My experience was very bad. The staff was totally ineffective. The owner talks sweetly to the customers to make them feel good, but does not talk after selling the product. I was their first customer in 2002, and when I visited again in 2023 they took back the 22 carat gold I bought from their shop as 18 carat. They are dishonest. They also cheat new products and do not care about customer satisfaction. There is mismanagement. I really regret buying new jewelry from their shop again.

Place is good, staff is good. Overall experience is very good. I bought jewelry several times from here. But once my ring lost at their shop and no one took owners to search it. It was around 8, they simply said that shop closing time and will look for ring tomorrow morning during cleaning. When I asked them next day, they simply said we could not find it. Post that I decided that I won't visit that place anymore

Very pathetic .All the sales person have so much of attitude and the process of billing is very very slow .They dont share proper information with customer properly then they will show tantrum and treats everyone like they are self sufficient and they don't get affected if customer doesn't want to visit their place.i just amazed to see even with so much of minus points they ask multiple time customer to share review before they will complete the billing process.Strongly recomend not to visit place .

The shop is good but the person who sits at the delivery counter is not good. That guy has so much attitude as if he is the owner while he just a servent. The owners of this shop are very humble but this employee ruins all of your shopping experience. You will swear to not visit this shop again.

wrost experience, today i first time visited the shop for buying eyaring and i asked the seles person that i want to purchase eyaring for gift purpose please show me few design. but he asked me that " apko abhi lena h" then i replyed yes if design is good then i will buy right now but i wont be able to choose design then i will came with my wife then he said with fake & sarcastic smile" thik h thabhi ake dekhna. it was very bad experience ever. they all sales person were sitting like govt employees. that time they completely free. but after that they treet me like govt bank employee. that place very good for employees not for customer's.

A Big range of varieties & collection. Comparatively reasonable charges. Supportive & helpful staff. "Value for Money" with big discount on Making Charges etc. Highly Recommended for new collection of jewellery to Shree Giriraj Jewellers, Gurgaon.

Illiterate staff.. Don't know how to behave and speak...Minus rating deserves . Salaried Salesmen understand themselves as an owner of the shop.Even owner didn't intervene for helping customers.

Very very bad experience ( Dhokha) with us by Shree Giriraaj jewellers, Fake Silver neck set given us & after 2 years when same set want to replace it with new set, then Iwe have know same when they said.. it is not silver material & they said it is not our shop product. We can't forget it big frauds. After that we never go that shop. Note:- This incident is approx 8 year ago.

Rating given 3 is due to staff irresponsible behaviour, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes just for bill, even it was not rush their. No one was taking ownership.

They don't provide proper GST bill, they charge GST in rough estimate slip but don't give GST bill.

Very good services and best guality

Misleading consumers by saying that they charge only Rs 400 as making charges for 1st 10 gms, but, they charge wastage and polishing in addition to the gold value. This polishing and wastage amounts to about 17-18% which they do not disclose to the customer upfront. This is cheating. Do NOT buy from this jeweller.

I went to the shop today and did not like three things otherwise the shop is good despite being crowded. 1. 1% surcharge on card payment. They charge a 1% surcharge if you request to pay by debit card or credit card. As per RBI guidelines, no shopkeeper can deduct surcharge on card payment. 2. polish charge They charge 12% of the entire amount as making charge, so why include an additional Rs 400 for polishing in the bill. In my opinion polishing is also part of the making process. 3. Initially they consider 15% making charge instead of 12% for calculation of amount and later deduct 3% value  (say 12% making charge) corresponding to the weight of gold. Due to this method of calculation, an additional amount of Rs 50 to 100 has to be paid on the final payment.

For jewellery It is good but clothes are not worthy to buy.

Visited shree Giriraj sarees and Jewellers there for some repair work.. big showroom.. work done with 10 min. Quick service and. Even charges are reasonable.
