I am an unconventional traveller, and I arrived at Gurugram Bus station at 5 in the morning. I had nothing to do because it was quite early, it was dark, and everything was closed. I am a fitness enthusiast and it had to be my chest day that day, but I was out of my town. I opened up my maps and here was this gym nearest to me, and just opened. The owner was so Generous, he allowed me to workout and took no charges from me. I worked out for 2 hours there, and enjoyed the decent machines, and small number of people. It was around until 8 AM that I was good to go for exploring and it was a time spent well and constructively.

It's the best gym near sector 15 and around that area. Good machines with great ambience makes you to workout with full passion. This gym gives you value for your money. Abhi is great trainer

it's a quiet ok Jim you will get all the basic equipments that are required for exercise but the space is very small it sometimes it get very congested there when many peoples come there it should basically have at least 20 to 25 members of the time but there are so many members and the place is quite small sometimes you will get suffocated in my opinion this gym is very ok ok you should definitely check out some other games also in that locality you will definitely get the other fields quite good the basics fee is 8000 rupees a month if you go in the morning you will find low crowd basically it is being renovated and only the third floor is available for gym the second floor is the restaurant in my opinion and you should definitely get more details about other gems and if you have no option then we should go there.

The best place to workout and best trainer (owner) always ready to teach and give the best traning also give ample amount of time. He is always available for each and everyone.
