose Government Jobs, just in the name of job security. Please take action against such doctors who don't have any respect towards their job or patients.

Very bad experience. Every is Arigent . Behave like topical GOVT employee. There is No reception and hospital don't have any inquiry contact number. No arrow mark to show the toilats and stairs. Very unsatisfying experience.

Going here is a waste of time, i went there multiple times but every time got disappointment. Doctors will not ask even a single word if you just start explaining your problem they started writing the medicine without properly listening. I had left neck back pain with decreased sensation in left shoulder after writing medicine they will ask you to go, without telling when to visit again or you have this problem, when i asked they said 1week and then i visited again after one week with same symptoms with no relief dr some other person was there and his age looks like 25-30 yr he simply said continue same medicine for 10 days. My Question is why they are not trying to diagnose the issue and tel you have this issue? they sits like they have no voice in mouth. When it comes to free medicine, you came yo know that gastric medicine provided by hospital for free and a ranitidine syrup(which is banned in UK,US) only and rest of other expensive medicine which are non generic, you have to take it from market and which will only be available only on one or two medical store outside the hospital, full monopoly. According to rule govt. Doctor can only prescribe generic medicines. I am sure there is big game going here to get big commission from pharma companies. We gives 4% health and education cess of our income tax every year from our hard earn money, But what we get in return? God knows.

Very bad experience, hours have to be spent in the lines, till then no matter how bad the condition of the patient, it is justice to spend two-three hours in the line to get a prescription, even for a small illness, 5 hours are wasted almost Haryana That is the condition of all government hospitals, the government should pay attention to this, but the government is blind, and after getting the prescription, the doctor prescribes the medicine without seeing anything, that too, overall the whole day gets spoiled here. If people want to go here then go with the intention of wasting the whole day.

Staff behaviour is too bad specialy emergency staff. There is no way to talk at all, the staff is so rude

Worst experience ever in this hospital. I along with my family (4 people with a kid) No arrangements for Booster Dose Vaccine Booked a slot for 11 AM-12 PM today but they denied vaccination stating that they need 10 people for at a time to open the packet of Booster dose vaccine. I've waited and made the complaint to seniors and they harassed us stating that there is no vaccine available. They asked to leave our contact numbers and they will call us once the vaccine is available. After raising our voices, we got vaccinated after 2 hours. My full day was wasted with the worst experience in this hospital. This is the only reason why people lose faith in Govt. Hospitals Pathetic Service and Pathetic Vaccination doctors.

Worst place in the city for treatment especially in the emergency services. People are sitting simply for enrollment and no one available to look the patient.Everybody is telling go there go there then why you are making the registrations when no one is ready to see the patient and name is emergency services. Absolutely ridiculous service! In case, you are planning to get your medical certificate for Amarnath yatra here. These tips might help you: - Fill the Health form. You can get it from the official website at the time of registration. Attach your picture and photocopy of your aadhar card. - go to room 227 (First floor) and collect the amarnath health registration form. - After that you need to go to the registration counter and pay INR 5 and get the opd registration form. - Then, get the form duly signed and STAMPED from room no. 104 and 120 (ground floor) - Once that is done, submit the form in room no. 227 and wait for legit 1.5 hours (can be more). After that, you may collect the final form and you're gtg. Hope this helps someone who is planning to get the health check done.

Civil government hospitals in sec 10, it is covered with green environment inside this hospital good natural environment and clean hospital he is follow to government yojna, swachh bharat abhiyaan. Good and cooperative staff , all facilities available for patients here, according to patients problem doctor treat to patient, in some Cases little bit disadvantages have looks in this hospital but not too more, such as, in morning time when patients goes to making patients medicine card which used in patients treatment process, during this time full crowded making more disturbance and no aware about covid distance , it will be more risky to all patients. Otherwise overall good experience.

Worst staff specially doctor in room no.104. I went to make my medical fitness certificate. There is no proper information and guidance how to make it where to go in hospital. All of the staff and doctors used to send here and there. Really disgusting doctors and staff. Poor poor service. Doctors don't have manners to treat a person. Ill mannered doctors plus their interns. There is a mess in hospital, no decorum.

My experience was I go for suspected TB test and firstly there was a typo error in my name also I asked for my TB reports they provide me someone else's report and I noticed this at my home. I immediately called that person with same name she said she also gets someone else's report. I was like they are playing with the patient life because not every person comes for a report know English and I was like O my god all the prescription and test written by doctor is for someone else. Please guys recheck your documents ki aapko apna hi report mili h ya kisi or ki. I am happy with the doctor service but staff behaviour is not at all acceptable.(Par kya kare mazboori h treatment tho karna h)

Staff from hospital should learn to behave with their patients. We know it not easy to handle so many people who belong from different places and some with zero education level and some with moderate education and some may be from high level. Staff should understand that for them its their daily job but for patients the case is not the same. On the other hand there are few staff who really nice, helpful and gentle. Really thankful for maintaining the balance. Doctors may not behave well but they are experienced.

Worst experience, no system, xray room is open and no staff was there for aleast 1hrs and more than 30 people were just waiting for there turn and no one in hospital knows whose shift it was.. Pathetic service.

The hospital is an ego trip in itself. The doctors have so much craze that they don't tell u to sit and not a slight courteous about anything. They don't even give you a basic human respect. I went to see an orthopedic but when I went to a physician there was a cold response and she kind of threw my ticket and said in a harsh tone why have you come here. So the ortho was not there came next day and got the same kind of disrespectful behaviour by the orthopedic doctor who did not cater the reference ticket by the physician and unnecessary asked me to get a new ticket. When I did try to get a new ticket the registrar refused to give me ticket and said her name is Renu equally disrespectful and then I went to room 227 which was I think of the HOD and said he is a orthopedic himself was rude and gave me incomplete and incorrect diagnose and was very disrespectful and forced symptoms on me. Please dont go here as the culture of this hospital is to treat the patients with disrespect. They are high on pride and ego. Pathetic experience. Health ministery of india should take cognizance of this.

Visited Thrice this Hospital to see doctor and once for vaccination. Overall very good experience so far. Cleanliness, Nos of Staff and facilities are upto the mark. Not very crowded in either of the visits. Expect upto 15 mins of time at registration and medicine counter each. Again don't compare it with medanta or Apollo. In 5 Rs. fee.
